• Krzysztof (8/5): Dobra jakość w niskiej cenie w nieco (zbyt) głośnej okolicy :) - Zarówno wadą, jak i zaletą jest lokalizacja. Jest to ścisłe centrum historycznej części Neapolu. Jeżeli chcemy poczuć klimat Włoch, to właśnie tutaj. Wąskie uliczki, bruk, pranie suszące się w oknach. Lokalni sprzedawcy krzątający się po ulicach. Bliskość sklepów spożywczych, piekarni, knajpek, miejsc gdzie można napić się drinka lub coś zjeść. Ale ma to też swoje wady, o czym w innej sekcji. Samo mieszkanie malutkie, ale schludne. Rewelacyjne łóżko - jedno z najwygodniejszych na jakich spałem. Z dobrze działającą klimatyzacją i wygodną łazienką (bidet, duży prysznic). Sąsiadów z pokojów obok w zasadzie nie słychać. Sprzątanie w pokoju chyba codziennie (o ile ktoś to preferuje). Część wspólna kompleksu z asortymentem kuchennym, lodówką itp. Wejście do mieszkania bez większych problemów - prosta, klarowna instrukcja samodzielnego meldunku nawet w późnych godzinach wieczornych. Właściciela przyjazna i kontaktowa - odpowiada rzeczowo na pytania, pozostaje w kontakcie nawet do późnych godzin wieczornych. Dość pechowo trafiliśmy akurat na popsuty telewizor - właścicielka podjęła szybkie kroki, aby go wymienić. Nowy telewizor pojawił się ostatniego dnia, więc nie zdążyliśmy się nim nacieszyć, ale z uwagi na niedogodności uczciwie zmniejszono nam opłatę za pobyt w pokoju. Właścicielki nie spotkaliśmy osobiście, ale natknęliśmy się za to na jej siostrę, która opiekuje się mieszkaniami - miła i uczynna kobieta. :) Paradoksalnie - okolica. Wszystkie te zalety stanową też wady. Okna mieliśmy skierowane na ulicę, która żyła dosłownie całą noc. Pod oknami mieliśmy krzyki, przepychanki, kłótnie oraz całe mnóstwo dzieciaków ścigających się na skuterach. To lokalni mieszkańcy, więc czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, ale chodzi o sam komfort wypoczynku. Noce trzeba spędzać przy szczelnie zamkniętym oknie (a i tak dalej słychać!). Ponadto ponieważ jest to górzysta część miasta, trzeba się też liczyć z tym, że dojście do mieszkania jest utrudnione - trzeba się sporo wspinać a z torbami, a to żadna przyjemność. Mimo to ciągle lepiej tutaj, niż w okolicach Garibaldi, gdzie jest równie głośno, a mniej bezpiecznie. Brakowało mi też w pokojach tabliczek "Nie przeszkadzać" lub "Nie sprzątać", które można by wywiesić na klamkach. Sprzątanie pokojów jest okej, ale gdy przyjeżdża się na ledwie dwie-trzy noce zwyczajnie nie ma takiej potrzeby. Nie wiedzieliśmy, jak możemy zakomunikować, aby nikt nam nie chodził po pokoju, podczas gdy my zwiedzaliśmy okolicę.

La cordialità della titolare è la simpatia fa aumentare di gran lunga il valore della struttura. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia: stanza pulita ogni giorno e profumi in tutto l'appartamento. Sicuramente ogni volta che torno a Napoli non posso andare in un altro posto. Rita sei troppo gentile e simpatica. Ci torniamo sicurmanente Non c'è nulla che può non piacerti. Tutto impeccabile

E Rita è un host davvero gentile e professionale: ci ha tenuto i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out per venirci in contro. Lo consiglio vividamente a chi vuole trascorrere dei piacevoli giorni a Napoli, e ci tornerei assolutamente la prossima volta!! 10 stelle!!!

• Lis (9/5): Excellent stay, + clean, spacious and comfortable!!! - Rita was super friendly and very helpful despite everyone’s lack of italian/english. Place was extremely clean and well kept. Room spacious and bathroom big for Italian standards! Our experience was great but to continue maintaining the place clean and safe they could use staff overnight so other guests don’t bring strangers into their room to continue the party! Not safe and pretty noisy. First 2 nights were awesome, third one mostly good.

The bathroom is big as well. Altogether the place suits my needs. I didn't like the location. I was first a bit scared when I arrived. But I was happily surprised when I got in. All the commodities (camera outside and inside all the comfort including flat TV, air conditioning, wifi and a big bed with a small one aside).

• Caitlyn (10/5): Local neighbourhood stay - I was worried about finding the accommodation at first but it was very easy. Got to the square that lovely Rita sends to you via Whatsapp and you will see the sign for the accommodation right at the base of the stairs. Rita was super lovely! Easier to communicate with her via Whatsapp with the use of translate for English speakers. She is very loving. Comfortable room and bed. Has an aircon. Big bathroom and probably the biggest shower we had the whole time we were in Italy. Was a little musty as no window or fan for airflow. Was very cool to stay in such a local neighbourhood. Could be a little loud occasionally. Didn't worry us but if your a light sleeper it might. We were able to leave our luggage and pick it up later the day we checked out.
