• Georgios (8/5): Great, clean and comfortable room. - The room was great , very nice and clean , the location is good close to the Metro station that you can use to go to city airport etc. The only think (which is not the liability of the host) is that on a Saturday night the street next to the room was very loud. Maybe slightly expensive as it is not next to city center.

• Arturo (9/5): Pretty good - Everything was perfect!! The ambience, facilities, subway nearby, water pressure. Friendly staff, nice amenities and complete TV programming The only thing that makes me strange is that at some point at night the heaters stop working and the room gets so cold.
• Lissa (3/5): Difficult check in - Very nice space and bed Communication was super hard, one of the most difficult check in experiences that i’ve had. They dont have anything automatic (codes and access) so you have to write or chat with this whatsapp number and it end up being uncomfortable, specially if it is to open the main door every time you come in. I had to look for the keys in a random drawer because they didnt let them for me. Also they didnt provide any instructions for checking out, overall felt unprofessional for the price and place.

Room was very clean, modern with everything you need! Nothing it was great.

• Liudmila (8/5): Comfortable location but very noisy inside - +Very comfortable location + Beautiful design The flat is at 0 level and there is no sound isolation, so we could barely sleep hearing everyone entering the building and all the cars on the street. The bad was very noisy and uncomfortable as well

Only a minor thing which can easily be improved. The bed was screeching even with the smallest move when you sleep. Perhaps the owner can look at this.

We had a hard time having some sleep. The room is directly located on a busy street and you can hear every single car, dog barking, people walking by, ambulances etc. The doors to access the apartments are also very loud. - The bed is old and creaking - Almost flooded the whole appartment when using the shower (with the shower door carefully closed). Be aware!

• Dritan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine, clean, comfort, spacious and modern room, everything cured to details, imagine there is even un umbrella for rainy days. This is the only place I have been, which is much better than what you can percept from photos.
• Xi (10/5): Great location, extremely clean and very comfortable. - It’s central and close to the Milano Centrale and Republicca Metro station. It’s also very close to a huge variety of good quality restaurants and cafes. I was in downtown in a matter of 10mins.. The room itself was super clean and well appointed. A lot of care went into details for comfort of international travellers. Well positioned light switches, USB plugs, clean fluffy towels and a lovely coffee and tea station. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. All in all very recommended to solo / couple travellers. Nothing. All great!

• Nancy (6/5): Convenient and comfortable - The location was good and the room was clean. The bathroom in particular was very nice. We could leave our bags both before and after check in/out. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property was quite loud and we could hear cleaners outside and the people in the other room. The luggage space was also open to others staying there, and we would’ve preferred a more private locker.

Dont forget to pay a city tax so you will need CASH

It’s in a mixed use building with offices as well and although the instructions for checking in and getting into the property were clear and easy to follow, it felt very impersonal.

An iron and ironing board were a bonus. Having to rely on doorman being around to let you into the apartment block. Once into the main entrance you use keypad to enter the apartment. A key or pin to access main entrance would be helpful.

• Lena (9/5): Superb - Place is perfectly located in the centre of Milan a few steps away from the next metro station. The room is spacious, modern and quipped with everything you need: a comfy bed, a mini bar (free of charge!) and a large bathroom. Check-in is super easy and we could even access the room early. In all fairness, the price is rather expensive, but it seems a common phenomena in Milan that room rates have spiked over the last years - and especially when there is the famous design fair...

• Marta (10/5): I'd come back :) - The room was spacious, bed big & comfortable. Both room and bathroom were clean, there were towels, and basic cosmetics in the bathroom. It was really nice. TV has netflix (but you need to log in using your account), there is coffee machine and variety of tea bags choices :) Staff was really nice, available to us whenever we needed help and super helpful!
• Radu (10/5): Very good! - Everything was very clean, the room is very big, the location is very good, close to the Metro, trams and Central Station. A little bit noisy at night, you can hear everything from outside, and the fact that at night the central heating goes off, from 11PM until 8 AM, and you have to turn the AC off, which is pretty annoying because for a tourist during the day you are out of the room and don’t need the heat and at night when you need it it’s off. But most probably this isn’t the property’s fault just how the central heating works.
