Considering this was on booking.com, I expected proper communication from the property staff. Issues: This is an AirBnB on booking.com with self everything and delayed response from the host. The air conditioner didn’t work, and no one replied my email and message on booking .com, until the day after when I ran into the maid and she reported it. The tv kept loosing signal. For the price I paid I expected a little more thought and presence. I never saw anyone. They advertise that there is an iron, a balcony, a patio, indoor courtyard views. Well, the balcony is useless, because it’s dark and dingy and no one in their right mind would want to sit there. The courtyard views are nonexistent. No patio and no iron.
Aydan (6/5): Just a few flaws but the room, location and housekeeping staff make up for it. - Daily housekeeping staff were pleasant, helpful and did a great job. The apartment was nice overall. A few bits and pieces broken inside the apartment and the entrance door handle needs proper fixing. Air conditioning stopped working the 3rd day. Currently, there’s repair work in the building or surrounding buildings and the noise starts at from approx 8:30am. The building isn’t soundproof. Upholstery needs cleaning and an additional chair in the room would be helpful for 2 people. I used booking.com to message management. At times they’d reply and other times, no reply. They were unreliable. It didn’t help that there was no solution to the air conditioning problem.

Диана (10/5): Все супер! - Шикарный апартаменты в самом центре Милана. Это не квартира целиком, а апартаменты внутри одного помещения. 5 или 6 комнат с электронным замком. Заходили внутрь по коду (быстро разобрались, куда идти) и дальше уже попали в свои апартаменты. Их там несколько. Удобно, что расположены на 1 этаже. Не пришлось нести чемодан наверх! До любого места (магазины, достопримечательности и тд) пешком можно дойти за 7-10 минут. Прохладно внутри, что очень порадовало, так как на улице было довольно жарко. Очень удобный матрас. Есть отдельная гардеробная. Приятная ванная комната. Внутри апартаментов очень чисто. Есть розетки с двух сторон кровати. Кровать большая (180*200). Шумоизоляция средняя. Есть батарея в туалете, смогли высушить на ней пару вещей. Парковки частной нет, но посоветовали ближайшую частную парковку. Проехали без ZTL, а на паркинге попросили оформить нам его (надеюсь, штраф не придет). Парковка стоила 41€/сутки. Понравилось абсолютно всё! Обязательно вернемся снова! Утюг маленький (размер с половину ладони) и вообще не греет и не гладит вещи. Чайник с накипью, его нужно почистить. Нет ни одной ложки внутри

Caccamo (6/5): Could’ve been better - Great location and easily accessible to all places There was no receptionist at all during our whole stay. Check-in was a very difficult process as we arrived earlier on time, however check-in information was not given yet. Lucky there were other guests there to help us. The Aircon was central and we were unable to adjust the temperature to our liking and the lift wasn’t working for our suitcases.
Daan (1/5): Op het oog mooi, maar erg onhygiënisch! - De uitstraling was erg mooi en de locatie was top. Ook parkeren kon erg makkelijk. De hygiëne was vreselijk. Er zaten bloedvlekken op het beddengoed, er lagen nog haren in het bed en het was erg stoffig op het bed. Toen ik vroeg of de schoonmaakster het beddengoed kon vervangen, kreeg ik simpelweg de vraag of ik het zelf wilde doen of dat zij het moest doen. Ze vertelde me dat ze niet zeker wist of haar collega het beddengoed wel had vervangen. Ook het toilet was niet schoongemaakt. Overal op de muren en lichtknoppen zaten ook vlekken, die wel schoon te maken waren. We kregen een tegoedbon voor ontbijt als compensatie, maar dat bracht het comfort niet meer terug.

Personne pour vous accueillir, réponse à des demandes très tardives (après notre depart) et sûrement par AI, voisins très bruyants. Nous avons demandé si l'on pouvait nous garder un sac de petite taille jusqu'à notre départ de la ville vers 15h, réponse à 15h quand nous étions partis. Dommage l'emplacement est super, l'appartement splendide, mais ces locations sont extrêmement impersonnelles. Rentabilité à fond et interlocuteur inexistant.

Luptovits (4/5): Florenz ist toll, aber diese Unterkunft ist es nicht! - Die Lage. Es war zwar modern und sauber, aber ansonsten eine Frechheit. Wir hatten eig. ein kostenloses Zimmerupdate erhalten - dieses aber nicht bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen Balkon, wie beschrieben, jedoch konnte man diesen nicht nutzen, da er in dieser in einen Innhof ging und in diesen alle Klimaanlagen der anderen Zimmer ausgerichtet waren. Dadurch war die Luft extrem schlecht und man konnte die Balkontür nicht wirklich öffnen. Weiters war dies das einzige Fenster, welches man theoretisch öffnen hätte können um zu lüften - aufgrund des Staubs, war es uns jedoch nicht möglich. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, welche jedoch auf 14 Grad voreingestellt war und man nicht ändern konnte. Bzw konnte man diese auch nicht abschalten. Zudem hatte man keinen Ansprechpartner - wenn man eine Frage hatte musste man diese über Booking stellen und mehrere Stunden, auf eine Antwort warten. Wir hatten das Zimmer für 2 Nächte gebucht, jedoch sind wir nach einer Nacht abgereist. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer, dieses wurde in der 2. Nacht bezogen und es war so hellhörig, dass man jedes einzelne Wort durch die Verbingungstür hören konnte. Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Lauksve (1/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - AVOID AT ANY COST - the worst experience ever! Appalling and unsafe experience – avoid this place We were treated with racist comments and blatant disrespect by the host, who told us he “does not care about us” and that we are “not worth respect.” When we asked for extra sheets, he called it a “stupid request” and began insulting us. Later, he insisted we leave the apartment in the middle of the night and kept sending threatening messages in the morning, even saying he’d call the police if we didn’t leave—despite no one being present for checkout until the cleaning person arrived at 11:00. The host ignored our calls multiple times, returning just one call after several attempts. He insisted a manager would come, but no one ever arrived. We were repeatedly harassed and even called psychopaths. When we reported the situation through Booking, the host escalated his threats instead of resolving anything. All of this is documented in our chat screenshots. This was not just bad hosting—it was degrading and threatening behavior. We felt very unsafe and insulted

If I had to pick something it would be the slight smell of damp which I think was probably coming from the walls around the window. Also, we struggled to turn the fans off at night.

