Our entire experience - from check in to check out went very smoothly. The staff, Francisco and Juan, were the most caring and welcoming people, they gave us a free upgrade for the room (we ended up staying twice at the Hotel!), helped us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport and even leaving our bigger luggage overnight while we took a trip to Valparaiso! They were very polite, kind and professional and really make sure the guests have everything they need. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable beds, great showers, and the design is lovely! It felt luxurious and for a great price too! Breakfast was also great in the dining area, food was fresh and tea/coffee was available throughout the day. Would recommend staying here to everyone! Nothing, it was ideal

Eu só não dei 10 porque não possui ar-condicionado (central de ar), o quarto possui 2 climatizadores pequenos, e como já estava no fim do verão foi tranquilo dormir a noite, mas durante o dia era um pouco quente.

El personal en general Magnífico. Francisco igualmente nos prestó toda la colaboración necesaria, además de una buena atención a la hora del exquisito y variado desayuno. Realmente quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra elección de hospedaje y no dudaremos en volver.😃 Igualmente hice recorridos a pie por muchos sitios de interés cercanos, lo que le otorga al hotel Casa Aure un plus perfecto gracias a su ubicación. • Soncha (8/5): OK, but unlikely to stay there again - Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast Very noisy internally - in part due to the extremely rude, inconsiderate, noisy guests who were staying on the same floor, but their loud conversations in the hall way, door slamming and playing music in their rooms in the middle of the night was amplified due to the layout of the rooms with doors facing towards an interior open plan/multi-storey hall and the lack of sound proofing.

• Leyla (8/5): Sehr schön! - Es war ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit einer guten Lage. Das komplette Hotel hatte eine sehr schöne und edle Ausstattung. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt und außerdem gibt es noch 2 weitere Metros in der Nähe. Die Leute waren alles sehr freundlich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Bei dem Preis würde ich immer wieder zurückkommen. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten: Ein paar Sachen hatten in der Ausstattung gefehlt. Auch das Frühstück musste erstmal aufgenommen werden und weil niemand dort war musste ich erstmal 5 Minuten warten bis jemand auf mich zukam. Nichts, was mich aber davon abhalten würde nochmal zu kommen. :)
• leonardo (10/5): Comodidad y confort - Fon Juan (la persona que estaba en recepción al momento de llegar) fue muy amable, el desayuno no lo aproveche, ya que salí antes de que comenzara, la ubicación me parece perfecta. al momento de hacer el check out me costo demasiado salir, ya que no había nadie en recepción y toque el timbre artas veces y no venia nadie, estuve a punto de perder el uber.

• Jakub (10/5): Great place with reasonable price and helpfull staff. - I had a great stay at Casa Aure Hotel in Santiago. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced, which made it an excellent value overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help; you can ask them anything about the city, and they’ll happily share useful tips and the best local highlights. Just 10 min walk to the nearest metro station. Another thing I really enjoyed was the vibrant street art in the surrounding area, which added a unique and creative atmosphere to the neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting Santiago.

• Ludek (10/5): Very neat, lively, lovely place to stay in STGO - Lovely small hotel in the newly renovated 2 floor house, new inside, water-tea-fruits all day in the lobby, nice and quiet location - lively neighborhood with lots of artistic murals, close to park and museums, close La Republica station with direct connection to the airpost. Staff (Juan) was very nice and helpful. Main door opens only upon bell ring to the reception(?). It would be advised to explain to the guests during checkin how to get out of the building in case of emergency. Any sound from the corridors gets to the room via the thin door.

• Lauren (10/5): Great stay! - Very affordable prices and comfortable beds. Breakfast is filling with freshly made eggs. The staff is so helpful! Juan and another gentleman with a black beard were absolutely amazing and even printed out a paper map to help me conquer Bio Bio. The water pressure in the shower is awesome, and there's plenty of hot water. A 9 minute walk from the Museum of Human Rights and 3 minute walk to the bus stop for Plaza de Armas. Buses come every 3 minutes or so. The area can be rough after dark but just Uber. It's super cheap and I never felt unsafe.

Drinking water and hot drinks were available 24-7 which was great! Close to plenty of restaurants and a short walk from the main town square and attractions. The room was boiling! No AC and a fan that was not up to the job. This was the only complaint.

Eu e minha esposa estávamos em lua de mel de deixaram uma surpresa preparada no quarto. Sempre solicitos no café da manhã, mesmo quando tivemos que acordar mais cedo para ir ao passeio às 05h a.m. Está atenção faz total diferença na mente de nós viajantes 🙏🏼 Além disso, destaco outros pontos : Chuveiro exelente, cama confortável e limpeza impecável. • Eva (9/5): Aure provided a friendly & helpful welcome to Santiago: comfy bed, quiet night’s sleep, good breakfast. - The ambience of this boutique hotel is enticing and I wish I could have stayed longer. It was very quiet all through the night and I slept like a log in a comfortable bed. I liked the staff: so welcoming, friendly & accommodating: nothing was too much trouble. My breakfast was lovely too. Across the road are a few nice restaurants - tried the one that plays delightful French Music for diners seated amidst eclectic furnishings. Although it’s a 25-30 min walk to Plaza de Armas, there are attraction near the hotel as well. I would highly recommend Casa Aure. Everything was great, especially for the price.

In an easy spot. Walking distance to metro systems and the bus from the airport. Had a tour early in the morning and the staff were able to pack a breakfast for me. Perfect! Nothing needed to be any different

• Alison (8/5): - The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. It is in a nice location with some restaurants nearby. The rooms can get hot since there is no air conditioning. Our room only had a small window in the bathroom, so we could not get much cooler air in the room, but they do provide fans.

En la vereda de enfrente hay un restaurante muy bueno y recomendable. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Las condiciones de limpieza del hotel eran muy buenas. Desde el hotel se puede salir caminando a lugares muy lindos de la ciudad. En conclusión si vuelvo a Santiago probablemente me quede en el mismo lugar.
