• Monica (7/5): A clean and safe place to stay. Ok for 2 nights. - It was clean and comfortable. A basic room. Not staffed but was able to contact them if there was a problem. When we got to the address it was difficult to choose the right building. Maybe a little more information about this before we arrived. A sign in the courtyard would be helpful.

• Gina (9/5): - Locație foarte bună, in zona liniștită. Se poate ajunge pe jos in punctele renumite ale orasului si in port, de unde pleacă ferry către Capri si coasta Amalfi. Proprietatea este bine întreținută, personalul de la curățenie a venit zilnic. Camera este mobilata minimal, avand strictul necesar, poate un pic prea austera. Comunicarea cu gazdele a fost rapida, cu asistenta pe watsapp, iar Sabrina a fost de mare ajutor in familiarizarea cu împrejurimile si recomandari de locuri pentru luat masa.

Simplemente hay que asegurarse de que la tapoa redonda cromada está bien colocada

• Pau (10/5): - Perfect location, close to the city center and a metro stop away from Garibaldi station. Room was cleaned every day. Beds were comfortable. The reception is unstaffed, but they were always very easy to reach and solved any issue very quickly.

• francesco (9/5): tutto ottimo a parte delle inezie sorvolabili, le segnalo per migliorare. - Posizione eccellente, camera pulita con spazi ampi, arredi nuovi e ben congeniati, palazzo d'epoca letto non troppo comodo, considerata la struttura di ottimo livello la tavoletta de wc molto cheap.
• Miriel (9/5): - Recomiendo mucho este B&B . Es cierto que me esperaba algo mas grande o de otra manera. Pero ha sido suficiente para nuestras necesidades. Está ubicado en un punto excepcional, muy buena calle, ancha e iluminada, como a 200 metros de la calle Toledo en línea recta y de Quarterie spagnoli, también del puerto. Somos una familia, pareja con hijos y nos interesaba estar céntricos, seguros y con todo a mano y asi ha sido con este alojamiento. El primer día tuvimos un problema con la ducha que caia un hilo de agua y nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y al instante nos buscaron solución, nos dieron otra habitación mas grande y mejor para 4, donde iban todo bien. La habitación impecable y el edificio antiguo pero bien. Volveríamos a este alojamiento de volver a Nápoles. Por decir algo, que no hay lavadora que buena falta haria en los espacios comunes, pero entiendo que ésto es de paso, y tal vez una máquina de agua que no sea de pago. Hay una nevera con agua y cafetera e infusiones. Otra cosa es que a pesar de ser todo nuevo el lavabo del baño se atasca continuamente o le cuesta mucho desaguar, tenia que estar quitando el tapón. Tener en cuenta que el ascensor es de los de antes y hay que mantener las puertas cerradas, sino no se podrá utilizar.
• Anna (6/5): Poca cordialità - Posizione e pulizia Pur trattandosi di self check-in, se fatto dopo le 20 è previsto un pagamento extra, mentre dopo le 0:00 non è più possibile entrare. Peraltro, a fronte delle nostre iniziali difficoltà nell’accesso in struttura, lo staff (che non abbiamo mai visto) non è apparso affatto cordiale al momento della richiesta di chiarimenti telefonici.

• Di (2/5): Very bad experience, poorly equipped room - The staff helped us book a taxi to the bus station with reasonable price 1. Very limited check-in hours from 3pm to 8pm and after 8pm need to pay at least 20€ additional fee 2. The hotel’s Booking account was hacked and sent me a fraud link, saying if I don’t confirm soon the reservation will be canceled. I was asked to input my credit card information. Fortunately I realized it could be a scam in the last step and didn’t finish the payment, but my credit card info was leaked 3. Hot water for shower is really limited. It takes a long time to heat up and we are three people, the water is basically freezing cold after the first person took shower even though we waited for some time in between. We caught a cold due to this. 4. On the bed there were only a thin layer of bed sheet, we had to sleep in cold. The next morning we asked for the blanket then were told it’s in the under bed storage box… But they were very dusty so we still couldn’t use it for the second night. 5. The room is big but not well equipped with anything. There’s not even a kettle and the kettle in public area is broken. 6. Bad noise insulation, in the morning people speak loud in the common area and the noise pass through the closed door very clearly…

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable room. The location is excellent, right on a main street and close to the center. A great choice for both short and longer stays.
• Jose (8/5): - More than a hotel is a room service. Is a small flat with rooms, easy to walk around. They have outside water and coffe. This is not a Hotel but is ok to be there.

The only thing that I didn’t like and wasn’t transparent when I booked the place was the fact that the check in after 8pm was with extra charge. This wasn’t said to me at the moment that I booked but in the moment that was made the payment.

Very nice and clean rooms. Cozy little kitchen with fridge for drinks and a spacious common place. Daily cleaning service. Very friendly staff. Whole experience was perfect.

Super-helpfull staff (honestly I never saw this before) and very nice place for stay. Super-cozy bed and good location. The only - little bit distrubing thing was a street-noise but that is the trade of the location nearby the city centre. Many thanks Sabrina! :)

• Anna (8/5): Nice room in central location - Nice room and bathroom. Full body mirror. SmartTV with netflix on. Secure entrance to the buildings with keys. Very good location towards both Spanish quarter, centro storico, but also Castle Nuovo and palazzo reale etc Didn't have a fridge in the room, which is necessary during summertime. We were advised to use the one in the shared facilities, however this resulted in someone taking some of our bottles. Wifi wasn't too strong when in bed unfortunately so signal could have been better. Also there was restricted times for check in, and was being charged if needed to be after 8pm. We didn't need it thankfully. Also appointment needs for the check in to avoid delays, which was a bit stressful as we didn't know the exact time of arrival. I had asked if possible to have some view/ possible towards the street in the special request box, when I booked the room. However, they never replied to this and they gave us one at the back, looking towards the lightwell/ backyard. Coffee and other drinks incl water were being charged eg 0.5€ per espresso and 1€ for water.
• Shurendy (7/5): But overal a really nice place to stay and near the city centre - The hotel is really nice renovated. Near the city, so you can walk to most of the things to see or eat around. Good places to eat by walking distance. The room was really big and well maintained. Everyday clean towels and good quality towels! The room is a bit noisy because it’s located at a main road and also for other rooms it’s noisy. One night we were asked by a neighbor to turn down the volume. But because the rooms are so big, every noise goes clear trough the door! The water flow in the shower was not strong enough. And it take a long time before getting warm. I think the room is big enough to make 2 separate bedrooms! Or at least one bedroom and a big lounge/ livingroom area. The television was hanging and felt like if you move it, it will fel on the floor. So it felt like it was not that good mounted. The television is brand new but the sound quality is really poor or maybe it’s because the room is to big! Sofa is nog wel positioned to look at the television, you needed to look sideways.

Drinks with honesty box .air conditioning worked very well. No option for greakfast, however lots of bars around to get a morning coffee and pastry.

You have like a help yourself fridge with cold drinks or could even put your own in there to stay cool, a hot drinks section. The room itself was so clean and open space, amazing AC. The room felt like home. Everything was just perfect, it was 15-20mins from most things.

She gave us lots of information on how to get there and was always in touch via WhatsApp, which made it a lot easier. She explained to us exactly the most interesting places through a small map she provided us. We had made an extra reservation for another day having a simpler room because the deluxe room we were already in was not available and even so she allowed us to stay in the same room. We were very pleased and will definitely recommend.
