• Ivana (10/5): Velmi krásné a čisté ubytování v centru Neapole - Lokalita: ubytování se nachází hned vedle stanice metra Duomo. To bylo pro mne důležité, protože jsem cestovala po Neapoli pouze metrem, takže perfektní lokalita. Kousek i ke Klášteru sv. Kláry a Duomo. Stejně tak jen 2 zastávky na stanici metra Municipio (k přístavu) a 3 zastávky na Toledo (centrum). Prostě ideál. Ubytování: velmi čisté, denně úklid pokoje, vysoký standard, postel velmi pohodlná, pokoj měl vše potřebné a odpovídá fotkám ubytování, byla jsem velmi spokojená. Komunikace: bez problémová, přes WhatsApp, dokonce jsem si zde mohla nechat zavazadla i po check-outu, což mi velmi pomohlo. Souhrn: ubytování opravdu mohu velmi doporučit, díky lokalitě a čistotě opravdu skvělé! Děkuji za úžasný pobyt. -

Host available to offer support and guidance on booking taxis , activities etc. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Short distance to train station and local amenities. • Samone (10/5): - The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. The AC worked great which seems to be a luxury in Italy (fair to poor AC in Rome and Pisa). My daughter loved the large balcony to have offer and people watch. We would definitely stay again.
• Imola (10/5): - We stayed one night in Napoli before heading to Ischia, and this place was great for our stay. We had a room for 4 people, which might’ve been a bit small for a longer stay but it was just right for one night. The room was clean and new, and we had coffee and breakfast included. We had a small balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The location is also excellent, it was really easy to get to the port. We arrived quite late due to some flight delays, and we were still accommodated and helped at check in. All in all, we had a great stay at Annapoli Rooms and would definitely consider it again during our next visit to Napoli!

I am very satisfied with the service. The room was cleaned daily. Fantastic location. The locking system is a bit complicated, and finding accommodation is a bit challenging.

• Jane (3/5): A very clean and comfortable room but would not recommend due to the area and the mould. - Anna was very friendly and checked us into our room. The room was light, clean, comfortable, and quiet even though in a central area of the city. There were some pre-packed breakfast items for our convenience and some toiletries in the bathroom. Anna helped us locate a restaurant in the vicinity and it was superb. We were shocked at how unsafe we felt the area to be, although we felt safe in the building and the room. This is a very old building and there is a damp/mould problem in the room we stayed in, to the extent that when I woke up I had some difficulty breathing due to the mould.

• Raivo (10/5): - A beautiful and modern room and very comfortable. An extra feature is a beautiful balcony facing the side street. The host Anna was very friendly and communication was easy. We were allowed to leave the bags before the actually checking in which was much appreciated. The room was very clean with a couch and a desk. There were some welcome drinks and breakfast left at the arrival. Getting in is easy and its a safe and secure place. Located just on the main street, but facing the side street. Anna ordered us a taxi which arrived right on time and stopped right at the front of the building for an easy pickup. Highly recommended place to stay in the Centre of Naples.

• Stephen (10/5): - We had great communication with our host before and during our stay. The room is located in your standard downtown Naples building with a beautiful atrium. The doorman was very helpful as well. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. There were three of us sharing the room, and we all had plenty of room. The large room has been recently remodeled with comfortable beds, a lot of closet/storage space, great water pressure, coffee and breakfast goodies plus a wrap around balcony! The double pane windows made for a quiet sleep. As a frequent traveler, I would recommend and would stay here again as well. Thank you for being a gracious host!
• Lama (10/5): - Very nice renovated and clean rooms, in an ancient charming building. Very convenient location just in front of the metro/ main line and walkable to centro storico. Few minutes by car to the port. Parking options nearby, very well known antica pizzeria de michele at 3mns walk. Anna the host is an amazing helpful lady. Very caring, she helped us a lot, she helped in finding a close safe guarded parking, she ordered a taxi for us for the airport (taxi was very punctual and nice). She even gave us the keys to keep our luggage in the hotel after check out until the time for our flight. She surprised us with a bottle of prosecco with a note and a nice decoration for our anniversary and she had filled the mini bar with free snacks and drinks. Amazing host! Thank you Anna!

