It was in a safe location with lots of restaurants nearby. Great views from the bedroom. Location and the views were excellent. Also the jacuzzi in the room was lovely.

• Eric (9/5): Very nice spot with outstanding staff. - The waterfront view and area for restaurants and access to boat tours. Not far from main city areas too easy to walk to. And they very kindly provided free mini bar it’s great when you travel so far and are thirsty. Luigi is also the best as we had a taxi strike on and we’re in desperate need of transport to central station. He literally help us carry our heavy bags to a nearby bus stop which was direct to the station. We had no time to spare as I tried to get Uber by trying to pay €100 for a 15 min ride, he was the best. Service well above and beyond. Thanks Luigi. Nothing

It is due to the fact that the window is not open The fan at the conditioner always works, without possibility to close. The beds are too soft, not comfortable to sleep.

• Dan (3/5): Tried to contact booking.com to contact the hoist but stil no reply 3 weeks later - Hoist was fine and location was good - Location was good Room was above à very noisey at and loud restraunt that was keeping us awake until 1-2am - picture shows a table on the balcony which wasn’t there also the balcony was very small and views off dirty canopy’s from the several restraunts underneath Curtain were moldy,walls also had mold on then,bed cushions were stained, the hot tub didn’t work and was also full of foreign objects and we wasn’t happy about using it , furniture around the hot tub was worn and ripped and rusty

• Janet (5/5): Be mindful of choice of room - The location was within easy reach and walking distance of all restaurants, bars , the sea and attractions The manager had left us a bottle of Prosecco, water and snacks The first room 5 we were allocated was dark and overlooking the bin area so we could not open the curtains. Step into hot tub was broken , described as a lounge but just a hot tub with a plastic cushion seat and 2 chairs and really dark and again overlooking bins. Not as described at all. Not a 2nd bedroom at all as described Window shutters would not stay open properly and all you could see were the communal bin area. Managers said we could move to a sea view for an extra €160 for 2 nights which we declined but they offered us a move to room 2 on the 2nd night for free which was a lovely room with a balcony and lovely View. Staff were friendly and provided snacks and complimentary drinks which was a lovely gesture . Bed was comfortable and room was clean . First photos are of room 5 view, 3rd photo is view from room 2

Centro non troppo distante, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Luigi disponibile e cordiale! la luce del bagno, a parer mio, sarebbe stata meglio se non fosse stata con la fotocellula..di notte risulta leggermente fastidiosa poiché forte.

All I want to say is Luigi gave me a far better service than the big ass booking.com staff. Thank you ,Luigi.You are way professional and kindhearted than booking.com .you should build your own instergram page and have someone in India to do your SEO.I am sure you will save more money and build reputation than depending on these greedy Platforms like Booking.com In fact to the contrary the booking.com staff was very rude and ignorant and acted third class with horrible customer support.I recommend Luigi but not booking.com. Go directly to these property owners and they will do a verter job taking care of you .Boycott all these third party online travel agents .They suck the blood out of the guest and and host . • Michela (10/5): - Camera incantevole con vista mozzafiato. Ambiente pulito e curato. Nota di merito alla gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha accolti e si è preso cura di noi sotto ogni aspetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
• Alberto (1/5): Non ci torneró. - Posizione La stanza aveva un odore sgradevole di muffa o qualcosa di simile. C’era una perdita d’acqua all’ingresso proveniente dal bagno affianco (a detta del gestore riparata e asciutta). Essendo mia moglie incinta, alla fine abbiamo optato per non dormire lì e abbiamo abbandonato la stanza. Tenere la finestra aperta non era un’opzione per via dei fumi dei risotanti appena sotto sul lungomare.

La struttura è pulitissima, ben tenuta, e si vede l’attenzione con cui viene gestita. Letto e cuscini comodi! Abbiamo trovato la vasca idromassaggio con l'acqua calda! In camera siamo stati omaggiati di snack e bevande! Luigi, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo!

• Alessandro (8/5): Buona la posizione e buona la pulizia - Struttura ben tenuta e il fatto che ci sia un controllo all’entrata e stato molto gradito. Posizione ottima. Accoglienza buona. L’acqua nei servizi non era calda e il doccino di un servizio non funzionava. L’alzata che portava all’interno della jacuzzi era rotta e pericolosa (la mia compagna è caduta). Jacuzzi non funzionava completamente. Il fatto che non si potesse avere una via di mezzo delle persiane è stato poco funzionale.
