• Yvonne (7/5): Excellent service from Davide- as soon we arrived to the apt he met us. was very efficient - The location and the cleanliness. Most importantly the point of contact Davide was extremely pleasant, explained everything clearly about the apartment- was very helpful regarding the set up and proactive in ensuring that our stay was most enjoyable. It was a loft so it was dark and limited natural light. The room off the bedroom was tiny and difficult to access

• Stefan (1/5): - Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Im Zimmer hat es sehr stark nach Rauch gerochen. Trotz dauerhaftem Lüften ließ sich der Geruch nicht beseitigen, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Wir mussten schließlich Booking kontaktieren, da die Situation vor Ort nicht gelöst werden konnte. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns eine neue Unterkunft organisiert, was wir positiv hervorheben möchten. Dennoch sollte so etwas von Anfang an nicht vorkommen, insbesondere in einem Nichtraucherzimmer.
• Lu (10/5): Nice stay - Very comfortable place. Davide was very nice, and he helped us to check in very easy. Wi-Fi is fast, the bed is very very very nice,comfortable and easy to get sleep. I really love the bed. We will definitely recommend to my friend who plan to travel to Milano.

Mancava la macchinetta del caffè che arrivata l'ultimo giorno del soggiorno, inoltre non erano presenti detersivi ed attrezzi per effettuare la pulizia quotidiana, l'abbiamo richiesti più volte alla fine abbiamo provveduto noi ad acquistarli.

• Sofia (10/5): Excelente estancia, apartamento amplio y muy bien ubicado - El apartamento fue excelente, exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias, era amplio y muy cómodo. La ubicación no podía ser mejor: está al lado de estaciones de tranvía y metro, a solo 10 minutos de la estación central y a unos 25 minutos caminando del centro. Además, se encuentra en una zona muy agradable, con buen ambiente, restaurantes y supermercados justo al lado. Sin duda, una opción perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad con total comodidad. Como mejora, sugeriría añadir cortinas más opacas, ya que los ventanales grandes dejan entrar bastante luz desde fuera. Y si la estancia es de mas de 1 semana 2 juegos de toallas.

• adriana (5/5): Aceitável - O David que nos recebeu foi muito simpático e resolveu um pequeno problema com as toalhas assim que o chamei. As janelas não têm cortinas então você acorda ao raiar do dia (5h da manhã), isso não estava escrito em lugar algum. Sendo um apto de veraneio poderiam ter um porta shampoo no chuveiro. Eles deixam um único rolo de papel higienico e o resto você tem que comprar, nunca vi isso. Não tinha detergente para lavar os pratos que usamos, compramos tambem. Pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença.

• Atkisson (10/5): Fantástico!!! - Great place for us. 2 bldgs down the street from where our daughter lives. We were very comfortable here. Beds, pillows, shower all great. Kitchen well equipped. In a great neighborhood.

• Marietta (8/5): Good place to stay - Beautiful apartament, supermarkets and great restaurants nearby, well connected with public transport. David was very nice and helpful with recommendations. Kettle was not there, I also did not liked that there was no cover for duvet, but it was wrapped in additional bedsheet instead. For us it was quite loud at times during the night, so the earplugs were very useful.
• Amanda (9/5): Great place to stay in Milan. - Apartment was very clean and well furnished. Close to both the tram and metro and in a great neighbourhood. Davide was very friendly and greeted us at the front and showed us around and handed us the keys. There weren’t any bare basics which would have been nice like salt and sugar for cooking and coffee but it wouldn’t stop me booking again if I came back to Milan.

• Ido (1/5): Scammy place and terrible service - I liked that the facility seems to be new (bed was cheap and uncomfortable) In this terrible stay I have had few red lights: Staff in checkin demanded cash payment for "tax" with no receipts, or else he won't let us stay(literally threatening us to) I asked him if he can provide me with receipt, he siad he can't. The other sweetstay costumer service said its okay and by law. But Booking stated this is illegal. I have screenshot of the conversation. The check in guy works with whatsapp 24hr timer messages so your messages won't be saved. The host uses the checkin guy, and doesn't ever show up to help you. They have no knowledge of the facilities in the apartment. There was alot of hazard mold on the ceiling above the bed, and the bed is less than two meters below it. There are no blanket sheets. The apartment costumer service was terrible, and un friendly. They don't try, and offer a small refund for such a thing but then after checkout they don't really refund you. They make sure to contact you via whatsapp or other platform but not booking, so they won't be aligble to commit to their promises. I will never come back to that apartment again, and won't suggest others to do so. I have been around the world and in Italy before, and I never had such a bad experience
