The location was perfect — very well situated and convenient for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which really made the experience even better. The suite itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated that the room was refreshed and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Everything felt thoughtful and well cared for, from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere of the property. Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und sie befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, daher auch sehr ruhig für Neapel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Struttura dotata di ascensore e situata in un palazzo di prestigio, proprio di fronte alla Camera di Commercio. Stanza delle giuste dimensioni, comoda, pulita e silenziosa (ottime finestre). Very welcoming staff here and a lovely private Spa with sauna and jacuzzi for a very reasonable price. Bed was super comfy and overall we had a lovely time here for a one night stay after being in Amalfi.

From keeping our room clean to providing extra pillows and coffee when we requested it, this place was top notch. The location was great, steps from the metro station and centrally located close to all the places we wanted to visit and restaurants and bars. A great value for the money, clean and friendly. It was everything we could ask for to make our vacation in Napoli great. Nothing.

Il bagno lo abbiamo trovato pulito e spazioso. Il signore è stato super accogliente e disponibile e ha fatto sì che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto.

It was located in a central area but was so quiet of a nighttime! The bed was quite hard/uncomfortable. It wasn’t staffed a lot of the time and we heard someone ringing the bell at midnight which was creepy.

• Dino (5/5): - La posizione è la pulizia Per quello che costa ci sono servizi che non sono all’altezza della struttura, tipo l’aria calda non va internet non ne parliamo il letto ha uno spazio enorme fra la testata ed il materasso le placche degli interruttori sono tutte rotte. Lasciare qualche brioche o un biscottino e qualche cialda in più di caffè non sarebbe male. Ovviamente sono scelte di gestione e comunque il prezzo non vale la camera ed il trattamento.

• Glykeria (9/5): - Ωραίο δωματιο Στεγάζεται σε παλιό κτήριο,σε όροφο και έχει θόρυβο από έξω .Το δεύτερο είναι ότι μας χρέωσαν 20€ το late check in το οποίο δεν ήταν κ τόσο late γιατι η πτήση μας έφτασε απογευματινή ωρα .θα μπορούσε να έχει smart τρόπο να μπαίνεις στο κτήριο χωρίς φυσική παρουσία.Οποτε αν φτάσετε απόγευμα μην το επιλέξετε χρεώνει!

• Eilat (8/5): נחמד. במידה ויוחלפו המיטות והמצעים יהיה נהדר - צוות שירותי ואדיב, מיקום נוח לשוטטות בעיר, נקי מאד, אפשרות לשתיית קפה בחדר רק דבר אחד אבל מאד קריטי- היה מאד לא נוח לישון. המיטה עקומה ולא ראויה לחדר במלון. המצעים סנטטיים ומרגישים שזולים מאד ובלילה יצאו ממקומם ובסוף ישנו רק על המזרן בלי מצעים שהחליקו. או שאינם מתאימים בגודל או בחומר ממנו עשויים. היינו עייפים במהלך היום מחוסר שינה נוחה.

• Tal (6/5): - המיקום טוב, 5 דקות הליכה ברגל לרחוב via Toledo המקלחת הייתה טובה, מים חמים וזרם טוב! סה״כ באנו רק לישון במלון ולא להתפנק לכן מקבל דירוג 6 כי המיקום באמת טוב המלון נמצא סמוך לכביש ראשי ואין בידוד רעשים, שומעים מ6 בבוקר את כל הרעש של המכוניות בחוץ (ויש המון רעש). אין נציג קבלה ברוב שעות היום- לכן לא ניתן לבצע צ׳אק אין לאחר השעה 18:00-20:00, אין מקום לשמירת מזוודות. המלון נמצא בקומה בתוך בניין ישן מאוד.

The only thing that worked was the on/off switch but the Jacuzzi Pressurepump seemed also very old and was kind of weak so the Jacuzzi did not have the hoped effect and was just a big bathtub. The Bed was very cheap and shaky…

La struttura è ubicata in un caratteristico palazzo antico, ma ha camere moderne in stile orientale che invitano l'ospite a fermarsi e rinfrancare mente e corpo, grazie alla piccola spa ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Fantastica la posizione! Ci si può muovere agevolmente verso il centro a piedi, o in taxi stazionanti nella stessa strada, o in metro (fermata Università); per chi viaggia in auto c'è un comodo parcheggio privato in convenzione nei paraggi. Personale internazionale cordialissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza per garantire un sereno e felice soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

• Michael (8/5): Prima Unterkunft für kurze Wege - Die Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber, der Service gut. Direkt an der Metro Lina1 gelegen ist es schnell erreichbar und von dort ist der Weg in die Altstadt, Hafen oder auch und spanische Viertel kurz. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die trotz der Weitergabe der Informationen nicht behoben wurden. Schade. Aber waren unwichtig genug, so dass man sich wohlfühlte.
• Metin (8/5): Good for 1 night with no high expectations. Safe location. - Good location that felt safe with a Taxi stand right in front of the place and metro station close. Working elevator, important for the luggages. Very kind staff, especially the lady between 2 PM - 6 PM. After 6 PM no staff, but we stayed for 1 night and that was no issue for us. Was flexible with check in / check out hours, which saved the points a lot for this place. The beds are not real beds, just felt weird and uncomfortable. This is not a real 5 star hotel, more like a flat on the 4th floor inside a building. A LOT of noise from the street (we stayed in Room "Privata") that ruined the sleep quality. Try to ask for a room on the other side. For the price, a small breakfast could be included.

• Janis (4/5): Very disappointing - Decor. We were expecting to go to a spa hotel with access to spa facilities. Instead we had a room just off reception in what I would describe as an office building ! We booked for 4 nights and left after 1. Apparently only 1 room has access to spa and we didn’t book it. The advert for this place is very misleading.

• Kevin (10/5): Awesome place to stay in an awesome location. - The access instructions were good. Mia, at the front desk, was excellent! She was kind and gave us good restaurant recommendations. I loved the hot tub in the room. The room was nice and very clean. We loved having the little snacks and drinks every day. I would suggest putting some drawers or even shelves in the closet. We ended up living out of suitcases. Thankfully, the room was large enough to handle that. With the exception of storage space, we loved everything about our stay. It was everything I thought it would be and more.

• Christian (6/5): - Vi havde booket luksus værelse med privat spa men fik kun et standard værelse. Vi fik så 2 timers gratis spa i et andet rum som undskylning. Dårlige toilet forhold i reception. Sengen var i stykker. Lister falder af spa. Sødt personale.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect with easy reach to all main areas on foot. No breakfast but that was our choice. The standard and service of the hotel was amazing. The room was superb. The pics show the view from our balcony. We would highly recommend!!

The room was super clean, there was free water bottles and tea and coffee for us. It was quite loud from the street (very busy)

• Rfbc (9/5): Boutique hotel in Central Naples - The hotel is well located and easy to find, just off Piazza Bovio, which is 10 minutes from the Port and 10 minutes from the via Toledo. There is a taxi rank just outside, as well as a metro station, so it's extremely practical. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with all amenities (wifi, jacuzzi, spacious bathroom, even a small balcony). The room service was efficient and the receptionist very helpful. My room was quiet (6) as it was situated on the courtyard. THe lift is delightfully vintage. I would definitely recommend a stay there (I stayed 6 days) and would return myself. Loved it. Nothing in particular
