- Norbert (10/5): - It was easy to get here. Public transport (metro, bus) are nearby. Close to the sea and a beautiful view on the Vesuv. You also have very good restaurants just around the corner - like the famous 50 Kalò. You also have the best host in Italy!!! Alessia was a blessing for us during our stay. We had a very late check in, but she handled everything with patience and communicated very well with us. She even showed us the best spots of Naples at our midnight check-in. Thank you so much for our pleasant stay! Alessia was not there all the time 😅 Breakfast was just a light breakfast

Très bruyant… la rue juste en dessous est un vrai boulevard, ça klaxonne et circule toute la nuit. L’était des installations (notamment dans la sdb) est moyen.

Fenêtres mal isolé, placement dans la chambre numéro 1 juste à côté de la réception où l’on entendait tout les passages et bruit de la chambre d’à côté ( wc douche) et porte d’entrée.A éviter cette chambre si possible.

- Pierdomenico (2/5): Pessima struttura: nè B&B ne hotel. Da evitare assolutamente. - Ci hanno assegnato una camera tripla la cui unica finestra era tenuta chiusa con un gancetto. Desiderando aprirla per far entrare luce ed aria, l’intera finestra ci è caduta addosso ed abbiamo rischiato di farvi davvero male. Le meccaniche degli infissi erano completamente arrugginiti. Ci hanno dato un’altra stanza (una doppia malamente adattata a tripla) decisamente piccola nella quale si stava talmente stretti da non poter camminare o aprire la valigia. Abbiamo chiesto che ci fosse assegnata un’altra stanza e con difficoltà ci hanno trovato un’altra sistemazione. Stessa situazione: doppia malamente adattata a tripla. Di fronte alle nostre rimostranze, ci hanno trovato una tripla. Che dire? Esperienza pessima: nella stanza c’era un finestrino che affacciava nell’atrio del palazzo che non si poteva oscurare in alcun modo.

- Zoe (9/5): Highly recommend this lovely place! - Lovely fresh, clean place. Incredibly comfortable bed & pillows. The staff were absolutely fantastic- especially Alessia. But all were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us even though we were only there for 1 night. We were able to check in early which helped a lot. Breakfast was delicious too. The cistern in the bathroom had something wrong with it. We reported it on leaving. But it didn’t spoil our stay.

Niedostosowane do podniebień innych narodowości. szkoda 🙄 Tak, bardziej urozmaicone śniadanie

Insomma non è assolutamente una camera da dormirci né tantomeno pernottarci. Non mi è piaciuto niente! Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente inadeguato .
- Bianca (6/5): - Die Lage ist relativ gut, Hop on Hop of Bus und Metro gleich um die Ecke, sehr viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Zentrum auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer hatte Fenster in Richtung Straße, wodurch der Lärm verkehrsbedingt durchgehend extrem laut war, so auch nachts. Da halfen auch die vom B&B zur Verfügung gestellten Oropax nichts. Vom jüngeren Personal hätten wir uns etwas mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht, selten haben wir ein Lächeln erhalten, während die etwas älteren sehr nett waren und auch mal einen schönen Tag gewünscht haben.

- Alessia (10/5): Vi adoro - Ho adorato tutto dalla cortesia delle ragazze alla pulizia della stanza e della struttura in generale, per non parlare della colazione pazzesca, ho mangiato tutto anche se non faccio mai colazione. Posizione strategica a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro. Mi dispiace aver soggiornato per così poco, non volevamo più andarcene.. spero di vederci presto, è diventato il nostro posto del cuore ♥️

We walked everywhere with ease Also near the bus station if you are traveling by bus We came late at night due to flight delays. It is hard to find when you are tired and off your schedule. The hotel is inside a building with multiple businesses. And the signs are small. Also there are 2 different elevators. You need to take the second one. This said in daylight with rest it is easier to see everything and negotiate

It is an oasis in frenetic Napoli where you can take the time to relax and replenish your energies for further city explorations. Not exactly easy to find as there are no signs - or hard to see - on the building. Yet that may part of its charm ?!
