Le scale sono tante e possono essere un problema per persone con problemi di mobilità - non è il mio caso ma è bene farlo presente. Il piccolo frigorifero purtroppo è abbastanza rumoroso. A terra sicuramente non era lavato. In cima a delle scale altissime senza ascensore. Un disabile come fa? Abbiamo portato i trolley in spalla. Tre ore anche per trovare la struttura. Il gestore disponibile, ma della struttura non sono rimasta soddisfatta.

- Silvia (6/5): - posizione ottima, super centrale. stanza abbastanza confortevole. pulizia scarsa, erano presenti delle briciole appena arrivati e polvere su comodini e sedie. Gli host non si sono messi in contatto nonostante avessimo mandato due messaggi e effettuato una telefonata. Non c’è stato cambio di asciugamani e soprattutto al nostro arrivo c’era un solo rotolo di carta igienica praticamente consumato e nessuna scorta. Le scale sono fattibili ma comunque molto ripide. Sarebbe stata gradita un po’ più di attenzione.

- Federica (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - La posizione è veramente ottima, centralissima. Bella la camera, sicuramente spaziosa ma mancava qualche piccolo accorgimento. Per esempio non c'erano sufficienti ganci in bagno per le salviette (eravamo in due con 3 salviette ciascuna ed un unico gancio in bagno) e, non essendoci servizio di pulizia della camera durante il soggiorno, sarebbe stato utile avere una scopa o magari un'aspirapolvere. Da considerare il fatto che la camera è all'ultimo piano di un edificio senza ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema ma è bene sapere che ci sono parecchie scale. Self check-in super dettagliato e chiaro, ottimo! Migliorerei il kit di cortesia, molto basico. Inoltre, si è verificato un problema alla caldaia durante il nostro soggiorno, l'acqua calda non arrivava in camera ed è stato un pò limitante perchè successo di domenica e non è stato possibile intervenire tempestivamente (il giorno dopo saremmo ripartite). Ciononostante non posso non segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura, erano sinceramente dispiaciuti ed hanno cercato in tutti i modi di venirci incontro.

- Raffaella (10/5): Canere Nuove e pulite - Ottima struttura nel pieno centro storico di Napoli. È situata al 3 piano con scale nella corte degli edifici. Le camere sono solo due dotate di tutto il necessario. Molto pulite e molto curate e silenziose, il locale deve essere stato ristrutturato da poco. Il proprietario sentito per messaggi è stato molto pronto nel rispondere e ci è venuto incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta. L'unica cosa di poco conto è che mi sembra che la televisione non sia collegata all'antenna. Non ho ben capito se si potesse vedere solo con account personale. Cmq se volete soggiornare nel centro storico ve la consiglio. Forse le scale per arrivare alle camere, piuttosto ripide.

- Roxana (4/5): Disappointing stay despite central location - The apartment was very hard to find, although the host was kind enough to guide us to the right place. Please note that it’s located in an old historic building — don’t expect anything visually appealing from it. The apartment itself is on the top floor, with many stairs to climb and no elevator, which was extremely difficult with large luggage. Inside, the high walls make it hard to keep clean — there were cobwebs and some damp spots. Although toiletries were listed as included, we only received four small shampoo bottles, with no shower gel or hand soap. We stayed for 4 nights, and the room was never cleaned nor were the towels changed. One day, we didn’t have any hot water at all due to a problem with the installation, which the owner fixed the next day. The air freshener used in the room was very strong and overpowering, anyone sensitive to smells might find it unpleasant (we had to air out the room for a few hours). The only positive aspect is the location, right in the historic center, close to the main streets and shops. However, given the price, the overall quality was disappointing and not worth the money.

- Gregory (1/5): Un désastre qui nous a gâché notre court séjour ! - L emplacement et la proximité du métro ainsi que des rues animées. Tout d abord, un véritable escape game pour trouver la chambre. Point noir : Il n est nullement notifié qu il y a 4 étages à monter sans ascenseur dans la description de l' annonce booking avec marches irrégulières, un vrai calvaire. Impossible à monter pour des personnes à mobilité réduite et très compliqué à monter même sans ça ! Nous avons demandé à changer de logement (nous avions pris 4 nuits) étant donné que ma femme a d'importants problèmes de dos. La seule possibilité proposée par le propriétaire était de prendre l une des autres chambres de celui ci (le remboursement pour les nuits restantes ayant été refusé de la part du propriétaire, donc nous étions coincés). Nous avons donc été contraints de changer de quartier avec un supplément de 15 euros en liquide pour... Le nettoyage (Alors que booking, qui a été très pro nous avait spécifié que le propriétaire voulait bien changé d emplacement SANS FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES.) La douche : eau glacée puis chaude, puis glacée...etc avec d'importantes fuites au niveau du pommeau de douche. La Tv était HS (même si elle a été changée le 2eme jour) Pour terminer la litterie très inconfortable. Je déconseille fortement même si le logement est soigné...

Giuseppe. Efficiente nel dare tutte le informazioni. L’unico neo il salire a piedi 5 piani di scale, ma va benissimo lo stesso.

The bed and towels weren't cleaned properly, there were hairs all over. The wooden ceiling is very nice, however it's moldy and there was mold falling off on the bed.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - It's a cozy and nice place. There is NO ele vator on the top floor. Any heavy luggage will be a challenging task to manage going to your room. Access is a bit difficult, but eventually, we got it.
- Evelin (10/5): True Neapolitan feeling - This was my second time booking this accommodation, and I will definitely choose it again whenever I return to Naples. The room and bathroom were spotless and pleasantly fragrant. If you want to experience being in a truly authentic Neapolitan building, this is the place to stay. The owner was incredibly helpful, available around the clock, and even shared great recommendations for exploring Naples. I truly loved my stay here. Checking in to the building can be a bit tricky but I had no issues after all.

