• Leonarda (10/5): Il posto ideale - Casa Imperatore è il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per poter visitare Napoli! L' host Valeria è una persona disponibilissima e gentilissima, che ci ha assistito tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. La camera è molto accogliente, arredata con gusto, perfettamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort , situata all' interno di un palazzo antico nel pieno centro di Napoli, in una Strada ricca di negozi e bar, e vicinissima alla zona di Spaccanapoli, nonché alla Cattedrale di San Gennaro e tanti altri punti di interesse. La metropolitana è a pochi passi dalla sistemazione ed è la linea principale, che porta a tutte le zone di maggior attrazione. Se potessi, darei più di cinque stelle. Consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!! Tutto perfetto

• Leonardo (10/5): Esperienza eccezionale!!! - Ho soggiornato ad Agosto con la mia famiglia. Ottima accoglienza da parte dell’host in questa struttura nuova, pulitissima e silenziosa. Si trova in un’ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico e vicina alla metro Duomo e alla stazione ferroviaria. Valeria ed Antonella sono state molto gentili e disponibili per qualunque info anche telefonicamente. Quando torneremo a Napoli sceglieremo sicuramente di soggiornare nuovamente a Casa Imperatore. The owner did everything to help us find it with ease, and she also organised a taxi service for us, as we had to leave very early. She is communicative, helpful and very pleasant! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Valeria. She is an exceptional host – professional, attentive, and incredibly warm. Her deep knowledge of Naples, combined with her genuine care for her guests, made all the difference. Whether it was offering local tips, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, Valeria was always there. Thanks to her and the wonderful ambiance of Casa Imperatore, we had an unforgettable visit to one of the most vibrant and fascinating cities in Italy. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience Naples at its best! The few things that could be improved were truly minor details: nothing that took away from the overall experience. I'm sure that Valeria, with her professionalism and attention to detail, will take care of them to make everything absolutely perfect.

They allowed us to check-in earlier (for which we were grateful), they provided water bottles and juice daily in the mini-fridge, they cleaned daily, they surprised us with a traditional dessert as a gift in the first night and in the second, with a neapolitan key chain. Moreover, they gave us reccommendations for local restaurants and what to visit. The experience was simply amazing, we had the best time in Napoli and for sure we will get back! There wasn't anything

• James (10/5): - The property is very well-appointed. The memory foam bed and all of the interior features are very good. Checking in and getting acces to the unit is a little confusing but the owner was very helpful and we got through it. Inside the unit is extremely quiet and the noise and chaos of one of the busiest streets in Naples disappears. Provided you can handle the busy street life of Naples, this apartment is ideally located between the Duomo Metro and the train station. There was no time where we felt unsafe in the area. The main building entrance closes at 8 p.m. I don’t know how you would access the building after that time. It was not an issue for us.

Elevator (quite old, but working, unless someone forgot to close the door). Within walking distance from the central station, the old town and the ferry port. A good base to explore the main attractions around Naples. Very detailed information regarding the access. Easy communication with the owner. Good wifi. The double glazed windows kept the noise out. Tiny balcony. Nothing related to the accommodation. Naples is very dirty and the traffic is crazy.

• Anne (10/5): Perfect for a Naples city stay - Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment in a great central location. Access to the apartment is well organised by the host. The apartment is very clean and well furnished with very comfortable beds. Bathroom facilities are excellent! Despite being on a major road the apartment is very quiet at night. It is easy walking distance from many attractions (and pizza :)) The host is very responsive and friendly. We very much enjoyed our time here

Casa Imperatore Is in character. Directions for non Italian speaking guests when they first arrive need to be clearer; they can be confusing. Perhaps, such critical information can be checked over by a native speaker before it is sent to the incoming guest(s). My room with a balcony faced onto Corso Umberto. The balcony is decorative only. The noise from the street is extreme and forbids spending time standing or sitting outside.

• Evri (10/5): Highly Recommend Casa Imperatore - Our stay at Casa Imperatore's Dedica room in Naples was fantastic! The flat itself is newly refurbished. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and there was daily flat cleaning. The location was unbeatable. We were close to the historic centre, lively district, and Linea 1 metro station Douomo, within walking distance of all the major sights and attractions. The host was incredible. They were very responsive to all our questions before and during our stay and even gave us complimentary water bottles! Nothing too wrong to affect our stay.
