• Mark (10/5): Excellent stay - Great place to stay after an almost 3 week stay in Costa Rica before we flew out in Liberia. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel restaurant and restaurants in walking distance were excellent. The only problem I had was we arrived around 3:30pm on Sunday. We wanted to check on various tour packages that were available but the person that answers those questions had just completed his work day and was off on Monday and Tuesday and we left on Wednesday. I was able to go to the nearby Hilton to get my answers.

• Bernard (10/5): Great place to stay close to the Guanacaste Airport - I thought the hotel lobby, pool area and rooms were very nicely appointed and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of Liberia We didnt think to ask and no one offered that we could have gotten a boxed breakfast to go as we had to leave before breakfast opens.

• Lucie (8/5): Plutôt confortable - Nous avons adorer le restaurant extérieur sur le bord de la piscine. Nous y avons pris un excellent repas du soir. L'ambiance était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de notre chambre ce qui était bien mais ce repas était complètement dégoûtant par rapport à l'excellent repas que nous avions eu la veille. Les oeufs brouillés étaient gluants. Le jus était hyper dilué, presque de l'eau. Le riz était séché. Il n'y avait aucun fruit ou yogourt disponible. Il y avait aussi de la saucisse à hot dog. Dégoutant !!! Un des pire petit déjeuner que j'ai mangé de ma vie.

• Brooks (10/5): Conveniently located, comfortable and stylish airport hotel with a flair of Costa Rican character. - Had the cleanliness, comfort and convenience of an a big chain airport hotel, but with a lot more character - it embraced Costa Rican color and tropical decor. Nice outdoor pool area too and restaurants and a shop next to it. It’s not cheap, but provided quality that matches the price.

The pool area was a good size and had shaded seating and sunloungers. There is also a poolside bar with food options, open all day. Shuttle to the airport worked well for our early departure.

Unfortunately I was ripped off by the hotel. - There was a mistake made on my reservation and the hotel charged me $390 instead of the $190 I was supposed to be charged. I was reassured in person that it was clear there was a mistake made and it would be reviews and rectified within the next couple of days. Once I arrived home I received an email that my case had been reviewed and no mistake had been made! Despite all of the evidence and screenshots I supplied showing that it was clearly a mistake. Not to mention there is not one night in the year that they charge anywhere close to this much on any given night. I have been back and forth on this for nearly a month now and have been told that they are unwilling to pay me back the difference.

• Lara (8/5): Happy layover - For me this was just a layover, but Perfectly acceptable for the occasion, price and location. Right by the airport with a free shuttle. Friendly staff and super clean room. AC worked well and the bed was super comfy. Didn’t use the pool It it sure looked inviting. Food looked decent, drinks were good and common areas were also clean. Pretty decent breakfast buffet included as well. Would stay again for a layover for sure. No complaints
