Russell (10/5): - The room was like the picture and the location was excellent. It’s right in the heart of the areas you want to walk to in Rome. The men at the desk were extremely nice, helpful, accommodating, I would’ve liked to have had complimentary water bottles, in the room. The man at the desk even gave us bags to go, do our laundry and fold it and put them in the bags which I thought was very nice. You can go anywhere you want outside this little third story apartment room to eat breakfast or dinner as it is close to everything. It does have an old-fashioned lift to get to the third floor, which you could not fit a wheelchair in and for elderly people I don’t think the stairs going all the way up to the third floor would be easy for them to climb. We are young so it wasn’t hard for us to jump into the small old-fashioned lift or climb all the stairs to the third floor. It’s reasonably priced about $200 less a night than the Marriott so if you’re looking for a reasonable clean hotel room very close to the center of room and all the restaurants this is the one for you. Excellent location great service.
Roxanne (8/5): Fantastic hotel - The hotel is beautiful, clean with a professional/friendly staff. I loved our room and the continental breakfast was more than expected. It says full breakfast, but in reality it's a little more than a continental breakfast. The staff and owners are extremely nice, courteous and very professional. The room and bathroom are clean, and the beds are comfy. Our flight was delayed and I didnt realize it was 2 hours late until we actually landed in Rome. The pilot said during take off that he could possibly make up so time due to the tailwinds. I ordered a taxi through the hotel and the driver parked a little distant from the airport in specific and designated parking. As we started walking, it was a little to far to walk schlepping luggage. So I stopped and asked him to bring the car to us, and he refused and due to my disability, I explained and we weren't getting anywhere, so I ended up catching a taxi, which is in front of the airport. Once at the hotel, the owner wanted/expected me to pay for the taxi he hired and because we were late. I informed him it's the taxis responsibility to check on our flight and the time its due to arrive. Like the last time I came to Italy, the company knew exactly when we arrived 30 minutes late. I wasn't gonna play for a service I didnt get. Also, the location of the hotel is not close to anything, its a 30 - 45 minutes to the Spanish Steps and that's the closest attraction. The others are even a further distance. We caught a taxi and couple of times from Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. However, the hotel being so lovely, it made up for the distance. The was one issue with our room: the drainage was bad in the bathroom our shower had overrun. Water partly flooded our room and I had to call the owner. The time was very early morning 3AM and he was not happy. By the time he and his staff came to the hotel, I had managed to get 99% of the water up using extra towels from pantry. We felt we should've gotten a partial refund for that day, so it was a an even wash for the taxi he wanted us to pay for.

The building itself is a bit old, and since it’s a small property, it doesn’t offer many hotel-style services.

De foto's zijn veel mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Veel te duur volgens de kwaliteit van het verblijf. Het ontbijt was niet lekker. De vuilzakken zaten achter het gordijn in de ontbijtruimte 'verstopt'. Het personeel gaf een vreemde indruk, het personeel was onvriendelijk wanneer je informatie vraagt over de airco.

Aurelia (9/5): Pretty and nice. - I liked the decor, clean, and great location. Small room, looks bigger on the picture. Tiny breakfast area, seating only for four people, really uncomfortable. Especially if there's more than four people arriving for breakfast. You can take breakfast to your room but then you have to eat in bed. There is no clear sign outside and inside the building , making it difficult to find where and which floor you meant to be going.

ΕVANGELIA (10/5): - Luxurious and clean rooms with special guesting from people in reseption. Kind and helpful peoole to serve any need. The suites are located in the center of the city so you can be in almost every sightseeing in such a little time. Overall, the place is wonderful as it is and everything about it satisfies you in the best way possible.

En especial, el señor Irfan nos recibió de manera excelente, siempre ofreciéndonos su ayuda y demostrando ser una persona muy amable y educada. Hay un empleado llamado Mamoun que trabaja en el turno de la tarde, cuyo trato fue desagradable y molesto. Si olvidaba la llave de la habitación, se quejaba y me amenazaba con no abrirme la puerta la próxima vez.

Christine (8/5): Fräscht boende med hjälpsam personal - Snyggt inreda rum, bra läge med promenadavstånd till de stora sevärdheterna som Spanska trappan, Fontana di Trevi och Colloseum. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Vi behövde checka in mitt i natten då receptionen var stängd men det var inga problem. Ok frukost. Trafikerad väg utanför vårt rum som hördes till viss del men inte särskilt störande ändå