It was cleaned everyday with fresh bottles of water provided and the bedding and towels were changed regularly throughout our one week stay. Anna and Rita were helpful before and during our stay, which made us feel welcome. And they were on hand to help with anything we needed.

• Richard (10/5): Not your traditional hotel…so much better - It’s a pretty central location, only a 15-20 minute walk to/from main train station, Port/tour ferries, city tour bus lines and tons of local great restaurants. Metro and bus lines also very close by. Not a traditional hotel or airbnb, it’s a set of nice, modernly appointed rooms with everything in a large, beautiful mixed-use building with great security and a small lift. The access is not direct and you have to navigate a little but cool nonetheless. We got the large room suitable for 4 guests and were very comfortable. They provided waters, beverages, tons of snack varieties, a fridge, large selection of coffees with an auto maker, tons of towels and nice bath supplies. Anna was very friendly and helpful. She made it very easy to communicate, locate and get around. She made recommendations for local food that were so good and spot on that we returned to them during our stay.
• Oxana (10/5): Excellent, no surprises! - Our host waited for us to arrive on Sunday afternoon. We did not see the message asking for our arrival date and we did not confirm it. I appreciate them waiting for us and letting us in. Out of courtesy let them know when you will get there. You need a code to enter and you need to know how to activate the door. They arranged for a cab next morning to take to the ferry and this was helpful. The building has the old world charm, the rooms are modern and comfortable in great condition and extremely clean! I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

• Hannah (10/5): Beautifully decorated room in city centre - Annapoli rooms was a fanastic little gem in Naples. The owners were extremely kind and helpful with all parts of the check-in process. The room was also very tastefully decorated and both the main bed and the extra bed they put for us were highly comfortable (which we appreciated after many hours of travelling!) and with high-quality sheets. We would definitely go here again if in Naples!!

Anna was very kind and helpful from the very beginning (contacting us soon after booking to confirm our arrival time etc.) and throughout (allowing early check-in and then luggage storage after check-out). Anna was also easily contactable should anything be required. The room was modern and rather large with two balconies, a sofa and comfortable bed. The bathroom was similarly modern and clean / well maintained. There were also complimentary snacks in the room and lots of information about local attractions. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station (Duomo) and a 10min walk to the station required to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento as well. The historic district of Naples was only a 5min walk away too (lots of great dining options / shops). I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)

• Brent (10/5): - We stayed at Annapoli Rooms over the Easter holidays and just everything exceeded expectations. Anna the host was fantastic and helped guide us to the rooms (we did get lost a few times but eventually figured it all out). The rooms were soundproof so that we didn't hear any of the noise from the street outside but could still enjoy being in a central location. Having the balcony was lovely and amazing. We were offered espresso and snacks each day and it was fantastic to just sit on the balcony and soak in the atmosphere. The rooms are located in an absolutely perfect spot. The front is literally above the metro station and it's super easy to catch the train to Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento and so on. Anna went above and beyond by making us feel welcome and even gave us an Easter gift during our stay which was so nice. I almost feel bad because we should have paid double the price for staying here, but definitely book a room if you get the chance. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Napoli :)

