- Axel (10/5): - Al llegar al hotel y abrir la puerta principal te teletransportas en ese momento a un hotel en Suiza o Noruega, volteas y ves el esplendor que caracteriza la ciudad de puerto natales, pudimos tener la buena suerte de salvó nuestro último día de estancia completa; climas favorables que hacían que las ventanas fueran pinturas renacentistas, es increíble las vistas, el mobiliario hace referencia a la generación milenial y centenial con la bañera y pinturas rupestres, las diferentes exhibiciones de vino hacen de cada lugar una experiencia, y la habitación que nos tocó la 201 creo al ser la última del ala noroeste tuvimos la dicha de poder disfrutar los atardeceres que nos regaló nuestro cuarto, increíble, incomparable, definitivamente la siguiente vez que vaya pelearé esa habitación.

- HANNAH (6/5): - Property is modern and clean. Situated outside of town, 40 minute walk into town, 8 min drive to the airport. Heating is controlled centrally, personally 24c is way too hot. Breakfast is limited and basic. I wouldn’t rate the breakfast at all. Restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays which isn’t ideal with the location.

- Melissa (8/5): - A little expensive for what you get. Nice rooms with big windows with sea view. However outside of Puerto Natales town, so not much around (and hotel bar and restaurant closed on Sundays) and breakfast was very basic.

My only minor complaint was that our room was next to the stairs and it was very loud when people would come up/down. However, this didn't really bother our sleep. It is out of town, but it was super easy to get a cab/uber and was walkable in nice weather. But being out of town meant a quiet hotel with an amazing view.

- Sadik (8/5): - Nice property with excellent view to the lake and reasonable parking (unpaved road), closed to Ruta 9. Staff were very friendly. Public areas were ample and well kept. Would give 5*, but in my room there was no hot water in the shower...
- Jorge (10/5): - The customer service is awesome, they helped me out extending the checkout and stored my luggage when I needed to lunch after checkout. You could enjoy a walk from hotel to the downtown for about 25 minutes
- Patrick (6/5): - Couple of miles out of town with ZERO signage, which is ok but very hard to location (find the turn off) and almost impossible at night. Not available on google maps or Apple. Staff friendly and spoke English. Breakfast limited and below other hotels in area. Room clean and WiFi good.

- Harish (8/5): - The view from the room was very beautiful. We had to drive on a dirt road for a good distance to get to the main road and the ride was bumpy. The road to the property needs to be tarred for ease of accesss. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Stuart (2/5): - I typically don't leave negative reviews, however I this one is warranted. We booked this hotel as a bit of a splurge to celebrate the end of our hike in Patagonia. One big selling point was thay they had hot tubs which would have been very welcome after spending a week on the trail. When we arrived, we were very much looking forqard to getting a shower. Unfortubstely there was no hot water. We also found that our double room had two single beds. When we address these issues with the staff they did nothing to help. I can understand that they aren't plumbers and can't fix the water on a whim, however when I inquired about getting a cold shower then jumping in the hot tubs they wanted to charge an additional $35000 CLP and said it woukd take at least an hour to get the hot tubs running. It was a frustrating experience. The good is that the facilities are new and modern and the rooms have a great view. Unfortunately the staff weren't as nice as the hotel.