Kenneth (10/5): Meget bra service og rom, trekker ned pga parkering - Meget stilrent og hyggelig personale. De hjalp oss med bagasjen ved innsjekk og utsjekk og anbefalte oss severdigheter i Roma. Dessverre trekker det litt ned på grunn av at de har opplyst at de har Parkering/Privat parkering på Booking.com Dette har de ikke, og vi ble henvist til en privat parkerings garasje i nærheten hvor vi måtte betale 45 Euro pr natt for å stå. Totalt 90 euro i ekstra kostnader ble dette for oss. Når vi booker overnatting og det er opplyst at de har parkering, så forventer vi at det er deres egen parkering. Når vi reiser med bil er dette det første vi ser på og alle stedene i Italia vi har booket, har hatt egen parkering. Da bør de heller ta bort dette fra deres sider hvis de ikke har dette. Dette resulterte også at ansatte på parkerings garasjen slo døren min mot en annen bil og det ble skade. De fraskrev seg selvfølgelig ansvar. Vi er misfornøyde med akkurat dette.

Christopher (9/5): An excellent place to stay to explore Rome! - The property is clean, with spacious rooms, a clean bathroom, and much needed air conditioning. We arrived late and clear instructions were given to access the property, even making coffee in the morning. The owners were super helpful throughout the stay. The location is perfect to explore Rome, with the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain nearby. Not a problem for us - but the property is on the third floor and requires use of stairs.

Sandra (5/5): Buena - La atención del personal fue muy amable tanto Camila como los dos señores que nos atendieron Que este en un 3er piso. Nos engañaron porque en ningún lugar aclara. Tiene un ascensor muy viejo y en mal estado. La entrada a la calle siempre cerrada y es una entrada de una cochera. La habitación fue cómoda pero no lo recomiendo. Una escalera muy alta y solitaria para el acceso al hotel , no hay personal para recibirte abajo

Katarzyna (10/5): Great service, great location and comfortable place. - The room was very nice, clean and comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. The location is great. 3 minutes from underground station but also 20 min by foot to St Peter’s Basilica and other atrractions. The customer service at the facility is smug, they try to deal with everything and take care of the comfort of the stay With the window open, there is a lot of noise from the street, but the window dampen the noise well.

Les avantages d'une petite structure avec des chambres rénovées. Le petit-déjeuner très varié (rare pour l'Italie) même si concentré sur un petit espace. La personne multi fonctions de la réception très efficace et avenante. Le local pour le petit-déjeuner est trop petit avec qu'une seule moyenne table. L'ascenseur un peu vieillot mais cela fait partie du charme du bâtiment.

Alison (8/5): Clean with a great location - Room was very clean and updated nicely. Good water pressure and comfy beds. The staff recommended a place for dinner that was excellent and because we had their card with a stamp on it we got a free drink. We walked to the Trevi fountain from the hotel and enjoyed seeing some sights between there. The building next to the hotel was abandoned. We had a little trouble with finding reception. Maybe I missed some info somewhere but it was a little tricky to find the front desk on the third floor. They had a small elevator to get our bags up the stairs thankfully.

Dina (9/5): Nice stay in Rome - This property was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was good from the standpoint of being close to the piazza de Popolo. You will most likely have to take a taxi to the Vatican and colosseum because the walk will be over half hour. Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps area is also walkable from the property. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only con was upon our arrival we were a little confused because it looked like we walked into an apartment building. The hotel part of the property is on the 3rd floor. It may be helpful to put a sign in the entry way indicating this.
Jer (10/5): Dream team at Adelaide Suite dreams - The team at Adelaide Suite are very friendly. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. My travel partner left his backpack in a nearby cafe and the staff went to cafe, collected it and kept it safe. I was very impressed at this level of customer care. A little more variety in the breakfast would be nice but the quality was excellent.

A melhorar : A única coisa que poderia ser melhorada seria o café da manhã. Poderia ser mais diversificado, ter ovos fritos, por exemplo, porém o espaço do café da manhã não é muito grande e não sei se seria possível.

Elisabeth (8/5): Great hotel apart from the drain smell - Well located hotel, very friendly & helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Only drawback, and the reason for not giving this hotel a 5 star review, was after 24 hours a terrible smell of drains was prevalent in the en-suite bathroom. I mentioned this to the staff, some chemicals were used to treat the problem and smell dissipated for a while but unfortunately came back. This happened for a couple of days after which an offer to move room was made but it was our last day, so wasn't worth it. The staff did say that once we had left they were going to close the room off and investigate the problem so that it could be solved - I hope they are able to do that, as otherwise this is a great little hotel within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of Rome.
Pavel (9/5): - There are only six rooms in this accommodation so everything is very private. The accommodation was close to a metro station. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and always clean. The Wi-Fi connection was also good. Breakfast was fair, but the dining area was very small. We stayed in room 301, located at the corner of the building, with one of the windows facing a busy street. There was heavy traffic throughout the day and night. We slept well, but it could be disturbing for some guests. The heavy curtains helped block out both light and some of the noise.
