• Jo and Paul Tavener (8/5): The management company should be sacked! - The apartment has a beautiful kitchen and dining area. The bed is King Size and comfortable. Bathrooms are brad new and modern. It is a point of wonder how 4 massive trees would be allowed to grow where they grow... see pictures. You cannot get to the beach at all. All the exits are blocked off. You would have to walk back to the street and find a way through another property. The blinds in the kitchen are damaged and just left like that. The tap in the kitchen wobbles around. The shower water flooded the bathroom until I dug hairballs out out the shower drain. Not great! The bedside lamps are rickety and wobbly. One of the roller shutters does not open on the balcony. The building is in a shocking state (all 3 actually) as maintenance has probably never been done since the 1980's. BUT far more infuriating than all of this is that nowhere at any stage of the booking process are you made aware that you will be forced to pay a €300 security deposit. I have no real problem with it other than 1. It is a secret until you have paid in full for the accommodation and 2. It will take around 15 days to be refunded! DISGUSTING PRACTICE.
• Grigorios (3/5): Unsere Aufenthalt war nicht gemütlich. - Die Wohnung war groß. Schon am ersten Tag hatten wir Besuch von Küchenschaben. Unsere Aufenthalt war nicht gemütlich, weil wir jederzeit Angst hatten, dass Kakerlaken rauskommen.
• Igors (10/5): Wonderful sea view apartment at a fantastic location - Fantastic location and property. Seeing a blue sea once you walk out of the bedroom just makes your day right away. Many restaurants and shops in 5-7 min walking distance and two seafront promenades, one 15 mins away and then stretching for 8 km - a find for those who love long walks. The apartment has literally everything for even a few weeks stay, and the staff is super helpful and always one message away, responding almost immediately. Fantastic offering with a professional service behind it, fully recommended! We stayed for 2.5 weeks over Christmas and loved it. Nothing really.
• Alberto (9/5): Good place for that location but older that it looks - Ubicación bien delante de una playa muy pequeña y privada. Espacio suficiente para lo que necesitábamos. Había bastantes bichos cuando llegamos (moscas de baño y otros). Towels were old and a little bit dirty. In general the apartment is older that depicted in the pictures.

• Anna (9/5): Would stay again. Pricey but worth it. - Lovely light and bright. It is exactly as pictured. Fabulous. Thoroughly recommend. Shops, restaurants and pharmacy all across the road. ATM’s and bus stop close too. Beach access, lovely balcony. Comfy beds. Loved it. Totally out of management control - we had to put up with drilling and construction noise from neighbouring flats. All day, every day. Definitely spoiled the trip.

• Karl (6/5): Not as nice as the photos but not awful - Key to the building was missing. It took 40 emails and 3 days to resolve so we couldn't leave the apartment together for 3 days for fear of being locked out of the building (other residents refused to let us in) this also delayed our check-in by an hour and led to me being shouted at and threatened by a neighbor. The remote control for the parking was also missing for two days which was a huge inconvenience and also led to conflict with neighbors. The apartment was unclean with cigarette ash and in places in a very poor state of repair.
