In addition to providing numerous excellent tips for our stay in Napoli (excursion destinations and top local restaurants), he also arranged parking right around the corner from the accommodation. The accommodation is located in an urban neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurant and bars, and it's only a 6-minute walk to the harbor, where you can take a boat to Capri, for example. The rooms were clean and the accommodation is very quiet, despite its location. The furnishings are functional and were completely adequate. Thank you, Francesco, for the great stay and your service.

The property is clean and well-maintained. The owner, Francesco, was very kind and helpful, especially with arranging transfers to our desired destinations. He also gave us valuable advice on which areas of Naples to avoid for safety reasons. During our stay, Francesco was always available to help with anything, which was an especially great advantage. We will definitely come back again. We highly recommend this apartment.

• Elmira (10/5): A fantastic few days exploring such a historic city. - The location was fantastic to explore Napoli, convenient for the metro, the ports and to walk around the city. The property was clean (and cleaned to a high standard every day). Francesco was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. The 2nd bed (a sofa pull-out) was very creaky and our child woke up to the noise if she moved significantly in bed.

• Guest (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft, um Neapel City direkt zu Fuß erkunden zu können. - Die Unterkunft hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Besitzer war äußerst freundlich, hat sich täglich nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war bei Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders hilfreich waren auch seine Tipps zu sehenswerten Spots in der Nähe. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.
• Elena (3/5): Lage top - der Rest lässt leider zu Wünschen übrig - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal um Napoli zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus in einem historischen sehr schönem Gebäude und ist somit relativ ruhig. Leider war insbesondere das Bad in einem miserablen Zustand. Der Preis für so ein kleines Zimmer ist absolut nicht verhältnismäßig. Der Vermieter hat sich sichtlich bemüht uns eine Einführung der Stadt zu geben. Er sollte sich meines Erachtens jedoch eher um die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Zimmer kümmern. Leider lies diese zu Wünschen übrig.

• Paola (10/5): - Ci ha stupite l'accoglienza di Francesco, sempre molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze e a far sì che la nostra piccola vacanzina di 3 giorni andasse nel migliore dei modi. La camera è in un bel palazzo storico all'interno di un cortile tipico napoletano che, nonostante sia in pieno centro e traffico, risulta molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Consigliamo vivamente un soggiorno da Francesco.

• Dilyana (1/5): Disappointing communication with host - N/a Host was unfortunately not in line with booking.com’s standards and expectations. If you are not able to check in by 6pm sharp don’t book this property, delays/late check in will not be accommodated and the host will likely not respond to your messages until it’s too late for you to make changes to your travel arrangements. We didn’t stay here and booked an alternative accommodation, but the team from Booking were kind enough to let us leave a review to hopefully help other people in the same situation.

He even organized a late check-in and late check-out, which was super convenient for our flight schedule. The apartment is perfectly located in the historical city center, just a short walk from the metro and with a supermarket nearby. Daily cleaning was a nice touch and kept everything fresh. It’s great value for the money. Be sure to follow Francesco’s recommendations – every trattoria and local spot he suggested to try local cuisine was absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommend!

Francesco was a kind and helpful host with great local recommendations. That said, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite match the listing description. The sound from the adjoining bathroom plumbing was quite noticeable and disrupted our sleep on a few occasions. We also noticed there was no coffee maker available. While we adjusted our expectations based on our overall experience in Naples, this particular stay wasn’t the right fit for us, and we likely wouldn’t return.

But the most valuable advantage of this property was the host. Francesco personally made sure that we were able to figure out how to get to the tours and sights that we were interested in and he checked in on us daily to make sure that we were doing ok. Francesco went above and beyond our expectations and was such a great host!

Although not a traditional hotel, the room was clean, and Francesco was like having a personal guide. He told us all of the sites to see and the restaurants to go to. He was right on target and the food was excellent at the locations recommended. • Bernadette (10/5): Fabulous - The bed and breakfast is in a great location, although busy (but Naples is always busy), once inside you cannot hear anything. The room was excellent for what we needed, plenty of towels, a kettle and fridge. Francesco the owner, well he could not have been more helpful before we travelled and whilst we were there. He check in with us daily by whats app to ensure we were ok and arranged a taxi to take us back to the airport. On arrival he gave us lots of suggestions and advice on places to go etc. You could not get a better host, so Francesco thank you again so much for everything. Nothing.
• Susan (10/5): Excellent location and care - Location was excellent. We walked everywhere. Communication was great before and on arrival we were given a map and all locations of interest to us, and good recommendations, were marked and all our questions answered. We felt welcomed. Francesco and Lorenzo were fabulous. The breakfast is only a brioche with a coffee or juice at a nearby cafe. The full breakfast mentioned in the description is not correct.

• Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - Da Francesco was a fabulous place to stay. The room was large with two very comfy double beds. The ceilings were very high with a lovely big window with shutters. We didn't need the aircon because the architecture of the building keeps the air cool inside. It was spotlessly clean and we felt safe and welcome. The best bit was Francesco himself. His welcome and tips on where to go were great. He checks in with you by WhatsApp every day and he is so helpful. When we got to the airport at Napoli to go home, I realised I'd left my phone and bank card by the bed! Francesco didn't think twice about helping. We can't rate Francesco and his accommodation highly enough! Grazie mille.

• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - The location was absolutely perfect. Just a couple minutes walk from the metro making it really easy to get to with luggage. In a great neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and amazing gelato. Walkable to the rest of Naples too! Francesco was extremely helpful orientating me to the city and gave excellent advice on what to see, do and eat!
