Ivana (7/5): Das stilvoll eingerichtete Hotel hatte kühles Personal und ließ einen nachts allein, aber das Flughafentaxi und die What - Das Hotel war sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schuf. Leider war das Personal eher kühl und hat alles sehr schnell erklärt, was wenig herzlich wirkte. Nachts war niemand vor Ort, sodass man sich komplett allein gelassen fühlte. Positiv war jedoch, dass sich um ein Flughafentaxi gekümmert wurde und das Personal auch um 2 Uhr nachts per WhatsApp auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat, da unser Flug sehr spät ging. Personal sehr kühl

Luana (8/5): Bom, proximo aos pontos, perfeito para quem está a maior parte do tempo na rua. - Amamos a localização e o quarto no Cavour, o prédio é muito bem localizado, o quarto é muito bonito e bem estruturado, muito próximo a transportes e até ao Coliseu a pé. A limpeza do quarto podia ser um pouco melhor, tinha alguma poeira na desk, mas vê-se que é algo que não limpam todos os dias, então podiam melhorar na limpeza da poeira. Quanto aos funciários, no dia que chegamos encontramos 3, mas apenas 1 falava ingles, e ao chegarmos encontramos uma que nao entendia nada de ingles, entao foi muito complicado. Outra coisa que me deixou meio "chateada" foi relativamente a comunicação com o hotel, pois nunca havia ninguém na receção, eu mandava mensagens e era muito difícil responderem, tanto que acabamos por ter um probleminha, pois, por alguma razão, a taxa de turismo é paga la diretamente (o que para mim não faz sentido nenhum), e por nunca ter ninguem, eu queria fazer o pagamento por cartao, pedi o link, a pessoa nao respondeu, e quando me fui embora, mandou mensagens feias a acusar-me de lhe ter burlado, quando na verdade, ele nao havia respondido as minhas mensagens, fiquei muito chateada.

Communication was smooth, and check-in was very easy. The room was completely renovated (a real highlight in Rome), exactly as described, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless.

Via Urbana nearby had excellent restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Lift was a big help with bags! Pillows too high - need alternative option as my children ended up sleeping without a pillow.
Nicola (8/5): Authentic Rome apartment - We loved the decoration of the room. The beautiful ceiling was a treat. The location was superb. We were so close to amazing restaurants and all the beautiful sights of Rome and the Roma Termini was just a 5 minute walk away. We loved the quirky entrance but it was a bit dark. The room was great but a little small. An extra bit of space to move around would have made it a perfect stay.

We liked having a balcony and the high ceiling with decorative moulding and painting was unique. The A/C is excellent, and the bathroom facilities were contemporary and good quality. The cleaning service for bedding and towels was very nice. The space in our room was quite was small but we had everything we needed. The street noise can be quite significant at night, however it did not wake us up.

When I was booking this place I was under the impression that it was a hotel with present staff. This was a self check. Definitely it is not luxury- very misleading title and description. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever experienced. The shower wasn’t draining and water went everywhere.

Easy check in instructions via what’s app. Cute attention to detail With painting on the roof and you have a small balcony that looks out into Main Street of Rome. The bathroom is quite small, and the water leaked everywhere not too sure how.

Joe (3/5): Not worth the price - "Luxury room" means something that this didn't live up to. I was hoping for a hotel, this was more like a single room in a hostel. It was cramped and it seemed like they simply took a large, previously elegant space and partitioned it. I was hoping for a nice relaxing experience after a long flight, but the absence of any staff on site made it more stressful than needed. There was the promise of bathrobes, and none were included. This is an $89 room, not a $193 room.

Kieran (8/5): Very Good Hotel - The room is beautifully decorated and was very clean. The bathroom facilities were excellent with amenities provided. Furthermore, the room included complimentary tea and coffee though the drinks and snacks in the mini fridge are charged extra. The staff were generally very helpful. The bed was comfortable and included in the room is a smart tv with various streaming platforms. Lastly, the inclusion of a balcony is very useful. The reception is not always manned, I checked out at 10am and had to ask one of the cleaning staff to check out. Furthermore, the curtain was not very thick and let a lot of light in during the night which, along with the noise from the streets (unavoidable) made sleeping more difficult than necessary.

David (10/5): - Central location near Rome Central Station (Termini). Incredibly helpful management with great communication before and during stay. Lovely large room in secure building. Everything we needed in the room for our stay.
Mihaela (10/5): Excelent location and host - We really enjoyed our stay because the location is very close to the main attractions, as well as to the metro/train, which is great if you prefer using public transport instead of walking. The host was very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The cleanliness was outstanding. The room was extremely small, but it wasn’t a disadvantage and didn’t affect our comfort during the stay.
Claire (6/5): Passable - La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle avec un lit pour 1 personne et c’est calme, donnant sur une cour sombre servant de coin ou jeter les cigarettes . Pas de lumière . Balcon sans valeur ajoutée. Pas de rideaux occultants , pas de volets .