The place is a bit tricky to find at first and the self check was very uncomfortable. It goes thru a link they send you however there is no signal inside the building and the wifi they sent didn’t work.

The bathroom was a good size and being able to open the window was good. Lack of signage on the main entrance. Not for people with additional physical needs. The stairs are uneven, and it's not very well lit. Climbing 3 floors with luggage without assistance was not ideal either.

The room also has a mini fridge which was useful. Check-in and comms all done online, but the host is very friendly and responsive. No elevator - not a negative, just a fact to keep in mind if got lots of luggage or difficulty climbing stairs.

- Marco (9/5): Superb - The room is modern and has all comforts. It is located in the historical center of Naples, close to an area with an excellent food offer and the cathedral; in that area all buildings are quite old. The shower is great. The instructions to enter the building and room are very good and precise, but I had some trouble since I had a bad phone connection while I was running through the procedure to enter the building and the room.
- Charlotte (9/5): Comfortable and newly renovated room right in the historic city centre - I had one of the two rooms available at this location; it was spacious, newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast comes in the form of vouchers for a nearby café, which makes excellent cappuccino and has a selection of pastries and small pizzas available. The B&B is situated right in the historic city centre, but in a quiet side street with the windows facing an inner courtyard. So it has all the advantages of a central location without extra noise. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a water kettle to each room (to make tea or instant soup). If you are sensitive or even allergic to perfumes, this B&B utilises pretty strong air fresheners, which may be an issue in that case.

(I read comments that this is not obvious in Naples ;)). At the same time location is great - in the heart of centro storico, just few steps from via Tribunali, at the same time quiet, as you can close the roller blind. Recommended! The only thing is that apartment is on 3rd floor without elevator. It was mentioned, but bringing two suitcases upstairs was exhausting. Besides it everything was great!

The exterior is a little rough, but we felt safe at all times thanks to the big gate. Our host was always available, response times were super quick. He was always very helpful and had a great focus on customer service. Check-in and check-out were easy. Perfect room for a few days in Napoli. All good.
- Germain (5/5): The appartment is fine and well located but the organization is not reliable - The location is great in the historical center of Napoli, allowing proximity with the main spots Breakfast is basic: consists of one voucher allowing one beverage and one pastry in a nearby café. The shower tap would require some maintenance. Communication with the renter is difficult: basically the model is that everything is managed remotely. You never ever see a human being along your stay. And the model finds its limits when the renter is not reactive, does not anwer phone calls nor messages. We were close to missing our flight as Giuseppe had committed to book a taxi that never came, whereas it was impossible to contact him. He was not reliable.

The neighbours bathroom was one thin plastic wall apart us and every time they went to the shower or toilet I’ve heard everything as it was in my room).

- Imogen (7/5): Excellent location, room nice enough but overpriced, facilities could be better - Fantastic location, peaceful (not on a busy road) and in the heart of the historic centre of Naples. Clean room, air con, great WiFi plus great smart TV to chill in the evening. It was a long way up to the room, quite a few flights of stairs, which wasn't made clear on the description. Room was nice and clean with a shower room, but no other facilities, no kettle or water bottles in the fridge. The hosts were quick and responsive with messages but we never met them and it was tricky to get into the property, another guest helped us in. Breakfast was a token for a pastry and hot drink at a local cafe also nice enough but not really Bed&Breakfast as described. Think the price was high for what was offered, more like a room in an Airbnb, not a hotel.

- Nadia (5/5): Passable - The actual accommodation is newly renovated. It is fresh and clean. The bed is comfortable and air-conditioned. Finding the place is very difficult. If you have a car, this place is not suitable as parking is very expensive in a car park . We paid €40 a day, and we were there for 3 days. This place is suited to young people as there is night-life just 2 mins away. The access to your place is not easy with codes and numbers. Once you're in, you can use a conventional key and better than apps they send you. Also, it's on the 3rd floor, the rooms, and no elevators .

- Adam (10/5): Posted my airpods to me after I left them in the apartment - Giuseppe went above and beyond for us. He was extremely easy to contact and very responsive. I forgot my airpods and he posted them to me which was very nice! The apartment great value for money, very clean and in a brilliant location. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

Will not choose to stay anywhere else !! - Super clean Amenities and toothbrush available Slippers available Location is like no other - super central and easy to navigate Instructions were very thorough and detailed & extra support available too. The last couple of stairs up to the bnb but it was good excercise after delicious food & that is how the buildings are structured so nothing you can do. It is part of the characteristics.
- Sanja (10/5): Exceptional - Location is absolutely great, in the very heart of the city. The room is modern and clean, air conditioning is excellent and the hosts are available whenever you need. We will be back :) There is nothing we didn't like.
- Bingqing (8/5): Very good - The accommodation located an old building of old town of Naples, very good experience of exploring the native Napoli. According to the google map, the place might be a little bit hard to find. Keep your eyes on the sign of the door and contact the landlord in case you can't find it. He is super helpful and responsive. The room is clean and cozy. a bit confusing about the floors of this building.
- Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and comfortable apartament located in City Centre. Something around 100 meters and you are in good restaurant or bar with drinks. Good contact with owner. We reccomend it .
