Le personnel de l'auberge était fantastique et super accueillant. Beaucoup d'activités organisés tous les jours par l'auberge et les excursions possibles. L'emplacement de l'auberge à même pas 5min à pieds de la plage. La piscine et l'AC dans les chambres! Rien du tout

Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría. Nada malo que decir del lugar, todo estuvo estupendo.

A cama é bem confortavel. O chuveiro é otimo , com pressão e temperatura constante. Serve comida no local. Tem um bar com drinks e cerveja artesanal. A IPA é ótima. A piscina sempre estava limpa. A cozinha tem um espaço agradavel. Fica ao lado da praia. Foi incrivel ficar lá. Não quis ir embora e reservei mais um dia. Hostel dos "TOPS", estão de parabens! Quero voltar. Raramente dou 10 em tudo e esse foi um dos casos. Gostei de tudo. Aquela avaliação que dá gosto de fazer.

• Margot (10/5): Top! Foncez - Génial, rien à redire ! L’hôtel est beau, spacieux, très propre, tout comme les chambres. La cuisine est simple et généreuse. Le petit-déjeuner pris tous ensemble à 8h est un vrai moment de partage et parfait pour rencontrer du monde. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, presque familiale. Le bar et le billard sont un vrai plus si, comme moi, vous aimez jouer. Des petites activités sont proposées, ce qui rend le séjour facile et agréable. Je recommande à 100 %. Seul point à noter : il est préférable d’être véhiculé pour pouvoir se déplacer librement. Sans véhicules vous êtes limités. Sauf pour aller à la plage et surfer.

• Brian (10/5): A hidden gem that’s worth coming back to. - Great value for what you pay. The staff is friendly and always helpful. And the facilities are thought out extremely well. It’s basically the hotspot for the area so it gives you a nice balance between relaxation and activity. The Wi-Fi is reliable and the workspace area is extremely well equipped in professional. I would highly recommend staying here. The facilities are also extremely clean. They could clean the showers more often.

Little things like the communal breakfast and the mix of private and dorm rooms means that travellers of all different walks of life get to mingle. The surfing lessons shop, the bar, the pool and the open spaces also skew the hotel guests toward younger and more active. We would highly recommend Onda!

L’auberge est calme, très propre et idéalement située, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le bâtiment est moderne et très agréable. Le service de restauration et la cuisine sont de grande qualité, avec un petit déjeuner local, très complet, convivial et offert le lendemain matin — un vrai plus. L’ambiance est excellente, y compris pour un couple de passage. Nous regrettons sincèrement de ne pas être restés plus longtemps afin de profiter pleinement des activités proposées. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Emma is an unbelievable staff member who went out of his way to ensure we were happy and well taken care of. He made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The "family" breakfast we had included in our stay was amazing and a great way to meet new people. There could be a few more comfortable places to hang out. Some hammocks perhaps or comfy chairs.

Je n'ai pas apprécié du tout que le check in se fasse à 15h même si indiqué dans les conditions je pense qu'il peut y avoir des chambres disponibles à 14h15, et ne pas nous faire attendre 45 minutes surtout pour un hôtel aussi cher J'avais fais le check in en ligne comme demandé lors de ma réservation, mais à l'arrivée contrôle des passeports comme à la douane et malgré le débit immédiat de ma carte bancaire à la validation de la réservation, ils ont demandé ma carte bancaire pour contrôle, un peu trop de contrôle tue le contrôle. Petit déjeuber à 8h bien trop tard pour ce pays où le soleil se lève à 5h20 et se couche à 17h30, nous devions prendre la route pour 6h de trajets du coup pas de petit déjeuner à part un café j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour cela, et ce n'était pas en week end. Dommage car avec la rectification de ces petits détails cet hôtel mériterait 9 voir 10.

Calidad, atención y limpieza impecables. - Nos invitaron a un desayuno familiar para compartir con los huéspedes y fue una linda oportunidad para conectar con personas que viajan y hacer nuevos amigos. Felicito al personal, al administrador Ema por ser tan atento y preocupado por todos los que nos hospedamos. Un ambiente sano y familiar. No recuerdo si había lavandería en el sitio pero sería importante informar de una lavandería cercana o que la tenga el mismo sitio. Especialmente para las estancias mas largas. Sugeriría algunos platos adicionales como tipo pinchos de carne o similares que contengan mas proteínas.

