joncD6367ZA (10/5): Great Location! - The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to San Cristobal Park. It's directly connected to a great outdoor shopping and eating area where there are tons of choices food and drink-wise. The staff was friendly and the hotel was a great value. It's also a safe location. The "Yellow Room" has a nice balcony so I suggest you try to get that one.
Fausto (10/5): - What an outstanding little hotel! Room was clean, spacious. Close to as many restaurants, bars, cafe as you want. Park is also close by. Metro stop just 5 minutes away walking. I will go back without any doubts.

carvinggirl (2/5): This hotel is a nightclub - You are literally sleeping in a bar at this hotel. The thumping music from multiple bars went until 3am and started again at 9:30am. Rooms are nice, but that's pointless when the music is so loud you can't sleep. Stay somewhere else. This place is terrible.
BDellz (8/5): Trendy Place - This hotel is just that - Hip. The rooms are nicely decorated with state of the art technology and the fact that it is connected to a nightclub makes it ultra fun. We arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in so asked if our room was ready, hoping that we would be able to check-in early. We were told that we were, but for a fee, and the fee was HALF the cost of a one night stay. That seemed absolutely ridiculous to us as it was only two hours before our check-in time and the room was obviously ready for us. We declined this and had them store our luggage instead, arriving hours later to check-in. This definitely soured the experience a bit for us. If you are looking for privacy or are travelling with those you are not 100% comfortable with, this place is not for you. The bathroom has glass walls and even though there is a privacy shade that comes down, the door is still completely see through and offers a direct view into the shower. However, our absolute favourite part was the Japanese toilette - A ++. They accommodated the fact that we were not able to enjoy the breakfast included with our stay (as we were out of the hotel before the breakfast time) by delivering a sufficient breakfast to our room. Due to a miscommunication between the hotel staff, we did not get this service one morning, but we did the second day. Cool hotel, difference concept and location. Glad we stayed here.
iona_roth (2/5): The worst experience I had ever had - I chose a nice room with a balcony. The room was just like the picture but... MUSIC SO LOUD I COLDN’T SLEEP. There ir a night club playing loud music, VERY LOUD! Something that I cloud never imagine that cloud happen. The attendant said thy describe themselves as a hotel with night life. You should understand: you room is very noisy. I don’t recommend! Better stay in a place you can go to the night club and go sleep in a quite place whenever you want. Avoid this place. There are so many options.
charlottesawyer2707 (10/5): A great, quirky hotel - Would highly recommend this hotel! We received a cocktail on the roof terrace on arrival. The staff: so helpful, one man in particular went to every effort to ensure we felt comfortable and assisted in translations multiple times. The hotel itself: beautiful. Decorated very very well. A nice rooftop balcony overlooking the bellavista patio. The room: everything and more we could have imagined. A great size. SOOO many pillows. And cool quirky touches, such as the iPad which controls the whole room, such as temp, Lights, the window screens coming down, music of your choice. Note: you’d hope you’re comfortable with your travel partner by now, as the bathroom has glass walls, so you can see everything. They do have a screen which comes down for privacy, but it doesn’t cover much. We didn’t find this an issue though. If you want to treat yourself, then do it!
d0rtega (8/5): Ineresting hotel in a trendy neighborhood - A boutique hotel in downtown Santiago, in a very touristic area, inside Patio Bellavista, which is a closed area with many restaurants, shops, souvenirs. Nice rooms, good food, very good breakfast and an upscale bar, very crowded on weekends. Breakfast starts serving at 9 AM, so probably not good if it is a business travel. Neighborhood is nice, but as always in every crowded city, beware of pickpockets.

