Café da manhã é bem bom, mas poderia oferecer uma opção de fruta.

• Guest (10/5): La mejor relación precio-calidad de Providencia en ubicación tranquila y cercana al Metro - Excelente atención, cama amplia y muy cómoda, espacios comunes (living room, comedor, jardín) cómodos habilitados para uso de los huéspedes, desayuno continental recién preparado y muy completo. Pasé frío la primera noche porque solo había una frazada en el armario de la habitación, sin embargo, prendí el aire acondicionado la siguiente noche y estuvo muy cómodo.

• FIGUEROA UGARTE (4/5): - Inicialmente hice reserva de una habitación sin darme cuenta que era compartida, lo que no es de mi agrado. El Sr, de la recepción me realizó el traslado a una habitación familiar, Valor de la habitación $60.000, yo ocupé unos minutos en espera de mis hijos que dejaron su equipaje en mi habitación, nos retiramos. Posteriormente a las 19.00 horas. regresamos en busca de sus equipajes y descansar unos minutos, minutos posteriores a nuestro ingresó el Sr. de la recepción tocó la puerta de mi habitación y, de muy mala manera, me llamó la atención por encontrar, a mis hijos, sentados en 2 de las camas de los camarotes, bajé con él y, de la misma manera mal educada e irrespetuosa, me cobró $ 50.000, por el uso de 15 minutos en la habitación. Las camas no fueron ocupadas para dormir, sólo para descansar sentados, entiendo que es posible que se necesitara tender las camas nuevamente, las que contaban sólo con una sábana, pero pagar $50.000 más por eso, lo encuentro irracional. Soy una mujer de 74 años de edad, y NO entiendo perfectamente la situación. ¿Qué cubre el valor de $60.000, el uso de UNA cama o el uso de la habitación?
• Guest (7/5): Sirve solo para dormir - El sector es tranquilo, la casa estaba limpia, buena la atención del personal, pero el espacio de la habitación era pequeño, el lugar es solo para dormir, si quieres trabajar en el es imposible, no hay un escritorio para trabajar que cuando uno viaja por trabajo es ideal. La habitación era muy pequeña, falta un espacio para poner un computador.

O chuveiro ser dentro da banheira. A banheira é alta, dificultando um pouco para entrar pro banho.

Se supone que lo irían a dejar, situación que nunca ocurrió. La cama sonaba como si se fuera a a desarmar, no había shampoo en la ducha y el desayuno incluido era más bien dulces.

The locker has an awesome space and the bathroom has a very useful liquid soap that avoids the necessity of bringing your soap to the bathroom everytime you enter it. The locker has two keys but they are not labeled, so it makes you try the first key with 50% chance of getting it right, as there are two doors next to each other. One suggestion is labelling the keys as left and right. Some locker doors need to be fixed because the hinge is broken. It would also be good to have an extra blancket in colder days.

Family run business, so has a family feel about the accommodation. Standing bath shower isn't great. Not the hostel's fault, but had a fellow guest who was an extremely loud snorer in our room.

Not social, if that’s what you are looking for, and a bit out of the centre/main areas (for me this was nice though).
