Whilst the rooms are advertised as soundproofed, we experienced some noise from those adjacent, mainly from verbal conversations later in the evening.

В нашем номере есть закрытая межкомнатная дверь в соседний номер и каждый день там менялись соседи и было слышно все вплоть до звука растегивания ремня других постояльцев, не считая разговоров. В соседнем номере ночью около 00:30 начали громко разговаривать и шуметь. Мы просили соседей быть тише, но это не помогло. Через несколько часов они успокоились и продолжили шуметь в 5 утра. Шумоизоляция напрочь отсутствует, как-будто вместо стены висит тряпка, мы не могли спокойно спать ночью и отдохнуть, не ракомендую данное место для спокойного отдыха.
- Maja (10/5): Absolut top - Highly recommended accommodation! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The room is spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, and the bed is so cozy that we slept as if we were at home. I would especially highlight the cleanliness – the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were always provided, and you can truly feel the attention to every detail. Everything radiates cleanliness, order, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The building itself has a special charm and an authentic Roman feel, while at the same time making you feel safe and relaxed, which was very important to us. The hosts are exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything, which makes the whole experience even better. We travel quite often, but it’s rare to feel this comfortable and welcome. This is definitely a place we will happily return to and wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!

Beautiful modern design of the room, cosy balcony for the breakfast watching the flying parrots in the small garden opposite the building. We stayed for the weekend and walked a lot so I really appreciated a comfortable big mattress and a perfectly clean bathroom. The hostess gave us nice recommendations for the places to eat and we could store the luggage after check-out. Thank you 💚

La propreté de la chambre, petite chambre sympas Le bruit .. aspirateurs tout les matins assez Bruyant, le bruits par rapport aux autres chambres ou on entend absolument tout j'ai même entendus un couple en pleins accouplement juste a coter assez désagréable à entendre donc environnement très Bruyant suivant le type de clients avec qui nous avons à loger. Situer dans une rue et un quartier assez mal réputé ( drogue , délinquance) peut éclairé la nuit nous ne nous sentons pas en securiter lorsque nous arrivons de nuit en métro. Pas de réapprovisionnement de papier WC en 4 jours , couette fine , petits cousins de tête et peu de pris dans la chambre hors USB

- Kim (7/5): Hele mooie accommodatie met een geweldige ligging, alleen het bed/kussens mogen iets beter - Mooie locatie. Heel centraal. En alles zag er goed uit, heel schoon. Het bed was best hard en de kussens waren niet fijn. Daarnaast is het ook gehorig. Je hoort de deuren van de andere gasten goed dichtgaan en dat is in de avond minder fijn. Daarnaast zat er een grote kier in de deur waardoor het licht van de lampen in de gang je kamer in scheen. Deze lampen gingen in de nacht ook niet uit. Wij hebben door dit alles niet echt goed geslapen. Dit is natuurlijk een persoonlijke beoordeling en niet iedereen zal hier even zwaar aan tillen. Het is echt een hele mooi accommodatie met een prachtige ligging.

- Dmytro (7/5): Clean and conveniently located apartments. - Spotlessly clean hotel with a spacious bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. Great location near the metro, with cafes and trattorias nearby. Nice coffee with a view of Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano next door. Reception kindly stored my suitcase until the evening. An internal connecting door in the room was insecure and poorly soundproofed. Neighbors repeatedly tried to open it despite it being closed.

- chie (8/5): - 部屋が綺麗。最高に綺麗 部屋の中にも冷蔵庫がある 服をかけるハンガーがある 設備が比較的新しい 部屋がよくあるヨーロッパのホテルの暗いライトとは違いしっかり明るい テラスがあり、気分があがる ドアに隙間があり、たまにそこから音が漏れてくる ロビーとかの入り方がわかりにくい というか、WiFi等現地でメールが見れる人でないと難しい ネットさえ繋げていければ良い施設なので、そこはオススメしたい

- Woohyeong (8/5): - 바로 앞에 어떤 관공서인지 모르겠지만 항상 군인이 경비를 보기 때문에 안전하게 느껴집니다. 걸어서 약 10분거리에 콜로세움이 있고, 4분거리에 버스, 지하철이 있어서 다른 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 시끄럽지 않고, 조용하기 때문에 관광후 돌아와서 쉬기 좋습니다. 문자로 셀프 체크인을 하라고 합니다. 셀프 체크인에는 저의 여권정보부터 개인정보를 입력해야하는데 사실 요즘같은 시기에는 셀프 체크인하기가 주저됩니다. 약 21시30분정도 도착했는데 직원도없고... 당황했었습니다. 다행히 직원분이 우연히 저희를 보셔서 체크인해주셔서 다행이지만요...

- Kwee Choon (9/5): - Service was top notch. Benedetta was very helpful and very prompt to reply to our nessages. She assisted us to store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning. Umberto was very kind and gave us a good recommendation for good Italian food. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 persons. The beds were firm and very comfortable to sleep in. Thete's a kettle to boil water for coffee and tea. The location is great! Few minites walk to St Giovanni Laterano church, metro station, eateries and supermarkets close by. Not something which I didn't like but would suggest to have is a pay per use washer and dryer installed for guests to use

- Adele (7/5): - The room had a fridge, which was handy to keep drinks cool The room was on the small side for the price paid Had to use public transport on occasion to get around as it was too far to walk in heat The bed and pillows were uncomfortable When people come and go there doors slam and shake all the doors along the corridor which is really noisy and wakes you up when sleeping. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from next door. Shower head wasn't working properly

- Margo (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient stay in Rome. - We loved the location - close to the metro lines and able to call a cab easily using Free Now app. The room was lovely and included nice amenities. Bed was comfortable and bathroom very nice. Close to restaurants. Appreciated the elevator - and the friendly staff.

- Barrie Lynn (9/5): Comfortable and clean location. If not for the location would stay again. - Room was spacious and clean. Location was a bit far out however metro is two blocks away. Room is on third floor and the elevator is extremely small and was not working at time of checkout.

- Christian (5/5): Ohne Nachbarn gut, mit der Horror. - Größe, Lage, Aussehen Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, habe soetwas noch nie erlebt. Die Zimmertür konnte nicht verlässlich verschlossen werden. Um Mitternacht stand plötzlich eine fremde Person in unserem Zimmer.
- Jade (9/5): Etablissement de belle qualité, très bien situé. - Emplacement parfait, accueil très sympathique, personnel efficace et donnant de très bons conseils, propreté impeccable, chambre de grande taille. Mauvaise surprise avec le lit qui était trop petit ; dans le descriptif il était annoncé lit King Size (180 x 200) alors qu'en réalité le lit était 140 x 190, trop étroit pour dormir confortablement à 2 personnes.