• Adeel Saleem (10/5): - Staff were excellent, very responsive. Property was clean and had nice amenities. Location is brilliant right next to all the transport links. Rooms are advertised as soundproof, I wouldn't agree. The sound is just normal. Overall, highly recommend!
• SHAZMA (10/5): - This was a lovely room located in a property at the foot of the duomo stop of the metro with easy arrival from Napoli Centrale. Anna and Nicola were absolutely wonderful. Our high speed train was delayed and they patiently waited for us and provided clear instructions on how to get to the property , where they met us on arrival. They then walked us to the property (helping with luggage), checked us in, gave dinner recommendations and patiently helped us book our taxi and ferry for our trip to Positano the next day. The property was in pristine condition. It was just as pictured. It was clean, smelled great and had all the amenities you could desire. I had booked a two bed room with a small terrace on which to drink wine and eat pizza and it looked just lovely. The building did have a few steps to climb /descend before the elevator but it was easily manageable and they helped us. I recommend this lovely stay with excellent service! Thanks Anna and Nicola!
• Paul (9/5): Excellent! - Modern, well-equipped and comfortable room in a central location. The owners were super-helpful allowing us to drop off our luggage early and arranging a taxi to the airport. Hospitality in the room was thoughtful - good coffee machine, breakfast tray and water and other items in the mini-bar. Good value for central Naples! Really difficult to find! Make sure you get good directions!

• Hussamuddin (8/5): - The room was clean and modern with a well-appointed en suite bathroom. There was a coffee machine and snacks provided in the room (there is no separate dining hall or public area where breakfast is provided. The breakfast is just wrapped biscuits along with a coffee in your room). As it was very hot in Napoli during our stay, it was great to have a functioning air conditioner, but it was very noisy which marred our sleep quality. The room we stayed in looked out on the central courtyard of the building so there was no view and not much natural light. There are 4 other rooms however, and I think 3 of them have street views which would probably be nicer. We checked out at 11 am, but there was no option to extend our stay for a few hours extra even with the offer of extra payment.
• Amanda (10/5): - Excellent stay. I highly recommend the rooms offered by Anna. She has done a superb job creating a group of 5 hotel suites in a central building in Naples. Her personalized service goes above and beyond. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The entrance is a bit confusing at first, but easy to understand once she shows you around. Essentially, there is a building vestibule and then a private gated entrance that feels like a secured back entrance to a wing of the building. The elevator is small but works well for 2 people, or you can climb the 2 flights. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, and it is easy to get a taxi or go to the train station.
• Maya (7/5): quick and pleasant - in the center and close to the most places also the staffs are so friendly and helpful to enter the apartment we need to go through 3 doors and keys which give it a sense of non safety
• Angela (10/5): This B&B is THE place to stay if you are travelling to Naples. - We were well taken care of by Anna and her staff. The room was beautiful, clean, bright and modern. We were provided with snacks, cold drinks, toiletries, linens, a wonderful air conditioning, bidet, a balcony, fridge and a great shower. The Internet was fast and problem-free. To sum it up, our room was a quiet oasis in the middle of the big, bustling city. For breakfast, we enjoyed Neapolitan pastry and coffee at the wonderful cafe located outside and directly in front of the B&B. There are also plenty of other cafes and restaurants close by. The location can't be beat, as it is located one subway stop from the main train station in the historic city centre. Also, with the provided key and door codes, guests are free to come and go 24 hours a day. There was honestly nothing to dislike about this stay and it's location. Our host and the B&B were amazing!
• Martin (8/5): Very good - Nice staff (Anna), willing to help. Clean and quiet room with balcony. Good communication and also very good location. Breakfast is more like a packed small snack (so not really worthy) but there is cafe with delicious fresh pastry in the building.
• Andelo (10/5): Amazingly good location and clean place. - The structure is new, clean and elegant. What we liked the most is beautiful building and her entrance/atrium. More, welcoming and helpful staff with excellent room service. They also helped us book the transfer to and from the airport and gave us information for excursions. The location is very central, you can reach museums, squares and the main attractions both on foot and with the metro "Duomo stop" which is located at the exit of the building. I recommend it to all those who want to spend a nice holiday in Naples.
• Ruth (8/5): Welcoming staff, room was modern and clean in a super central location. - The staff were lovely, the facilities were modern and clean and the location was fantastic. The only tiny thing was that the kettle was dirty and I had nothing to scrub it clean with so that I could use it. Coffee machine was great though so I used that instead.
