- Gregory (2/5): Grime studio - Location Not only was the building under construction, but the actual room was as well. Holes in the counters where the sink and stove will be installed. Dirty floors with toenails and other grime. Bloody finger prints on the wall where someone had squished mosquitoes. Not pleasant at all.

Este creo que es unico defecto que tiene el establecimiento es que no esta claro en booking como funciona el proceso de llaves y no hay un rotulo en el establecimiento. Pero cuando toque el tiembre rapidamente llego alguien de recepcion y me atendio.

- Konstantin (5/5): friendly, central but unfinished and worse than pictures - friendly staff, I could use kitchen area of partner hotel (where the interner was good) matress relatively new, not worn close to sabana park, very central good neighborhood (I know CR for 15 years) unfinished apartment, piece of furniture unfinished. other furniture old and significant signs of wear shower head super low (about 1.70mts/ 5'7"), I had to bent my knees AND lower my upper back and head (I'm 1.96m/ 6'5") SLOW and unsteady INTERNET in apartment synthetic bed linen., plastic protection layer didn't fit matress, disattach/ curls up when sitting, laying down => uncomfy Area between house entrance and apartment entrance full of construction material, a part of the way was over some concrete tiles, embedded in uneven lawn (not works for rollable luggage) thick dust on few surfaces

El alojamiento estaba a 200 metros de la recepción en una casa particular que tenia sellos rotos de clausurado. En las 2 noches que pase ahí, hubo alboroto y trataron de entrar en mi cuarto. El aseo nunca lo hicieron.

Solo asegúrate que debes avisar con antelación si necesitas parqueo para que puedan chequear disponibilidad, sin embargo el barrio es seguro y no es tanto lío dejar el carro parqueado afuera.

- Christopher (2/5): Unbedingt vermeiden! - Die Lage ist gut und recht zentral auch Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Diese Unterkunft dürfte so im Moment gar nicht vermietet werden! Im ersten Stock des Gebäudes befinden sich Bauarbeiten die extrem laut sind und einen ab 5 Uhr morgens auch mit Ohrstöpseln aus dem Bett holen. Sollten diese erst paar Stunden später beginnen ist an Schlaf ebenfalls nicht zu denken da sich direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Hochhaus ebenfalls im Bau befindet. Der Lärmpegel ist unbeschreiblich laut das man sich nicht mal im Raum unterhalten kann. Nach 2 Nächten dort hatten wir mit Schlafmangel sowie Kopfschmerzen zu kämpfen. Die Zimmer vermitteln auch ohne Lärm kein Wohlfühl-Gefühl sondern eher den Schwarm eines alten umgebauten Büros mit Neonröhren.

Renovation and improvements are underway, which should make for a nicer stay when complete. - David (7/5): Bare essentials but good location. - The location was excellent with the park very close. The restaurants are good and the atmosphere is nice. The window was directly in front of the road, no ability to close the window so noise was irritating and quite constant. No cups in the room. Water flow in the taps was bad. Warm water only just worked. Parking was in another nearby venue but it had someone constantly parked in front of the garage entrance. It is a basic venue and that's it.
- Wise (1/5): Bad - The place was a total disaster not clean mold in bathroom very bad the floors were very nasty, was no where to set comfortable to watch TV and relax,only TV was in bedroom and who wants to have to lay in bed to watch TV all the time was no furniture the shower was very small and didn't work properly, the coffee maker was very nasty construction going on and very loud the staff was great but the apartment was a total waste of money the worst place I have stayed in san jose by far and way over priced for what was there the pictures are deceiving for sure I took pictures of everything if anyone would like to see The place was a total rip off

No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality.

I love that we have access one block away to a kitchen and beautiful garden. I would definitely stay here again. The shower system could use replacement, was difficult to get the right setting for the hot water

I forgot to mention on my previous review that they (Monica) met me in front of the place in the middle of the night because my flight was late. I was treated very well and respectfully. Housekeeping staff was terrific Wifi is terrible.

- M (4/5): - Very hard to find, then when you finally get there it’s not marked—looks like a house, and then they send you to another location. And finally, when we got to our room, we were told the water would be shut off from 10-4am., but they would provide a gallon of water. But they didn’t bring the water and the waiter was shut off before 10. Then they finally brought some water. The room had lots of closet space and bathroom had a lot of places to set things. The shower was cold only.