Tienen cervezas artesanales de muy buena calidad y también cervezas locales, buenas opciones de comidas y muy buenos precios. El personal muy amable y Pura Vida, acá se respira un ambiente para tener una estancia con una muy buena vibra. Todo estaba espectacular, lo mas triste fue tener que venirme y no poder quedarme mas. 100% recomendados.

• Yahm (10/5): Perfect for a quiet beach getaway - Onda is just a few minutes' walk from a lovely quiet beach that is away from the Tamarindo crowds. The facilities are in excellent condition - you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in keeping the place up to standards. We had a few drinks at the bar, which was lovely. The breakfast was tipico, but very yummy and family style, so we had a chance to connect with other guests. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet beach getaway! There is a work room that is air conditioned if you want quite. Loved communal breakfast. there as no window to the outside in my room, make sure to ask for a window in your Queen room.

• Capt. (10/5): Out of this world! - It was amazing!! The whole place is just wonderful and top notch. Everything is where it needs to be, everything needed is present and the staff is absolutely fantastic. A short walk from the beach with a small store and a great tiny food court 5 minutes away. You can book tours and surf lessons. Loved the bunk beds, which gives you the privacy if and when you want it. Has a personal light, socket and a small shelf. The room is not crowded with only 6 beds, the mattress was huge and super comfortable and you get a small locker. Warm water in the shower if you prefer that. Also the family breakfast every day and other food was delicious. Would come here again 10/10. Thanks ONDA team for an awesome time!
• Alejandra (8/5): Friendly place to stay. - The staff was great! Water lack, getting to the hotel after a long trip to find out there was no water service do to the over development of the area. The water outage was a big inconvinience. I’ve been in the area 3 times prior and though the several warnings of water outages is the first time I really experience it and I believe is to the lack of planning from the property knowing that water lack is a problem.
• Stuart (10/5): Exceptional - I would suggest putting labels on the shower handles to define hot and cold. This would help conserve water as one tries to find the best water temp. There's multiple mentions, in the room, of conserving water and this would help save water for you and guests. Just a thought.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great facilities, very welcoming! The staff went out of their way to help me when I lost my phone on the beach. Shout out to Emman who works behind the bar for going the extra mile and helping me. Bit expensive but probably appropriate for the area.

• Bayarmaa (9/5): Pleasent stay with free breakfast and super friendly staffs. - Clean, comfortable and cozy place. ONDA serves delicious meals with decent price.
• Ramona (10/5): Perfect place for surfing and relaxing - This place is just perfect! Everything looks nice, everything is clean, we met friendly people and the staff was perfect - especially Emma (thank you for everything Emma). We extended 2 times because it’s so good there. -
• Bayarmaa (9/5): Chill place to surf and socialize - Friendly staffs, clean and comfortable facility, and just 3 min walk to beach
• Nancy (5/5): Passable - great food and staff The room was moldy. It needs screens on the windows so it can get fresh air and not just AC. Also needs a couple more lounge chairs by the pool.
• Gary (10/5): Very worth it - As a solo traveler for 14 years who has stayed in a lot of hostels and hotels this one is one of the nicest. Nice dorm rooms and beds with privacy screen. Nice pool, great location in Playa Grande, nice bar and activities. What is common with these type of dorm beds it can hot for the bottom bunk people. Top bunk people get top cold and always turn it up while the bottom suffers. Be nice to put small cans in the bottom bunk. Not a lot of help and planning my next trip. Was trying to get to Arenal next and no one seemed to know how or any connections to make it happen. Had to check out and go to Tamarindo or would have stayed longer. They have a water problem as there was no water on the first afternoon but they got their tanks filled.

• Tony (10/5): 👌 - It is close to a beautiful, long sandy beach with surf waves for all levels and spectacular sunsets. The place was nice and the staff was amazing(Thanks Emma). A family and typical breakfast was included. The tours were fun.
• Joel (10/5): Excellent location near Playa Grande with great breakfast daily - The staff at Onda were excellent and always happy to help if anything is needed. Family breakfast of gallo pinto was excellent every day and a great way to start the day. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for me, my wife and our dog to relax and rest. Overall the room is basic but more than satisfactory for the price and Onda is located just a short walk to Playa Grande Parking was limited
