• Michal (6/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Przyjazny personel: pani na śniadaniu i pan na recepcji. Zaczynając od tego że ustalony check in był na godzinę 20: nikogo tam wtedy nie było. Dopiero około 21 ktoś odpisał z instrukcjami zameldowania bo osoba pod podanym numerem nie mówiła po angielsku. Poza tym bardzo niski standard: niewygodne materace, brud pod łóżkiem, fugi w łazience czarne (!!!), światło zapalające się na korytarzu gdy ktoś przez niego przechodzi-od razu robi się jasno w pokoju co zaburza komfort snu. Słabo wygłuszone pokoje-jest głośno. Nie wrócimy. A SPA w nazwie polega na tym że w niektórych pokojach jest wanna z masażem. To nie jest ani SPA ani hotel.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly & helpful - Property was very clean, nice area for Resturant’s & shopping and located right at the metro stop It was difficult to find when we first arrived. No markings or identifiers for Gentile Suites & Spa. No staff on site except in the mornings. Communication is done through What’s App.

Metro in -1 floor :) Shops, pizzerias, supermarkets and citadel in 5 minutes walking. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Staff is friendly and welcome. Good selection of pasties and croissants in the morning. wifi was ok. Niether fruits nor vegetables for the breakfast. I had to bring my tomatoes and prosecco. Eggs only in boiled form. No selfservice coffee machine, so you have to ask waiter lady each time. No kettle or espresso in the rooms. side note: Prepare a handful of 10 cent coins for the elevator if you have luggage or have difficulty with stairs.

Nothing major but unfortunate, I hope these feedback will help improving even more future stays.

• Rosa (9/5): Buena ubicación y bastante nuevo - El personal es muy agradable está todo nuevo aunque necesita algo de mantenimiento y la ubicación inmejorable Estaba todo muy bien pero necesita algún que otro arreglo como la cortina los Grifos sueltos y el acceso estaría bien que se pintara y se arreglar el portal es muy viejo aunque dentro del hotel está todo nuevo. El colchón tendrían que cambiarlo

• DN (4/5): Mah... - La posizione a due passi dalla metro e la colazione abbastanza variegata. In assoluto la camera, c erano parecchie cose che non andavano: mancava un comodino nel letto matrimoniale quindi 1 dei 2 ospiti non aveva lo spazio per appoggiare le cose la notte, nel corredo asciugamani ce n'era uno con una macchia ben visibile rossa, la ventola di ricircolo dell'aria del bagno non funzionava (bagno non fenestrato), ed il condizionatore l'ultima sera ha iniziato a gocciolare bagnando il pavimento quindi lo abbiamo spento!! L'unico lato positivo della camera è stato il letto che era molto comodo cuscini compresi. È la seconda volta che veniamo a Napoli e ci ritorneremo...ma sicuramente non torneremo in questa struttura!! La prima volta avevamo alloggiato da un'altra parte ed era tutto ok. Peccato.

• Anneleen (8/5): Aanrader voor gemak en ligging. - Ligging was super. Ook handig dat het ontbijt dicht bij de kamer was. Heel mooi gerenoveerd en proper. Handig ook dat je kon in~ en uitchecken wanneer je wou. Het kuispersoneel en de vrouw aan het ontbijt waren vriendelijk. De instructies om het te vinden ontbraken en er was weinig communicatie over het algemeen. De vrouw aan de receptie zei amper goeiedag. De wifi werkte na een dag niet meer dus niet zo handig met kinderen. Het ontbijt was zeer basic en elke dag hetzelfde.

• Soheila (4/5): No value for money - I would not recommend this place. For a similar price, you can easily find much better accommodations in Naples. The location was acceptable and we received instructions prior to arrival, but the entrance was poorly marked—hidden behind a tall, unmarked door that didn’t look like a hotel at all, especially at night. Inside, we were shocked to find a very old and unsafe elevator, which felt dangerous to use. The room itself was clean but extremely small, with no proper view—more like staying in a storage room. Loud construction noise started early in the morning, making rest impossible. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. We stayed for just one night and didn’t enjoy it. In my opinion, the experience was worth no more than €50–€60. Definitely not good value for the money paid.

• Julie (6/5): Our stay in Naples - Very good location, just next to the metro station. Great coffee at breakfast (we had cappuccino). Our room 118 was just next to the entrance door, which was open by the PIN code, and we could hear every time when the doors were opening/closing, even very late at night. The room was not soundproof at all, so we had a terrible sleep. After two nights I asked for room change, and our host was very kind to give us another room, better located, and there it was ok! So here it really depends which room are you given, worth paying more for better room. In our first room there was also mold in the bathroom and damaged entrance door, so overall impression or the room was not great. On the pictures it looks nice and new, but this is not the reality u fortunately. Overall, we would not come back here, as good sleep is the most important for us.

La vasca è un fiore all’occhiello della camera con la tv molto grande posizionata nel muro sopra la vasca per poterla vedere durante la vasca. Il signore che ci ha accolto per il check in e poi ci ha salutato al check out è molto simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione, chiarimento o anche semplicemente per fare una chiacchierata di 5 minuti. Al check out ho conosciuto anche il proprietario e la moglie che si sono fermati per parlare e darmi informazioni su cosa fare prima di prendere l’aereo che era un po’ più tardi del check out. Molto simpatici e molto accoglienti anche il proprietario e la moglie. La struttura è situata in piazza Vanvitelli nel vomero, uno dei quartieri più chic e tranquilli a Napoli. Quando ritorneremo a Napoli torneremo sicuramente qui! Niente
