- Thomas (8/5): Good - Nice place and well located in Naples (the neighborhood is in a fairly quiet area of Naples and easily accessible from the metro).
For an apartment, it was great. The price of the sauna is not included, with limited opening hours (10.30am-5pm), which was one of the reasons we chose this apartment.
The cleaning lady asked us to leave at 10am, whereas the check-out time indicated on Booking is 11am. What's more, the lady only speaks Italian and gets angry quickly.

- Rosie (10/5): If we’re ever in Naples again we’d be delighted to return - The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Giovanni was an excellent host who was excellent at communicating with us. The location was quiet and we had everything we needed as part of the room. We were very happy with our stay and considered it excellent value for money!
- Stelian (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (8/5): Fantastic accommodation near to a metro station. - The room was fantastic, newly renovated and spacious. We had a balcony which was a bonus. Free coffee in the foyer was a nice touch. The host was very helpful with directions etc. Mugs and spoons in the room would have helped if you wanted a cup of tea. Bedding for the sofa bed as we had to share the main bed.
- André (10/5): Clean and very stylish Hotelroom which is also very functional (normal shower, rain shower etc.) - Very good contact with the owner, very supportive via WhatsApp, fast responses in minutes. Hotel might support Wifi in the future.
- William (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charis (10/5): Exceptional - Peaceful, comfortable and clean room in a very good city point, close to urban station!!
- Gerard (8/5): Very good -
- Sina_akbari (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (7/5): Good - Didn’t do breakfast A bench in the shower to put shower stuff on. Also the walk in entry way was nasty and smelled very bad.
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayşe (10/5): Perfect hotel for Naples - I was very pleased with everything. The location is very close to everywhere, metro was a couple minutes away by walking. The room is clean and very cute. There is coffee machine for free in the common area. You can drink Naples coffee🫶😀Hotel responsible even gave some advices where to visit in Naples. He even did his best to send the my staff that I forgot in the hotel safebox to my country. If I come to Naples, I will definitely stay at B&Bio hotel again :) Really nothing
- Sawicki (6/5): Nice room, but not being able to use the sauna here, I would choose a different accommodation - The apartment is really nice and looks fancy with its high ceilings. It's convenient that there is a separate space with a sofa and a coffee table apart from the main bedroom (that already has a desk/dressing table). We were not able to use the sauna at any point of our stay. The main differentiator of this room and the reason why we chose it was the private sauna. The point of having a private sauna in the room is that the guests can use it at the time they please. Not in this case. The host claims that the sauna runs on solar power, so they always had an excuse why we couldn't use it: either the day was too cloudy or we wanted to use it too late. Obviously, when visiting Rome we preferred to use daytime for sightseeing and enjoying the local cuisine, and then relax in the sauna afterwards. The room description says "This double room's special feature is the sauna", but omits the info that the host won't allow you to use the sauna at the time when you would typically want to use it.