Martina (7/5): Schön modern aber schlechte Kommunikation! - Tolle Lage und moderne Ausstattung Schleppende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, kein Hinweis auf beschränkte Einfahrt mit dem Auto nach Florenz, keine Reaktion bei Nachfrage der autogenehmigung. Der Check in war unkompliziert, allerdings hatten wir fremde Gäste im Zimmer, da diese Zugang zu unserem Schlüssel hatten.
Willem (6/5): Mooie B en B, maar klantonvriendelijke host. Zolang er nog verbouwd wordt - het pand staat ook in de steigers- zullen ga - Het designinterieur en de centrale ligging. ‘s Ochtends vroeg bouwwerkzaamheden direct boven ons hoofd en dus lawaaioverlast. Stoffig op het balkon: ook daardoor. Francesco had ons een extra nacht toegezegd en heeft - midden in de nacht- per bericht laten weten dat de kamer al geboekt was. Uit navraag bij de schoonmaakster - die uiterst vriendelijk was- bleek dat de kamer de volgende nacht niet geboekt was, terwijl Francesco er van ons ook nog €50 meer voor zou ontvangen dan de oorspronkelijke prijs.

Rudo Menge (1/5): A shocking experience with an unsafe room, no help from staff, and dishonest behavior. - Nothing — the room was unsafe, and the staff ignored all communication. The broken door lock, the lack of response from the hotel, and the threats I received afterward.

Sarah (10/5): Great location! - Amazing location and very clean and spacious. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the AC and it got pretty cold. It wouldn’t turn off when we tried to.
Simon (7/5): - Centralt placeret. Dejligt med badekar. Lækkert badeværelse. Det centrale A/C system larmede, og det var ikke umiddelbart muligt, at slukke det. Der var en del larm fra naboer, da det angiveligt er et kompleks med flere værelser i. Derudover var fer en fugtplamage på væggen efter en tilsyneladende form for vandskade Vi boede i Spirito Santo. På trods af dette var det alt i alt et fint værelse.

Cindy (9/5): Our stay was amazing. Would definitely return. - The property is beautiful. Fantastic location within a few minutes walk to Duomo and close to other attractions. Many great places to eat and drink close by. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Helpful staff. The airconditioning was inconsistently working.

Mélanie (7/5): Deux suites modernes et bien placées pour découvrir Florence. Hôte disponible et accueillant. Très propre et literie co - Spacieux et très bien placé. Une télécommande qui ne fonctionnait pas. Un frigo sur 2 n’était pas rempli. Une intervention pour la climatisation, nécessaire, mais non prévenue.

Hannah (9/5): Fantastic, stylish, modern apartment ideally located - Fantastic location, super stylish, immaculately clean, very spacious Check in process was unclear and we weren’t given details of this ahead of time (entry codes to the building etc) which wasn’t a big problem as the cleaner let us in but concerning if we had arrived later and no one was around.
Hosam (10/5): Good stay amazing staff , loved it - The property is very good - and it is worth it for sure . I felt the wood up there was several insects - small ones so if the owners could do something about it.

Srivats (2/5): - Ac was not working effectively and the temperature in the rooms stayed high at 30 Celsius. When I contacted the company on WhatsApp, their reply was that everything is working perfectly fine. Someone did come later which didn’t change anything. I Told them again and they said the software doesn’t show any problems so theres nothing wrong with the AC. Poor customer service. Not much space for any kind of storage. The bathroom also didn’t have any place to hang towels. They had stands which really didn’t hold much.

Enes Malik (1/5): It was a terrible stay!!! - Just location The air conditioning system is inadequate and works incredibly loudly, there is no fire system in the building or in the room. The walls of the room were extremely moldy and triggered our allergies. I could not reach any authorized person, they did not even return my calls. They once put half a liter of water in the room, we had to go and look for water at night. And worst of all, we hunted spiders in the room.
Esther (7/5): Bien, j'ai apprecié la localisation, le confort du lit et l dwns l'espace dans la chambre. - Bien situé, central de Florence. Beaucoup d'espace, lit et oreillers très confortables. Grande salle de bain. Un seul rouleau de papier de toilette?! Sûrement pas assez pour 2 personnes. Cette chambre n'a pas de vue sauf sur des installations de climatisation. Ma dernière soirée: panne de climatisation durant la nuit... très chaud (30 degrés) mais retour en matinée.

Sarah (9/5): I would stay here again. Family of 4 and we loved it here - Clean and comfortable and the location was amazing.
Poppy (3/5): Disappointed - The bed was large and comfy There was no one to greet us on arrival, the room had no natural light, the balcony/terrace was so disappointing, there was no view and overlooked by other rooms. The bathroom was glass, there was no privacy. The room was not clean, glass had lipstick on it, the toilet was broken. The air-con was loud, and not very effective. There was no one on reception when we left to pay the tourist tax. And to date I have still not had any response to my messages of concern. Soo disappointed in our stay given how much we paid.
