- Alexandre (7/5): Good - Someone at the desk 24/7 and due to our delay flight that was Uber important. Room are in a corridor so no view nor a lot of air. Shower was not very hot and pressure was slow.

- Angel (8/5): Night front desk not welcoming/morning from desk with a mole on her face very welcoming. - The front desk lady from the morning with a mole on her face was very cordial and welcoming! Made my check out very pleasant. Loved the price of the room as well. Very economical for a one night stay. The front desk lady (from the night); on the night of my check in, I rang the button multiple times not knowing if the rang was working or not. The night front desk clerk got upset with me for ranging it multiple times; and told me. “With once that you press it, I can hear it! No need to rang it multiples times, I heard you the front day!” The neighbor is not very safe, thus the doors are locked. I also didn’t like that if you buy “Picos aka snacks/appetizer” you can’t pay with a card; only cash. That makes it very inconvenient for the guests staying there.
