• Deborah (10/5): - Lovely accommodation. Spacious and clean. Consideration has been given to what a traveller needs - towel; toiletries and coffee. The layout of the room was ideal and spacious and I liked the addition of Tv and access to Netflix. Hotel Natura’s location is perfectly placed and only a short 10 minute walk to town but with restaurants and a shop 2 minutes away in the other direction. This is a family hotel and it was the staff that made it for me….so welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were excellent and offered in a separate building but adjacent to the rooms. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great Stay Near Monteverde Downtown - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is good - walking distance from Monteverde downtown, which made it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful high ceiling that made it feel even more open and comfortable. I also appreciated the quality breakfast each morning—fresh and satisfying! Overall, a great value and a peaceful place to stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Monteverde area.
• Yvan (10/5): - Ce petit hôtel est très propre et calme. Il y règne une atmosphère zen. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux. Il est à distance de marche du centre-ville de Santa Elena. Les propriétaires sont très aidants.
• David (4/5): - Very warm 2 days. Rooms became very hot and with only a fan took a long time to cool down, no a/c. Windows needed to be open, road noise was loud. Good breakfast.
• Claudia (10/5): - Ich bin Single-Reisende und ich habe mich in dem Natüra Hotel Monteverde sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen konnte ich mich jederzeit - auch über WhatsApp - an das Hotel wenden. Die junge Dame war äußerst kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gab mir gerne Auskunft und Tipps für Unternehmungen in und um Monteverde und hat mir auch geholfen vor Ort Ausflüge zu organisieren. Am Abend konnte ich aus drei Frühstücksvarianten für den nächsten Morgen auswählen. Im Innenhof sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es empfehlenswerte Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
• Elena (8/5): - Kleines Hotel, uns hat ein Aufenthaltsraum gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind recht steril, aber sauber und für eine Übernachtung nach einem Ausflug in Monteverde vollkommen ausreichend. Top: Warme (!) Regenwalddusche im Zimmer und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch bei Reservierungen und Tagesausflügen helfen und beraten.

• Kara (10/5): - I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Natura Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was beyond helpful and made us feel right at home. Recommendations for activities were extensive and arranged by the staff themselves. This was especially helpful as our previously arranged excursions had to be cancelled due to travel delays. Recommendations for dining were spot on and we had our two favorite Costa Rican meals in Monteverde. The breakfast provided by the staff was freshly prepared, outstanding, and fueled us for our day. We can’t wait to come back in the future! 5 !!!

We felt very comfortable in the area and there were nice dining options and a small grocery store within easy walking distance. Daniella and Cesar were most attentive and accommodating; providing quick response to any questions we had regarding the Monteverde area Daniela was very helpful with recommendations of activities in the area. • Fabio (10/5): Lovely option close to Monteverde - The hotel and rooms are brand new and extremely clean. Delicious breakfast and kind staff. Restaurants and a shop market can be reached on foot. To get to Sant Elena city center, you have to walk 15 minutes or a short ride by car.

• Truc (6/5): - GOOD: The people there were helpful, the breakfasts were good, the room was clean, and they provide 2 free beer cans and 2 water bottles. BAD: The walls are very thin so we could hear everything in the room next door. Also, the property is located right next to the main road so we heard the motorcycles riding by at all hours of the night. UGLY: You cannot put used toilet paper in the toilet.
• Dorthe (10/5): Skønt lille hotel - Skønt nyistandsat værelse med lille tekøkken med kaffe og te. Dejlig beliggenhed, dog lidt støj fra vejen om morgenen. Et ægtepar og hendes mor drev hotellet. Søde, hjælpsomme og skøn morgenmad med ekstra kaffe mm. Dejligt udgangspunkt for udflugter i Monteverde og med 5 minutters gang til lille by med gode caféer.

• Ben (10/5): - Natura was an excellent place to stay. Everything was new, modern, and comfortable. Parking was also not up a steep hill and the hotel was easy to get to. Daniela and Cesar were exceptional hosts! They went above and beyond when we needed to book tours. They were super accommodating when our plans changed and helped us modify our tours. It’s about a 15 min walk to the city center (Santa Elena), which was not bad. Very close to a few miradors for sunset views. I would definitely stay here again.

