• Tomasz (10/5): Perfect location, clean, modern - Excellent location, ca. 200 m from Garibaldi sqare; nice old building with its own style; big, original appartment fully renovated and divided in 4 separated appartments with modern equipment (a bit surprised in old-style building), clean, small but well equiped bathroom; new, high quality windows (important in Napoli - noise from the street!) I was a bit surprised from the fact, that there was nothing like kitchen-corner, only electric kettle - but here, in Napoli - it was OK! I didn't expect, that I will be able to find at least 10 places serving breakfests within a 100 meter distance - so, what for the private kitchen in appartment?
• Imtiaz (10/5): - A great find in a gritty area. Communication with the manager via WhatsApp for check-in was excellent and I had a good night's sleep apart from some early morning shouting outside. Overall, excellent.

• William (10/5): - Excellent stay in a modern and clean home! The house is very responsive and I would certainly stay here again!
• Serkan (9/5): It worths the money . - Good owner , you can ask and get answer easily . The location is good if you want to be around train station however it is little bit far to city center (35-40 mins by walking) . In shower , drain is not working properly just . Maybe it can be checked otherwise there is no other issue .

Nejvýznamnější turistické cíle Neapole byly v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pokoj byl účelně zařízený a velmi čistý. Pro přespání naprosto dostačující. -
• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice room. Everything clean. The host was great. The only thing was that the shower and the bidet was a bit clogged and so there was a lot of water not draining.
• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - Renovated apartment (one out of three). Which It is within an avenue with a lot of traffic, at the 3rd or 4th floor. The area is generally no good, something usual for Napoli, however at the premises location, there is no danger. The distance from metro is about 10 minutes. The owner was willing to assist us in any request, and this was an advantage for us.

Room was spotless and great bathroom. Owner Emanuele was very helpful on WhatsApp with entry instructions, recommendations and advice. Lovely pastries and coffee for breakfast across the (busy!) road.

• Florian (4/5): Chambre Airbnb et pas une chambre d'hôtel - Bien que réservé sur hôtels.com il ne s'agissait pas d'un hôtel mais d'une chambre uniquement dans un immeuble assez vétuste de l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner croissant et café devait être pris dans un café de l'autre côté de la rue où se trouve la chambre. Donc obligé de sortir... Bref l logement ne correspondait pas a une chambre d'hôtel. Le quartier était très sal et 2 grosses bennes d'ordures trônaient devant l'immeuble avec des ordures débordant parterre c'était terrible. L'intérieur de la chambre était propre. Rénovation récente mais pas de système d'évacuation dans la salle de bain. La fenêtre était inneficace pour une bonne évacuation, ça laissait une odeur d'humidité. Il faut annoncer que la chambre se situe dans un quartier assez spécial et que le petit déjeuner se prend à l'extérieur. Nous ne retournerons plus au centre Naples.

It felt like he was happy to help with anything, including the practical tips about Naples. I loved the fact that we could keep our luggage prior and after the actual check in and out time safely. Great value for money, bearing in mind that morning coffee and croissant included in the price. This part of Naples doesn't seem particularly safe but we didn't experience any issues.

• Konstantin (10/5): Top notch room at a great location - Superb, newly renovated room. Looks more like a top class hotel room than a small B&B. Room was super clean, like no-speck-of-dust-even-under-the-bed clean. Small breakfast is available at a small local cafe across the street which is a super nice place the locals have their morning espresso. Great location with only a short walk to the train satiation or the old town. Very friendly contact to the owner via app/whatsapp. Absolute gem and when I visit Naples again, I will stay here again. Great value for money. My room was a bit noisy even with the windows shut. But that’s no reason to lower the rating as this can easily be fixed with earplug and you might get lucky and get a room facing the inner yard and bot the street.

Location is very convenient, we reached everything on foot/metro and found lots of great food places nearby. Naples is very loud city, so I recommend having sleeping earplugs, if you are not used to the noise :)) otherwise everything was great!

The place was very clean and well equipped, I liked the size of the bathroom and how comfortable the bed was. The location was a short walk from the main station, very convenient. I travelled solo and felt safe walking in the neighbourhood even at night. You can hear some noise from the street, but some earbuds solved that!
• Marcin (10/5): Great new apartament. - Very nice place close to historic city centre. Very clean and new. Tv with Netlix and and everything needed for few days in Napoli. The host was very helpful and eager to help. I would deffinetly chose it one more time if i were in the city. In our apartament the window was for a main busy road so it was quite noisy till late evening.

One if our room has bad smell from the toilet . I think this is not perminant problem, maybe can be fix . We like the location for closing the train station but we font like the neighborhood. We haven’t faced any problem just be know low profile people living in these area .

Italien breakfast in the Bar opposite the street.👍 Plenty of another bars, coffee shops, bistrots on the main street. The best arancino take away in Napoli just opposite the street Few minutes from Central train station. Walkable within 15-30’ to the harbour, Spanish quarter and other sightseeing places. Owner Emanuele was a very nice and a great help, flexible with checking in/out. Thank you! The main street is quite noisy, but that´s it.

Good contact with the owner. In addition, I must add - the host is a real angel, a man with a big heart! I travel a lot, but I have never encountered such support towards a stranger which the host showed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to ALL visitors to Naples. None

The host was very friendly and gave us some great tips to explore the city. Doors were a little difficult to open and close, and the shower doors should work better so water does not come out. Apart from that everything was lovely.

The interiors are modern and aesthetic. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on where to hang out and eat, which we are very happy about. Nice breakfast in a bar across the street. Curtain could be wider to block sun light in the morning.
• Anonymous (2/5): Overall, the apartment isn’t worth it; the price of €722 for 7 nights was too high for what the staff and the apartment - Only the location was good The staff doesn’t speak or even understand English, so the use of a Google translator was a must. There were no bathroom supplies such as soap, shampoo, or other cleaning supplies such as a mop or broom. There was no staff available at arrival as promised; however, a payment of €30 was necessary. There was no Wi-Fi, as it was mentioned, as according to the staff, there was a technical problem for which a technician was necessary, but as it seemed, it was not urgent, and there were no English channels on the TV. At first, the breakfast included one croissant with cappuccino at one of the cafes near the building, but after the cafe’s staff went on vacation, the breakfast included cheap and small sweets of about 45 grams, such as croissants, waffles, and tartlets, as well as juices for about €0,60 from the local supermarket. Furthermore, the staff entered the room to leave the new "breakfast" without a notification.

• Niki (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, fully renewed. 4rth floor, very important for safety. Heavy, bad smell of the bathroom, but it was also so at the whole neighborhood. Maybe it could be accidental.
• Matilda (10/5): Just perfect! - We had a lovely stay! The room was newly renovated so everything was exactly as nice and shiny as in the pictures. It is situated just an easy walk from the central station and it is also very close to the metro. The host was also really helpful and friendly! He gave us good tips for tourist attractions/restaurants and was quick to answer whenever we had any questions. 10/10
