• ümit (8/5): It was a memorable stay - Firstly, the location was great in that you could walk everywhere. However, the building is in an area where mostly immigrants live, which could scare some people. I must say that we were a bit worried about the shabby environment but honestly everyone we met were kind and we had no issues. We had a smell problem in Room 2 and it lasted all 7 days. The host told us that the apartment never had moisture issues. Nevertheless, the smell was always there no matter what we did. Our small Room 8, had no such problems. The apartment was clean. The host responded our inquiries. She was kind and helpful. Nothing much really.

• Matias Fertig (6/5): Un muy lindo apartamento en un muy feo barrio - El apartamento esta reformado y es todo nuevo. Está bien equipado y es muy agradable. La ubicación, pese a ser céntrica, es en un barrio que no es nada agradable. Es un barrio en el cual salir de noche cuando todo está cerrado es poco tranquilizador, y segun la misma gente de Atenas, no demasiado recomendable.

• Fernando (6/5): - The apartment was very nice. The heating system worked perfectly. The neigbourhood is very bad and could be dangerous in some times. The building is very old (only the apartment floor was reshaped). The bathroom has only a partial box door, with water leaking to the sitting room during shower. The boiler is small for a family. You have to plan the short showers and give sometime to the boiler to heat up again.

The property management even wrote that they would refund the cost of one day because of this, but still they did not. There's a major construction renovation going on nearby. That's why the road to the facility is in poor condition.

• Recep (9/5): Clean, well equipped apartment near the center - It's in a very good location, within walking distance of many city center tourist attractions. Staff were really helpful and responsive. Although there was no reception, everything went smoothly in terms of check-in and check-out. There were many comments about the location not being so safe. I wouldn't say that the neighbourhood is the best part of the city, but we didn't feel unsafe on our trip with my partner. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing you to cook anything if you prefer. There were some areas for improvement in terms of comfort. We visited Athens in December, even though the weather was not too cold and AC is available in the room; the floors were extremely cold, and there was no carpet or slippers to protect from the cold floor. Besides, there were movement sensors in the room. We have been told that they were to shut down the AC and the light automatically when there is no one in the apartment. However, it made us feel a little uncomfortable.

• Anton (9/5): Комфортные недорогие апартаменты в одном из центральных районов Афин (Псирри-Омония) - Удобный приятный номер со свежим ремонтом. Новый тихий кондиционер(были в конце ноября, он же и для обогрева/снижения влажности). Отличная кровать. Хорошо укомплектованная кухня. Утюг. Соседей не слышно. Общение с персоналом только дистанционное, но абсолютно все наши вопросы были быстро решены. Расположение - Омония- 7 мин пешком, Монастираки- 8 мин. Рядом - 2-3 мин - 2 места для завтрака (кофе+пирог) либо (омлет+сок/мезе). Уборка номера не предусмотрена. В конце ноября плохо сохнут полотенца. В описании номера были тапочки-их не было.

• Oliver (10/5): Top Zeit verbracht , super Apartment kann aber noch verbessert werden☝️ - Die Lage , das Apartment Der Safe konnte nicht genutzt wegen , war defekt , das W-LAN Internet war tagelang gestört 🥲. Es gab auch kein Besen oder Handfeger im Apartment, um den groben Schmutz mal in der Aufenthaltszeit zu entfernen. Ich habe dann einen gekauft und hoffe, dass der nächstes Jahr auch noch da ist, wenn ich wieder nach Athen komme. Die Programme im TV waren leider nicht international, aber das sei nur mal erwähnt , es war jetzt nicht so schlimm.

• Brendan (2/5): Do not recommend - When we arrived after a long day of travel, the air conditioning did not work after communicating with them we ended up switching rooms which the air conditioning did not work. We finally got it to work in the second room and it stayed working through the evening in the morning, we had to take our stuff back to the first room And we stayed in the first room our second night then we had to switch rooms again because they overbooked us and when we got in that room, there was urine on the floor of the bathroom the area where the hotel is located is all under construction very dirty.

• Irena (9/5): - Very spacious, clean and minimalistic. Excellent for a crawling and grabby baby. There are security cameras in the building. Unfortunately, due to the construction works around the city (which is out of the citizens’ control of course) the Athens Centre area in general is quite run-down and difficult to navigate (particularly with a stroller). The apartments’ floor is very secure though.

The staff was friendly and helped us to keep and store our luggage after check out, in their office The location is near center, but the site is all under construction (central road and buildings) and when walking at night its a bit scary.

