La manopola della doccia era staccata. E la cosa che da più fastidio è che non importa quante volte ci sei stato, ripetono sempre lo stesso procedimento, passaporto e spiegazioni che ormai già sappiamo.

Colazione in bar convenzionato (come di regola nei B&B del centro). Ospite della struttura per la terza volta, conto di tornare ancora.

La struttura è accogliente, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio; le camere sono confortevoli e arredate con gusto. La posizione è ideale: centrale e ben collegata, perfetta per visitare la città. La proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Si trova all'ottavo piano con ascensore a pagamento (€ 0,10) solo nei giorni feriali, che ti vengono forniti dalla proprietaria. La colazione non è in struttura, ma in un bar di fronte, dove viene offerta una bevanda calda con cornetto.

La colazione al bar di fronte non era male, ma considerando la varietà di bar a Napoli non la sceglierei di nuovo. “La struttura si trova all’ottavo piano di un palazzo di 14, ma la camera affacciava su un cortile interno, risultando buia e angusta. Dal bagno proveniva un odore sgradevole. Il letto era piccolo e scomodissimo. Per lo staff do punteggio basso in quanto c’è stata poca interazione. check-in da remoto e zero empatia da parte della ragazza che ci ha accolto, mentre la ragazza delle pulizie è stata gentile. Parcheggiare impossibile nelle vicinanze unica soluzione garages privati con costi intorno ai 50/60€ al giorno .

Andrebbe aggiunta una cassaforte per i valori (camera 4 o "Venezia") Il letto dovrebbe avere un materasso più robuso e che non si affossi (camera 4 o "Venezia")

- nuray (10/5): - Clean, quiet, functional, centrally located, and very reasonably priced. The hotel owner was extremely helpful. Even though we had already checked out, the hotel was helpful and allowed us to use the bathroom just to change clothes a few hours later. However, when one of my friends accidentally entered a room that had already been cleaned, the housekeeping staff shouted at him very harshly. My friend didn’t speak English, and neither did the staff. I tried to explain the situation, and we didn’t damage or dirty anything. I consider this behavior extremely rude.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive - always ready to help and explain everything clearly. They were available whenever we needed them, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the Italian cappuccino, which was simply perfect. Everything was great! -

A reggeli a szemközti kávézóban egy péksüti és egy kávé, ami nekem nem volt elég és édeset se tudok reggelire enni, de ez ízlés dolga. A lift 10 centessel működik, de a recepción van kihelyezve bátran lehet venni. A tisztaság kifogástalan volt. A bejelentkézés egyszerű és gyors volt, senkire nem kellett hosszasan várakozni. Minden nap víz volt a hűtőben, kávé tea kikészítve. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, újra megszállnék itt. Nem volt, ha nagyon kéne mondani valamit a fürdőben erősebb világítást javasolnék a tükörnél, ami a nőknek fontos lehet.
- Valentina (10/5): Diventerà il mio punto d’appoggio preferito quando tornerò a Napoli! - Mi è piaciuto tutto dallo stile delle camere, la pulizia, la posizione e la gentilezza dello staff che ci ha accolto prima del previsto e ci ha seguito con grande cortesia. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca ma piccola piccola, avendo il volo molto presto la porta della camera cigolava un pochino e avremo disturbato gli altri ospiti. Scusateci!

- Marina (9/5): Ubicación excelente y alojamiento muy cómodo - te: cerca de los principales puntos de interés y muy cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. Destaco especialmente la atención recibida; aunque la recepción no está disponible físicamente todo el día, la comunicación fue rápida y siempre dispuestos a ayudar ante cualquier duda. Como punto a tener en cuenta, el uso del ascensor cuesta 10 céntimos entre semana, algo poco habitual, pero en general no afectó demasiado la experiencia. En resumen, un alojamiento muy recomendable por su limpieza, ubicación y buen trato. Los colchones un poco blandos
