• Kellen (3/5): - This place has a serious bug issue, which they are aware of because they shared that they had installed bug repellent. My partner and I woke up with both over 30 bug bites. We took over an hour just killing mosquitos ourselves. The bedding and walls were stained with dead mosquitos and blood.

• Alvaro (1/5): Que sea "económico" no justifica que este sucio - En las fotos parece un lugar acogedor, pero la realidad es otra, no es lo que parece en absoluto. Toda la habitación está sucia, manchas de sangre en las paredes, sabanas y muebles sucios, mal olor, el baño totalmente descuidado. Y nos querían cobrar nuevamente las tasas de alojamiento, cuando éstas ya estaban pagadas. Y no hablemos de lo incómoda que era la cama, que además no tenía sábana bajera y se hundía y las almohadas también.

No window. Noicy. Smelly. The bed was a nightmare. A lamp was broken. Called "bed and breakfast" - bad bed and no breakfast. Too expensive for that price! Can someone please give me my money back and close this place... The girl who was a "host on WhatsApp" was very sweet and helpful, so give her a job another place.

• Louis-Julien (8/5): - Pretty good and convenient, safe, and all that you need. Could have fresh painting and new shower box but nothing crazy. The girl that took care of the check in was very gentle. I would recommend for short trip without any problems.

The cleanliness was absolutely spot on, the comfort was good, and communication with the manager was quick and efficient. These are dormitory-style apartments, with a shared shower and toilet between two rooms. That's not a criticism or disappointment by any means, it's simply a fact. I needed a place to stay near the station, and that's exactly what I got.

Missed the fine print statement that bathroom was shared which was a dissapointment, nonethless it was cleaned daily and kept neat. Room does not have aircon so need to keep the balcony doors open but the noise from trams outside makes it difficult.

• Eng Hock (2/5): - This is a very poor B&B! No air conditioners or ventilators in the room. Only two old and noisy stand fans are provided for this hot summer. The location is right beside the tracks of Tramvia. You can feel/hear the clang of metal on metal, the roar of trains' engines, and the screech of wheels on the tracks every 10/15 minutes from early dawn (~5:30am) till late midnight (~12am). There is no room service and front counter as well. You have to check in/out by whatapps communication. The washroom is shared by the tenants of two rooms. No kettle is provided. Worst still, all such information was not mentioned in the booking website!

• Janet (5/5): Could have felt more homely, a coat of paint would go long way, bed too small for 2. Sofia was great - The location was central, 7 minutes from the station, easy to find. The lift was helpful with bags. Even though in the street wasn't too noisy. The bed was a small double bed which didn't sleep 2 small people.

Las Almohadas eran pesimas, no hace servicio de cuarto, no cambian toallas ni sabanas, el lugar no tiene aire acondicionado, es muy ruidoso, el baño es compartido, nunca especificaron que era compartido, pero todo esto seria lo de menos, lo peor es la Cama 1.10 para dos personas, si escucharon bien para dos personas, reclame todo lo expuesto y nunca me cambiaron nada traten de no ir hay otras opciones seguramente este lugar es pesimo, y soy abjetivo solo buscaba algo descente para pasar la noche no un Ritz no vayan !!

• Mojdeh (7/5): Good - The owner was nice and let us check in earlier. the location is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The double bed was small and not appropriate for two adults. The pipes made too much noise that would disturb sleeping. Noise from other residents was annoying and there were no rules about it.

• Jennie (8/5): - This BnB is close to train station and restaurants,stores, shopping and attractions. The check-in process is a bit difficult because its done via messaging and email correspondence. I lost connection to internet so I have to call the contact no. to get in so I dont think this property is for everyone since Its all done remotely. The property has minimal accomodations but enough for a night or 2.Otherwise, still a good BnB for the price

Owner was not helpful with even a simple request, and wifi was not available nor easy to get password, was not easily visible/displayed. Bathroom was uncomfortable as there wasn't space for hanging towel, having soap handy, etc.

Friendly and welcoming to early arrival. Room is very basic. Location is quite a walk from the central area and there is no air conditioning. Bed was comfortable but quite small.

• Johnny (9/5): Superb - Great location. We had to call while in front of building to get access to room. No one answer for quite a while. When we were able to enter, staff provide us with code to wrong room. When we open room, noticed that someone was staying there. Was finally able to get correct info. Communication with staff was via phone/text/email. They made me feel that it was my fault to access wrong room. All rooms has specific key code to enter. If it wasn’t for above, would had rate higher.

• Dilara (7/5): It was hard to get in, but comfortable and clean afterwards - Simple furnitures, clean room and clean shared bathroom. Firstly, there is no reception therefore you can’t pay in cash, you have to make the payment online. A girl working home office helping you to get you inside remotely but a bit hard to communicate in English with her. These information didn’t given us before arrival which was a bit odd.
• Ziling (8/5): Facility is alright but extremely complicated check-in process and bad communication, need to be careful about arrival t - the building is quite secured and nice The check-in policy is the weirdest ever. Don’t book if you can’t guarantee arrival before 11pm. Extra fee needs to be paid if to check in between 11pm to midnight, it is not possible to check in after midnight. The check-in process is not communicated in advance, check-in was remotely instructed, and it was very complicated to coordinate the check-in. It was absolutely not necessary to communicate the check-in process only when you arrive at the door of the building, and it is not reasonable to charge extra if to check-in after 11pm, because no one is around in person anyway.

• Karolina (7/5): it was ok, no frills but location was great - close to the main train station shared bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the sounds echoed around the whole apartment so could hear people staying in other rooms so it was noisy at times, bed was comfy but otherwise the room was very basic, complicated check in process and the lock on the room door very temperamental
• Athina (5/5): Passable - We had detailed information about the check in and the hostess was very friendly and kind! Good location near the train station. We booked two double rooms. One of them was fine but the other one too small. Very small double bed with uncomfortable pillows.You could hear all the sounds from the sharing bathroom and from the outside. Really noisy.
• Wincy (6/5): Pleasant - Location is perfect. 10 minute approximately walk to the main train station. Staff is very helpful. The rooms do not keep sound out at all. You can hear all your neighbours clearly. Pillows was really flat due to being used lots so could do with being renewed. The main thing we didn't like is the key code lock. It is not easy at all to lock the door at all and confusing. Bed is a little bit on the small side for 2 people to sleep in
• Meenakshi (9/5): Superb - We reached early and were allowed to do early check in which is much appreciated. Very clean and comfortable place at great location. There was no access to kitchen or breakfast available. An electric kettle with few satches of tea/coffee would have been helpful.