rafaelamendesss (6/5): Great - if you like party - Beautiful hotel. Room, restaurant, decoration everything pretty good. But it is not a place to rest once there is too much noise during the night - the Patio Bellavista is opened up to 3am and the hotel’s terrace also has loud music. I asked for the breakfast in the room because I had a tour pretty in the morning (and they start breakfast at 8am!), and they agreed - but they gave me coffee with milk, once I dont like it I asked for a cup of black coffee and I had to pay for it! The answer was that in the request for breakfast in the room I just did not mentioned it. Hahaha. Fail.
W6929BIsaraho (10/5): Beautiful Hotel and Great Food - I had an wonderful extended stay in the suite at the Hip Hotel. The room was uniquely decorated and always well-cleaned. The hotel has a restaurant convientley located steps away from the rooms with some of the best included breakfast I have had. It also has a trendy bar attached to the hotel with friendly staff and beautifully-crafted cocktails. One of the best hotel experiences I have had!!
N2502TFtonyh (10/5): Stopping By - This is surely the Hippest hotel I've been at...Stayed in both the Orange and White room. And the night life is right outside your door. The Patio Bellavista has a lot to choose from. Or you can explore right around the area to choose your poison.
Maudiniz (2/5): Worst hotel experience ever! - We had a nightmare experience in the hotel! At first it looked amazing, brand new, chic and the manager was really polite and nice with us. But the major problem was at night, since we booked the hotel to have a nice night of sleep to rest after a week skiing, we had several problems about that. First the hotel is inside the Patio Bellavista, that’s good, but at night there are 2, TWO clubs inside de hotel, one on each side of our room with really loud music till 3am! We called several times to ask them to turn the volume down with no resolution, the only answers was that the music would stoop after 3AM! On the next day we kindly ask them to give us back the money of the next 2 night because we could stay there anymore (they asked us to pay the whole stay at the checkin). Guess what?! They didn’t want to give us back, so we called Booking.com , where we booked the hotel, and the hotel accept the deal with booking.com, to cancel our next nights and give us back the money! It’s been almost three months since that nightmare and guess what?! They didn’t pay us yet! Total disrespect with us. Apart of the day that they made us wait for more than 4 hours waiting for the manager that never showed up.

W3743FQtimh (6/5): Some good. Some bad. Mostly good! - Some things I love...some not so much (I am sat in my hotel room as a type this). Alas, they could be the perfect hotel...but they need few polishing touches. First, the location is THE best in Santiago, overall. Great food, drinks, dancing, shopping, and sites, all nearby. On the down side, the bathrooms are GLASS, so, you better be VERY familiar with your travel partner. And, they have a fancy iPad that controls lights, music, shades etc. It sounds great...until you need to go to the bathroom at 3am and don't want to fiddle with an iPad to turn on a light (I prefer the simple "switch on wall" approach) Also, the TV didn't change channels...so you better like the channel it's stuck on (they said they will fix it...but I'm still waiting). Finally, tonight there is a private event taking up the entire bar / restaurant area...so those of us stuck living here for the night (there are only 7 rooms...all a few feet from the bar) are resigned to having to "stay away" from the festivities (it was made clear we were not invited even though our room is literally 15 feet from the DJ and the dancing area). So, a mixed bag. But...the staff are VERY polite and nice, the food and atmosphere is top notch (when you can "participate" in the bar and restaurant), and the location...well...as I said...it's unrivalled.
pasta85 (8/5): Cool, funky hotel. Confused why there are so few reviews! - This is a very cool hotel in Santiago. The rooms were super funky and the bar area was brilliant overlooking the patio. The beds were huge and the staff were very friendly. The things that let this place down are very simple to fix: WiFi - for such a smart hotel, the WiFi was very poor. This needs updating. Breakfast - a breakfast is included, but not everything. The options that were included were quite weird (effectively one piece of bread with eggs or avocado or peppers on it) so if you wanted something mainstream like muesli with fruit you had to pay extra. Curtains - we stayed in the orange room, and the sunlight hit the gap in the curtains first thing in the morning, directly on your pillow whilst you’re trying to sleep. A very simple fix, get a bigger curtain! All that said, a nice stay in a funky boutique hotel which definitely breaks the trend in South America!