• Linda (10/5): - Das Apartment ist wirklich super! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es ist alles modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage in Athen braucht. Bett, Sofa, Fernseher, sogar eine eingerichtete Küche. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation war super einfach. Das Apartment liegt in einem Teil der Stadt, der in den letzten Jahren aufgrund der finanziellen Schieflage des Landes und der Stadt sehr gelitten hat. Entsprechend sieht das Stadtbild drumherum nicht so super aus. Das Apartment selbst ist jedoch super schick und neu. Nach ein bisschen Erkundung kannten wir uns auch in der Stadt rundherum besser aus und konnten viele nette Ecken entdecken.
• Horacio (5/5): The neighbourhood is not the best. Ther's a lot of undergoing works in the theater in front. - The kindness, the courtesy, and the excellent goodwill of Mrs Youra and Mr. Ryan . The bathroom had no door !!!!! It's absolutely unacceptable !!!! However, Youra and Ryan gently provided us a temporary solution. . The building main entrance door glass was broken ! . The sliding door to the bigger bedroom is getting blocked and can’t be closed . Generally speaking, the building status is very poor. There is a lack of general maintenance !!
• Lucia (8/5): I would stay there again! - The apartments are beand new, xlean and comfortable The streets where it’s located are totally destroyed, some of them under construction works, but just 3-5’ away by foot you enter a supercozy and lively neighbourhood. The building itself is also a bit spooky, half abandoned/half airbnbs.

• Bátor (9/5): Very nice aprtment, close to Psyri (walking distance), not far from Acropolis and Lycabettus. - The staff was very nice and flexible, the apartment is exactly like on the pictures. Many bars and restaurants are close by to it. The area where it is located is pretty much a construction site, but it must be only a matter of time until it gets sorted out. Despite work hoing on, it was quiet inside. The sliding door to the bigger bedroom is getting blocked and can’t be closed.

The handout provided in the apartment was very informative and really helped us during our stay. The host kindly assisted us in organizing a transfer to the airport, which we truly appreciated. The hot water was available for only 15–20 minutes after each heating, which wasn't sufficient time for showering comfortably.
• Victoria (4/5): - Property was in a bad area, my family and I did not want to walk around at night so we never got to see the city at night or have a regular timed dinner. Neighbors would tell us to be very careful as we are a group of girls, and that it was a very rough area.
• Pavel (1/5): Bad - Provided apartment access code did not work. Had to contact property upon arrival. Construction works right at the apartment entry. Lots of trash and homeless people nearby.

The apartment is absolutely perfect — everything in the apartment is new, with full kitchen appliances, very clean, stylish, and extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. The team is super helpful, they arranged our out-of-hours arrivals and left luggage at the end of the stay. The location is fantastic: just a 5-minute walk to the main areas full of restaurants, bars, and major tourist attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Athens!

• Clara (2/5): - Please Read! We stayed here based on the attractive price as well as previous review of the apartments. We thought it would be a great place to stay with my partner being lactose intolerant, meaning we are able to cook our own meals. How wrong we were. The streets were filled with litter and the walls covered in graffiti. We had seen in previous review that people had mentioned the area being a bit “up and coming” but do not be fooled. It’s awful. When we arrived at the apartments the outside of the building was semi derelict, with the one across the road being even worse having smashed windows and being an absolute eyesore. The whole area felt UNSAFE. To the apartments credit, the room was well thought out and nicely appointed, although we had little time to really get settled in as the loud music playing in the street, loud banging noises and the run down nature of the area caused us to immediately look for a new hotel. We were unable to get our money back, despite being in the room for less than an hour, as the owner claimed that they had informed us of ‘on going building works’ that were taking place outside of the building. The issues we faced had nothing to do with the building works as on the day we arrived no one was working. Athens proved to be an incredible city. My advice, don’t save money and stay here. If you can, spend a little bit more and get yourself in a nice hotel in a far safer area.

I understand the area is not the best in city, but if you are looking for good accommodation at decent prices, this is worth a shot. Location is not the best with rubble and litter surrounding the outside. Also, not the easiest to find.

The Acropolis and its surrounding area were just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the rich history of Athens. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés where we could enjoy authentic Greek cuisine and soak in the local atmosphere. A special thanks to Ms. Sevi, who provided 24-hour support and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness and hospitality truly made a difference! Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for anyone visiting Athens – a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with exceptional service. • Harry (1/5): Stay far far far away, don’t waste your money on a total shit hole. - Not much Where to begin, as soon as you walk out of the apartment you see syringes, human poo, you cannot walk out at night to unsafe. Refugees everywhere the worst location in Athens stay away. Total waste of money. Senses in the apartment one person walks out and every thing turns off. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. My partner was in the shower and I walk out of the apartment and all the lights went out because of the stupid censors, real safe. Stay far far far away.

• Oded (10/5): Perfect place to be in Athens - The apartment was very comfortable, decorated very nice, equipped with all we needed and clean. The location is perfect, in the centre of Athens, 5 minutes walk from Psirri. The access to the building is a little inconvenient because of a Renovation in the street.
• Roy (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and wide. We went for a few days and my partner didn't want to go down the street alone. It was sketchy and felt uncomfortable.
• Jonathan (6/5): Close to tourist sites, nice amenities, but AC cycles off every 20 mins - The location was great and the amenities were nice. The checkin process was easy. The neighborhood was kinda sketchy, although it seemseemed overall safe. But what we couldn't handle was that the AC turns off or to a higher temperature every 20 mins. At night it was too hot and we hardly slept at all because of it. I cannot recommend this place unless the AC is fixed. It was too hot for that energy saving nonsense.
