• Grethe Lill (8/5): Easy accessible location with public transportation - Tram, and bus right outside with direct access to Central station, Duomo, Navigli etc. Metro in easy walking distance. I hadn’t done my homework and surprised that there were 6 rooms sharing common entrance and kitchen. Room was tiny, but clean, equipped with all necessities and the bed was comfortable.

I left my wallet behind, and he took care of every detail to make sure that I got everything on the wallet back in the states Therefore, I’ll give them a thumbs up. thank you Giovanni!!!!
• Arevik (6/5): - The area is very noisy. It’s in the middle of the big crossroads and the trams work almost all night. The room is small and has very limited supplies. They have many hidden fees for cleaning, changing towels and bedding. Be aware that you have to pay for late check in. The host is very nice and informative but it would be great to include some supplies and amenities. I would not stay there again.

• Elida (10/5): - This place was spotless; it is the cleanest place I ever stayed. Nicola was always super reachable and helped with my check in and check out. The room is great for one person and had all the things you need. The view is gorgeous and there are several restaurants nearby, plus gelatto! The only downsize for me is that the shower is very small, but Im very tall (6’1”). Other than that, fantastic place and 10 stars!!!

• John (8/5): - This is a very convenient and economical place to stay, good location. The checkin process is easy. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We stayed when there was low occupancy, otherwise it could get a bit tight in small spaces, but good value if you want to economize in Milan.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not a great experience - The inn is in a great location (very convenient to downtown and restaurants), and check in was straightforward. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The bed was literally a pullout sofa bed (that caused back issues for my partner and I); the bathroom - while private/ keyed access - is outside in the main entryway; the windows and walls are extremely thin; and there is no housekeeping at all. I would not recommend this stay to others.
• Kaouthare (10/5): - Super accueil! Très bel emplacement pour visiter Milan à pied ou en transports en commun. Plusieurs lignes de bus et tramways déposent en face l'entrée. Appartement agréable et propre. On était dans la chambre 4 qui donnait sur l'avenue principale, la salle de bain est privative mais à l'étage. Très bien sécurisé avec un code personnalisé pour accéder à la chambre en cas d'oubli de la clé à l'intérieur. J'y retournerai sûrement à mon prochain voyage à Milan.

• Nicholas (10/5): - This is a nice hotel in a fairly central part of Milan. We walked to the Duomo and several other locations including Victor Emmanuel II Galleria, La Scala. The room is small but adequate for a few nights stay. Our room was very clean and had daily room cleaning. Nicola was very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Milan. We would definitely stay here again!!

The owner was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations. It was a very small room and very small bathroom particularly for a couple. A lot of money for what it was but I think Milan is just generally very expensive for accommodation.

• Mike (8/5): Milan stay. - The room (4) was comfortable for one person , for two it would be a challenge. The room and bathroom very modern and clean. The bathroom is rather small…a tall person will struggle in the shower and bathroom. Also the bathroom is across a corridor not connected to the room…no issue for me but it maybe for some. Location is good with transport literally outside the door and the host was very helpful and welcoming.

• Lorraine (9/5): Marvellous Milan - Greeted by Nicola who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots advice on local places to visit. Apartment just over 5 minute walk to metro Tricolore, trams on the door step. 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Clean room and shared kitchen facilities. Bed very comfortable. Loved the Duomo and the food. Very good transport and you can use your credit card on the trams and Metro like you would in London and very reasonable. We used multiple trips on the trams and only €2.20. The shower was a bit small but as wanted the benefit of an on suite it was ok.
• Rita (10/5): - Great property and location. Nicola offers a few options for rooms.. the larger room with balconies was booked so we had the room adjacent which still had a nice window view. It is a unique set up but clean, well maintained and close to taxi stand or walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. There is a Coin dept store across the street, a wonderful coffee shop just steps away. We cabbed to the Duomo but enjoyed our area as well. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a bit noisy with traffic below so if that is a bother - wear earplugs.. I would stay here again and recommend ....
• Catherine (9/5): Superb - Good location. Easy access to transportation to the city center and lots of places to eat at nearby. Lots of different choices and a very centralized location. Our room was spacious and very nice. Our host was friendly and responsive. He gave suggestions and helped when we had questions. Noisy and we're accustomed to eating dinner at 5p.m. which we weren't able to do in the area. We had to catch either the train or a bus to the city center, have dinner there and then return to our area which wasn't a big issue.

High ceiling making the room very spacious. Small balcony overlooking a nice square. Fake fireplace (electric), AC. Fridge in the room. Fully equipped common kitchen. Very nice cleanning ladies, speaking good English. Trams stops just in front of the building. 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Very king and helpful owner, trouble free check in. Written communication in Italian (I don’t speak this language). Tiny washbasin and no place for own cosmetics in the toilet. No soundproof.

While street noise was noticeable, earplugs did the trick. Good value for the price. Recommended for a pleasant stay in Milan!

Nicola's communications were excellent and very accommodating. The apartment was spacious with all you need for your stay, comfortable and VERY clean. Nicola met us late and was very pleasant and polite and helped us settle in immediately.... Good choice of restaurants and bars local too if you want to eat outside the centre of Milan Honestly, I have no complaints at all....
