• Mandy8 (8/5): Sfeervolle studio op een fantastische locatie - Heerlijk verblijf op een super centrale locatie! Sfeervol ingerichte studio, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles netjes en schoon. Ontbijtje bij de 'buren' van Barnelli is een aanrader, supermarkt op 2 minuten afstand. De zaterdagmarkt en Vogelmarkt pal voor je deur, de Meir op nog geen 10 minuutjes lopen. We hebben genoten! Door de centrale ligging wel wat gehorig. Het dekbed is lits-jumeaux, geen probleem maar is meer een kwestie van voorkeur. En helaas geen mogelijkheid voor het opslaan van je bagage.

• Megan (8/5): Our stay was pleasant and convenient, comfortable, neat and tidy. - We liked that the studio apartment was in access to all the amenities and route to the various sites. The studio was well appointed and comfortable, with all basic requirements, I would however add an air fryer to cook pizza or baked items from the local store. All was clean and tidy and modern. Our only disappointment was the 3 flights of stair to climb with heavy luggage, we are not young people and this did take it toll on us physically. No air conditioning was a bit of an inconvenience as it was very hot, we had to keep the windows open at night which unfortunately resulted in not being able to sleep well to to the heat and also the noise from the street below, people in the street were playing loud music in their cars and talking loud. Perhaps suggest light luggage of those visiting and add a fan so that it can help with the heat in the summer time
• Susan (7/5): Good - Nice location, central in the city, easy check in. overall ok. Very warm, no way of keeping light, warmth or noise out, especially with a fleemarket starting early morning to be built up and a bar that has very lively outside seating until past 4:30, nights are a bit short.
• Leslie (10/5): A great little gym in wonderful antwerp - Superb location bars, restaurant, supermarket all on the door and walking distance all Antwerp attractions We are old 70 so the stairs were a challenge with our bags but ok after that

• Lightman_5601 (9/5): Almost Perfect - Before we arrived, the owner set us a detailed mail for procedure for check in information, so it is easy to self check in. The location is good, near National Bank tram station, one can take tram to attractions, & Rubens museum is in walk distance. One can find bar & restaurants around. The room is spacious, modern & simple decoration. The owner is very careful, provide a detailed Guide Book for everything, & even provide ear plugs for the guests, so we felt very comfortable during staying. 1. No lift, need walk stairs to upward. 2. Suggestion: prepare extra rubbish bags to let guest separate the rubbish by recycle & non-recycle.

• Liliyashevchuk (7/5): Great place but needs some attention before new guests check-in - We were tourists hence staying in a flat within 10 min walk to the Rubens Museum was absolutely great. We were able to reach any destination of our interest on foot. The building stays on a relatively quiet street with some shops and cafes around. The studio is well planned and designed with all bits and pieces you need for a comfortable stay. If you plan to have a ZOOM meeting, this is not the place. WiFi was very instable and weak ruining the ZOOM meeting we had to have during our stay. It would have been great if somebody had cared of checking if everything worked in the flat. We got a few sockets unpowered, including those for the TV, a light bulb burnt and poor air circulation in the bathroom. No dramas, but little details spoiled an impression of the place which is in fact quite good and comfortable.
• Johan (4/5): Stayed only one night so I could live with stairs climbing. - Location 3rd floor (European) 4th floor (USA) walk up. This wasn’t clear in the description. Light over the bathroom sink was broken (annoying)
• Ronald (7/5): Our stay was shorter than we wanted but we were happy to have a place to catch a night's sleep. Tks - Nice to be close to the heart of the city. Nice to have kitchenette facilities although we didn't have time to use them. Clean. The place was spacious and comfortable. Lacked personality. A single stand-alone room at the top of 4 flights of a cold narrow staircase gave a slightly austere feel. I wondered about what would have been the emergency escape if it were needed (although, I suppose building codes are respected). Multiple doors and a front gate added to the impression. But once in the room, it was spacious and comfortable. Happy to have a place to catch some sleep.

• Kaori (6/5): Good for a short stay and not for a family - The location, the room design. The entry to the room was easy, well indicated. Upon the arrival many of lights were not working. Though we stay for five days, no extra of trash bag, only two small toilet rolles for three of us (with our little one), no dish washer soup, no hand washing soup (the bottle was empty), two sets of towels, and no bath mat, no babycot was arranged though requested. Next day upon the request, the owner provided many missing items but not all. The dish washer didn't work, we needed to keep the trash bag at the room for five days. It was during the christmas days, maybe due to that, the owner didn't respond anymore after she did the initial supply. There is no laundry service, it's on the third floor without an elevator, no freezer, noisy at night, the light is coming through the curtain shutter. Overall, I guess it is good for a shorter stay and not for a family.
