- Don (10/5): A little bit of Heaven - This little bit of heaven just outside the touristy chaos of La Fortuna was much more than we hoped for. The owners have provided everything you might need in a very stylish cottage, and the view of the volcano is unsurpassed. In fact, we cancelled our dinner reservations and had wine and cheese and just enjoyed the late afternoon watching the weather change the look of the volcano. The outdoor spa tub and the extras, like drinks and a delicious rum cake in the fridge, were much appreciated. Communication via email with the owners was consistent and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was very inviting the moment we got there: beautiful casita and patio with a jacuzzi tub, lots of hummingbirds in the bushes, and an amazing view of the volcano! The interior was very clean and also inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed and our host provided many extras including Christmas decorations! Thank-you for going the extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable!