We got there around 4pm and wanted to go to the Night Tour in Monteverde at 6pm, Daniela arranged the tour asking he company to pick us up, made a reservation for us for diner. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The hotel s clean and we had everything we needed. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and a little supermarket, very convenient!
• Ganna (10/5): Amazing hosts and a true gem in Monteverde - I had a wonderful two-night stay at the Natura hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The hosts were definitely the highlight, assisting us in booking a fantastic cloud forest tour with an excellent guide one day in advance. The restaurant recommendations from Daniela were spot-on, and the homemade jam at breakfast was a delicious touch. Highly recommend!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Muy familiar - Hotel en el que el trato familiar resalta por lo cuidado que está todo. El desayuno está riquísimo, casero y hecho con mucho mimo. Además de opción de leche vegetal, hay diferentes opciones de desayuno, siempre acompañado con fruta variada. Habitación muy amplia y moderna, decorada con mucho gusto. La cama grande y muy cómoda. Faltaría algun cajón/perchero. Los dueños nos ayudaron en todo y estuvieron atentos a que nuestra estadía fuese la mejor posible.
• Heidi (10/5): - This is a wonderful new 4 room hotel in the Monteverde area. It’s a family run business, whose hospitality, kindness, along with great service will make you feel right at home. The breakfast is wonderful and made to order. The property and rooms are clean and specious. Short walk to several restaurants and market. They also can arrange activities and tours in the area or else where for you. So helpful when your itinerary has holes or changes.
• Yendall (8/5): Very helpful family run hotel - The family running the hotel were very helpful and attentive. A couple of minor issues were very quickly dealt with. The room, while nicely appointed had nowhere to hang any wet clothes, or coats. The location is good and it is a very peaceful place to be. There are dining options nearby, but it is a little out of the main commercial area of Monteverde. The nearby sights are very good. Breakfast was much appreciated.
• Brett (10/5): - Sparkly clean family owned property. Easy check-in. great location for getting to any of the Cloud Forrest adventures. Price was amazing! While we didn't need it, our room was handicapped accessible. Even breakfast was excellent. The family that runs it was really kind and gave us a late check out so we could spend a little more time at the park. Really appreciated the experience.
• Manu (10/5): - Beautiful, serene property. Owners are very professional down to earth individuals who will make your visit extra enjoyable and will offer you everything they can to solve any of your extra travelling needs like early breakfast, late check out etc if they can. Will stay here again.
• Daniel (8/5): - The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is owned by a couple and they are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and they give you options but must be ordered the day before so that they have all ingredients. The location was great had a lot of restaurants and stores walking distance close. It also wasn't too far from the cloud forest. The reason why I'm rating the room low is that it does not have either an AC or a ceiling fan. The weather is hot and humid and that makes it hard to sleep at night. It does have a window and we opened that which gave it a little bit of air but the problem was that since its on the main road you hear the traffic and all the noises at night. Of course AC would be great but even with just a ceiling fan it would have been ok. We only stayed here one night and would only recommend one night for a quick stay.
• Bas (10/5): - Deze accommodatie is voor deze prijs bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. Modern ingericht, schoon, lekkere douche. Het is een familiebedrijfje en is nog maar 5 maanden oud. Superontbijt ook! Hele aardige mensen. Dichtbij wat restaurantjes. Best een eind van het centrum, niet te lopen. Minpuntje; aan een drukke weg, dus best wat verkeer. Het zit in een bocht en je moet met je auto steil naar beneden of boven rijden.

The staff went above and beyond to help me organise my visit, giving me little tips on how to best enjoy my time there. The location was a little out of town which meant it was nice and quiet but still within walking distance to anything you could need.

The gallo pinto we had each morning was the best we had during our stay in all of Costa Rica! Highly recommend staying here!

• Advait (10/5): - A small family run hotel in Monteverde. Super close to the cloud forest reserve and other popular destinations in Monteverde. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We asked if they could provide breakfast before 7 AM and they happily packed sandwiches and some other dry snacks for us which was really awesome. There are plenty of options to eat that are a 10-15 minute walk which is a plus. Definitely recommended for their service and hospitality
• Konstantina (10/5): - We had a great time visiting monteverde and this place was what exactly what we needed to enjoy the surrounding areas. This is a family run business and everyone was very friendly, attentive and thoughtful- quick to book tours for us, return laundry and even made us sandwiches in the morning for an early start! There are a few good restaurants at walking distance.
• Sujil (10/5): - Both Ms. Daniella and Mr. Cesar are excellent hosts. They communicated ahead of time and asked for our needs. Proposed activities that we could do before we arrived. Property is nice and clean and spacious. Had a great time!!
• Gisela (10/5): - Es un hotel familiar, administrado con mucho amor y cuidado, se nota desde el momento de llegar hasta salir. La habitación es muy limpia, amplia, el desayuno delicioso, el lugar seguro, estacionamiento de fácil acceso, es un lugar mágico. Definitivamente volveríamos.

• Delano (10/5): - The accommodation was new, everything was arranged good. The staff was really helpful and they even brought us to a good spot to see the Sun set.

There was plenty of parking which is a huge plus in the area. Just around the corner is a market and four restaurant, about 20 more restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

• Anne (10/5): - If hosts who are incredibly accommodating, helpful, kind, & available matter most to you, this is the place for you. The room was clean, & very minimalist without extra furniture or decor but I had everything I needed. There are only 3 rooms so the interactions with Daniella & Cesar were personal & congenial. Their recommendations for restaurants & tours suited me perfectly. Cesar even found a guide for a last minute tour. They felt like friends by the time I left.
