• Antonio (9/5): The location of the apartment was exceptional. We were located near the spanish steps - It was difficult. We had to retireve the keys from another location. To access the reception desk to retreive the keys was difficult and time comsuming. We got that at the end.

• Greg (7/5): Handy and convenient accommodation with poor service - The location, the size of the accommodation. Little things were missing or just not right: no plug for the bath, no laundry soap for the washing machine, only one set of keys for six guests (until we begged for a second set), noisy aircon. These frustrations could easily have been addressed but were not. This suggests an unprofessional approach to managing expensive supposedly first rate accommodation. Don't just take our money and then expect good reviews.

• Staffieri (9/5): Superb - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was fantastic, close to everything. It is a very large apartment being able to cater for our family of 5 easily with plenty of space. Francesco and Daria were very accommodating, answering any questions we had. Will definitely consider staying here again in Rome. Nothing really. The only comment I would make is that when having a shower the hot and cold tap is opposite.
• Lina (7/5): A little disappointed - Location No tv in family room. Previous renters broke it and was not replaced. I asked for certain things that were missing and got no reply. Not great communication. Too bad.

• Nadia (9/5): Good location - walkable distance from all the attractions. Spacious bedrooms! - The location was very good and the beautiful courtyard was a peaceful change to the business of the city centre. This is a duplex apartment with bedrooms on the second level. Each bedroom offered a generous amount of space and gorgeous dressing rooms. Beds were comfortable and so too was the lounge area, with great stair lighting and modern touches. It should be noted that only one bedroom is a true en-suite though, with another main bathroom being on the landing and the 3rd bathroom being on the ground floor (like a cloakroom). The kitchen is the least well appointed that I have experienced, and didn't have many cups and plates for a family of 5. The management would benefit from leaving clear instructions on what overloads the fuse box and what does not. We were trying to cook whilst running the washing machine so it took much longer as we had several outages before we worked out we couldn't have 3 hot plates on at the same time. (Easily fixed with instructions) The showers: They are well appointed but the hot/cold water needs to be sorted. In the ensuite, the settings were really difficult to figure out and even 1mm the wrong way and you're getting 3rd degree burns. Turning the shower tap completely to the opposite side brought no change in temperature either. Again, easily fixed with a plumber.

• Petar (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Gorgeous, huge apartment with beautiful old furniture. Comfortable beds. Spacious, modern bathrooms. Very nice patio in front. The location is superb. It was a little bit cold when we arrived.

• Phoenix (5/5): Lack of wifi internet and dangerous stairs situation diminished the overall experience. - Apartment had a great location, near the Spanish Steps. Spacious accommodation - enough room for the 8 of us. The hosts let us store the luggage for a few hours on the last day, which was helpful. The wifi internet didn't work. We tried to get this resolved with the host, but this was never resolved. Lack of internet was a huge and troublesome headache while traveling. Of course it didn't help that this was during the Christmas holiday period. The shower in one of the bathrooms didn't work, but fortunately, there was more than one bathroom. The low wall railing barrier (to protect people from falling down the stairs from the upper floor) was too low - this was quite a dangerous situation, since we had a few young children traveling in our group.

It was so spacious, perfect for our family of 5 Showers had no pressure and it was very hard to get temperature right. The WiFi wasn’t great either.
• Narayanan (10/5): Excellent! - The host made sure all our needs were met. He even set up a Christmas tree for us to celebrate the season. The host was contactable even late at night. The host guided us very clearly on how to find the apartment and the entry into it. Nothing.
• Matthew (5/5): Very nice but too many maintenance problems that ruined the last day of the trip. - It was clean and was a very nice apartment with great location. The master shower only had scolding hot water coming out of it, and no one came to look at it. On our next to last day, there was no water in the apartment, and no one came to fix it. Also some of the electrical outlets stopped working and the internet also stopped working during our stay.

• Kiri (9/5): Excellent roomy apartment in great location - Amazing location right off del Corso and close to Spanish steps. Entry on ground floor, 3 double bedrooms upstairs and fold out couch downstairs. Air con and tvs in all rooms. Plenty of room for group of 5. You have to pick up keys from another location but was easy and not far from property. Excellent and fast communication on WhatsApp when we had a couple of hick ups. 1 of our bags didn’t make it off the plane and they liased with airline to have it delivered to our apartment. Would stay here again. No complaints
• Zohar (10/5): !!!!!We were SHOCKED at how perfect the appartment is - A simply perfect apartment!!!!! What more can you ask for!? Spacious, carefully designed so close to via del corso and from any central place, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed every moment

Dated furniture but as shown on photos Had to pick up the keys at a different location. But worst of all, the receptionist had no clue which apt this was. Arriving in the dark in 35 degrees and then having to search through the building myself as they were clueless… finally found the apt on ground floor ….

• Paul (9/5): Highly recommend this superb, spacious apartment in a perfect location. - Highly recommend this superb apartment. The location is amazing with all the sites of Rome within easy walking distance whilst providing a brilliant base around the Spanish Steps area, Piazza De Spagna and the beautiful Villa Borghese park/gardens. Great little cafes and restaurants nearby too, just 5 minutes walk away. (Highly recommend ‘Gransole - Il Fornaio Della, Sardegna, Roma - Centro’ for breakfast). What makes this apartment really great though is how perfect it is for a large group (we were five adult men here for the football). It’s sleeps 9 I believe, is unbelievably spacious, with comfy beds, decent bathrooms and even a pleasant lounge area and a huge landing - meaning upstairs bedrooms are quite separate from eachother. Set in a classy, safe (upmarket) retail district, the apartment is set back off the road, accessed through a lovely courtyard. It is so quiet that you forget you’re in the centre of Rome. When you go as a group (would suit a family of four+ too) then it is excellent value. Finally, the staff (esp. Francesco and Venere) were amazing. Really clear text message and video instructions for key collection and getting into the apartment late at night on check in. Friendly comms throughout and sorted our transfer back to the airport with zero fuss. All in all it was brilliant. Will stay here again definitely. Nothing really. A few welcome bits (coffee/tea) snacks would be a nice extra touch to add and maybe some bottled water in the fridge. But apart from that, it was the ideal base for five adult male friends here for a sporting match in the city.

• Katrina (8/5): Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. - Location was excellent. The host, Mark, we met on our arrival, was so friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Spacious and clean and safe. No Wi-Fi for the first 2 days of our stay which wasn’t ideal. But Mark sorted. Also, shower was a bit temperamental but not a huge problem.
