• MK (9/5): Perfect budget stay! - The house is super lovely and the host (Pedro) is superb. He offered home cooked lunch from his friend monday to friday for a small price. Also he got my clothes cleaned for a cheap fee (just dropped everything at the door and got it back the next day). Located right in the heart of yungay to explore. Overall very helpful and charming :) You can hear the other rooms and the streets quite well, but that's also the charm of an older original house

• kramer (9/5): Amazing beautiful house! Great vibes and nice art! - Amazing location very kind host. Beautiful interior very chill vibes. We ended up staying here longer for two more nights. The neighborhood is walkable and cute -probably cuter than most of the city. A little bit dusty. Kitchen could be cleaner. But no real complaints!

• Lou-Anne (10/5): Ravi de notre séjour ici. - Parfait, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La maison est tout simplement magnifique ! C’est vrai que nous avons été étonné par le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre qui donne sur l’extérieur. Mais finalement comme ce n’est que pour dormir ce n’est pas dérangeant. À noter qu’il vous fondra, compter au moins 45 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre de Santiago. Sinon cela fonctionne très bien en bus avec le 508 ou 514 en 25 minutes. L’arrêt de bus est au bout de la rue. Le quartier est très sûre, nous sommes vraiment senti en sécurité , par contre pour rejoindre le centre de Santiago, nous avons préféré prendre un bus plutôt que marcher …
• Irene (10/5): Casa con encanto en Santiago - Casa Lucrecia es una casa con encanto e histórica de la ciudad de Santiago. Alojarse en ella es puro placer. Es una casa muy bonita, muy limpia, con habitaciones cómodas ,posibilidad de usar la cocina para cocinar y, todo ello, en un edificio con mucho encanto. El anfitrión Pedro, fué muy atento durante toda nuestra estancia, respondió las dudas que teníamos e incluso nos dió alguna ayuda con el transporte público. Si tuviera que volver a alojarme en Santiago, sin duda repetiría! Todo inmejorable!

• Cara (8/5): - It was an old house, so it wasn’t in the best shape but it had a cosy vibe and felt like a home. The neighborhood “Yungay” was really nice, a bit artsy and felt safe. Sweet cafes around. For us the location was perfect because we wanted to go to a music event nearby. The kitchen was pretty small so it’s not possible to cook while another person is in there, but it wasn’t too busy so no big issue. In the summer the rooms can get quite hot because there is no A/C or ventilator, but at night it cooled down a bit so it was fine. Just keep in mind if you cannot sleep well if it’s too hot.

L'atmosfera è davvero unica, la posizione comoda, il prezzo davvero vantaggioso. Ma ciò che più conta è che, a differenza che in un hotel o in un normale bed'n'breakfast, ci si immerge in un'atmosfera vissuta e autentica Nulla. Ovviamente non è un posto per chi cerca i comfort degli hotel di lusso; ma per quanto mi riguarda il soggiorno è stato ottimo

• Christopher (9/5): Excellent stay, would come again! - Lovely place - a simple, comfortable and clean room with two beds and a window to let air in. The house has good WiFi, a lovely patio/courtyard with plants, chairs, tables and an open ceiling looking up to the stars. There is space to hang out in the living room coches or table, and the property is quite safe due to having two doors and locks. The person there who was the owner was lovely, very hospitable making a BBQ and offering wine to us all one night. This is much more than a hostel, and all of the people I met there were cool and I'm touch with a few of them. The neighborhood is also lovely- in Yungay, a neighbourhood in central Santiago which is full of old 1800s-1940s houses with character and colour. It has many cafes, galleries, museums, and restaurants nearby. Price is excellent foe what you get: shared bathroom but it is modern and with a nice shower. Owner was always willing to have a chat and give good ideas about chile: from history and culture, to places to eat. !Muchas gracias por todo! The only thing would be no air-conditioning in the room, however when I visited it wasn't an issue most of the time.
• Acosta (9/5): Ótimo hospitalidade - Localização em bairro privilegiado com muita arte e cultura de rua. Pedro é muito querido e gosta de confraternizar com os hóspedes. Para quem gosta de trocar experiências com pessoas do mundo todo, esse é o lugar certo! Em alguns dias estava muito calor no quarto. Um ventilador poderia ajudar.
• Micha (9/5): Un lieu convivial avant tout - L'accueil de Pedro, le partage des espaces communs : cuisine, salon, salle à manger. C'est une maison ancienne, il faut s'attendre à un équipement Intérieur en conséquence. Si vous souhaitez des salles de bain flambant neuves : passez votre chemin. Il y a de l'eau chaude, douche ou baignoire et des serviettes propres : ce qui est suffisant pour prendre soin de soi.

The area is one of the best in Santiago I think - a real neighborhood. Very safe to walk around during the day We loved it all Its basic which suits us perfectly

La maison est magnifique, dans une position centrale, au milieu d'un quartier très vivant et agréable. Pedro nous a accueillis et conseillés de manière chaleureuse, toujours disponible et prêt à partager ses connaissances sur la ville de Santiago et sur le Chili, en rendant plus riche notre visite. Nous conseillons vivement de choisir Casa Lucrecia pour un séjour à Santiago.

• Anton (9/5): In short, this place was exceptional for us. When booking, you can’t imagine how beautiful, cozy, and unique it is. The - Safety, beauty, friendliness of the host, comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, great location. Check-in can be tricky - fun if you like little quests, inconvenient if you have luggage and no phone. Best to have Pedro’s number handy. Our flight was delayed by a day, and neither Pedro nor Booking could adjust the stay financially - we ended up paying the full price.

• Takuto (7/5): No tan mal. - El Sr. Pedro, el propietario, fue muy amable. La casa es antigua, por lo que al subir y bajar las escaleras o caminar por el pasillo, el suelo crujía, como si alguien estuviera caminando en mitad de la noche. Además, las paredes son finas, por lo que podía oír el ruido de la habitación de al lado y a la gente que llegaba tarde por la noche, lo que me despertaba. Es un problema personal, pero me gustaría que añadieran una norma sobre no hacer ruido por la noche.
• Andrew (10/5): Wonderful stay, we made some friends and had a lot of fun - We had a lovely stay at Casa Lucrecia, it felt like home from home. The house is so cool and quirky and Pedro is a wonderful host. (Carolina also made us feel very welcome.) There is a little patio outside with a living wall, great little spot to just chill out with a glass of wine. The area itself of Yungay is a treasure trove of cool bars and restaurants, sometimes with live music, really vibrant and colourful. The Darkollics bar and El Chancho Seis were both great finds. It’s only a 30 minute walk into the city centre, or the metro is less than 10 mins walk away, with a 10 minute ride the centre. The kitchen sink needs a plug! 😆

• michel (10/5): - Cette maison typiquement chilienne dans un quartier agréable tout aussi typique. Le quartier est jovial et même musical par moment mais très calme. Tout y est propre et la literie est confortable. L eau de la douche est chaude et même si les toilettes sont partagées il n' y a jamais d attente car il y en a plusieurs pour peu d habitant. Cette maison elle même vaut le détour car c est un petit musée. Tout y est proche ( parc resto métro ( 2 lignes) et le marché bi hebdomadaire. Mais le plus intéressant c est encore Pedro lui même ! Il est une mine d information sur le Chili, le sport, l histoire, le quartier.... tout en étant très discret. Jamais il ne vous ennuiera mais il a réponse à toute question ou problème.
