Epstein (1/5): Totally unacceptable breach of contract and disrespect of client. The property advertises 24-hour attention. - In spite of agreeing to an early morning arrival due to a delay in the ferry crossing, there was no way to communicate with the property. The agreement was to call on arrival but the telephone went unanswered. Later they claim they didn’t hear the phone! We were forced to sleep in the car under torrential rains and freezing temperature.

María Verónica (6/5): Mis comentarios van referidos a las habitaciones individuales NO a las cabañas - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la plaza, lugares para comer y artesanos Primero la persona que me atendió a la llegada de muy mala gana, y pendiente del celular, segundo no tenía toallas en la habitación tuve que preguntar si se incluían en la habitación, las almohadas de mala calidad, yo hablo de las habitaciones individuales no de las cabañas en lo siguiente, demasiado pequeña, la mesa estaba coja, sin control remoto para subir y bajar volumen o apagar había que hacerlo manual. Se escuchaba cada paso que daban en el segundo piso, incluso si alguien orinaba arriba, deberían trabajar la aislación de estas habitaciones, y cambiar el líquido de limpieza por uno de mejor calidad, un cloro demasiado intenso que molesta (además deberían saber que la extensa exposición puede ser perjudicial para las personas)

Marcelo (4/5): - La ubicación La mala atención del personal, tamaño minimo de las habitaciones, cosas arrumbadas a la entrada de la misma, ruido y musica a alto volumen de habitaciones cercanas durante horas, escaso mantenimiento y suciedad en general.
alejandra (10/5): Excelente - Javier excelente anfitrión. Dispuesto siempre para resolver nuestras necesidades y requerimientos. 100% recomendable Quizas le falta un poco de equipamiento a la cocina pero entendemos que están en ese proceso.
Kevin (8/5): - The receptionist was kind and helpful. I was able to pay a small fee to get my laundry done. I was able to get a ground level hotel room and park my motorcycle right outside my door. Great location in town and close to the ferry terminal.
Alejandra (4/5): - La ubicación es genial Las camas y los colchones eran incómodos, con hendiduras que dificultaban el descanso. Además, había problemas con la presión del agua y esta salía fría al ducharse. No se podía cerrar la puerta del baño

Roberto Raúl (8/5): Para una noche de paso esta bien - Buena ubicación, buena cama , muy limpio y buena atención. A la mañana quise bañarme y no había agua caliente. Tal vez porque era muy temprano. Entiendo que puede pasar.
