• Refael (10/5): Exceptional for its price - We stayed in Nolana as it is very close to Garibaldi station, a few minutes walk, while we visited locations outside of Naples city. While the area south of Nolana felt quite insecure, the place is very close to the main road and the Garibaldi station. The host was very kind, hospitable, and communicative, checking in with us and making sure everything was all right. The beds and the room were comfortable, and the room was clean and quite modern compared to other stays in Naples. Great value for money. The area it is in wasn’t in the best shape, but that can be said for most of Naples.

• Lisa (9/5): Modern und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Zimmer war modern, hatte ein Außenrollo und war gut isoliert, sodass man den Verkehr draußen nicht gehört hat, wenn die Fenster zu waren. Gut war auch, dass man per WhatsApp immer mit dem Inhaber in Kontakt treten konnte, man hat immer schnell eine Rückmeldung/Tipps erhalten :) Ein kleiner Minuspunkt für uns war die Lage, war für uns einfach nicht optimal (zwar nah am Bahnhof aber abends hat man sich dort in den kleinen Nebenstraßen nicht sehr sicher gefühlt- wo die Unterkunft aber nichts für kann). Würde es trotzdem immer wieder buchen :)

• Emil (10/5): Excelent location, very clean, new furbished, kind staff - The accomodation is very close to Centrale Napoli (Piazza Garibaldi), you can reach places on yourfoot. No need use public traffic to discover near places (Umberto Street with many shops, cafes, shopping "street" by Centralle station). You can reach on foot the "porto" e.g. to go on a trip to Capri, or hop on a train to visit Pompei. There are rooms, one of them was ours, with airconditioner, bathroom (shower, Wc...), comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV,mini fridge, wifi, shelfes for your clothes. Everething is there what you could need. You can use the common equipments e.g. coffeemachine for free (excelent coffee). To get in (check in) access the property could be using a code, you got it before arrival. Room cleaning every day, towel changes... Thanks for it. there is none

• Leti (8/5): Stylish Stay with Some Room for Improvement - The room was exactly like the pictures,spacious and full of natural light. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. It’s easy to access as long as you have mobile data and credit on your phone. Gret Location, close to ststion though the place looks fully refurbished, I was disappointed by several small issues that I didn’t expect given the price. The toilet bin was broken, the shower head was loose, and the bed was an odd size,neither a proper single nor a double,with a mattress that definitely needs replacing. It was also a bit inconvenient to open the downstairs gate, as you have to call a number to get in. If, like me, you’re coming from abroad, this means you need to keep your mobile data on and your phone fully charged at all times, or you risk being locked out. Additionally, if you’re traveling solo, be aware that the area at night doesn’t feel very safe.

The host was very kind and hospitable, even thought we checked out in the morning, and we were travelling back at night, the host was very kind enough to let us leave the bags at the reception. They have a mini fridge in the rooms, coffee maker and microwave in the reception which was a great help. The property has a working lift and the apartment was secured by digital locks. And as a woman felt very secure. The neighborhood of the property might seem a bit dodgy on your first glance. But the next day we ended up feeling very comfortable in the place, the people around are very nice and helpful, there’s a mini market right opposite and the kebab shop right around the corner that’s open late. However a kettle would be an extra help!

Rooms are exactly what they look like in photo and very clean/updated/renovated. There is an affordable luggage storage place nearly across the street in another hotel if you need to leave luggage for the day. Would recommend for any traveler to Naples.

• Greekkid1980 (10/5): Perfect Cozy VFM place - Great communication with owner - Very clean and cozy - The area seems a little bit scary, but believe me its absolutely safe. The sketchy part, is the part from the train station but we didn t face anything bad. We used the trains every day, so the location was fantastic. Going outside the building and turning left towards the city center, everything is normal and you want feel any danger. - 5 mins from train station, metro station, bus station from the airport - 10 mins from the city center and all the city attractions - Cleaning the room service every day - Room was bigger than it seemed from the photos - A small fritz with 2 bottles of waters in the room - A coffee machine at the lobby, so you can have your coffee all day long - Value for money Everything was perfect. Some noise from the other rooms but this happens everywhere.

The personal is very good and kind, was online 24/7, was able to help with any problem. Location!!!!! I am scared to remember about this location, i hope it will not come in my scary dreams as well! Like a horror movie! Bed is very thin and not comfortable at all.

Even though the location is a bit edgy, the apartment and the whole building felt safe. Just thin walls and bad acoustics, we could hear the neighbours. No big deal though, especially when staying for few nights.
• Cheungygirl (9/5): Great room - Very spacious, clean and modern room with a great bathroom. Being able to control the window shutters from a bedside switch was a nice touch. It was easy to communicate with the staff and easy to check in as we were given instructions for entering the building, and a code to enter the apartment and our room. The location in relation to the main station was quite close, and we didn't find it too hard to find the building because there is a sign by the front gate. The general area felt a bit run down in places, but that seemed to be the case in many parts of Naples in general. Luckily the street the building was on didn't feel too dodgy. The air conditioning was a bit hard to control as it either got too cold in the night (even with the timer on) or we felt warm and a bit stuffy if we turned it off.

• Jack (10/5): - The property is located within a residential building but has been renovated to an excellent condition. There is no staff on the property but are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are happy to assist you with any queries or request you may have. The property doesn’t have its own parking, but this was easily arranged at a nearby parking garage by the staff via WhatsApp, who were more than happy to accommodate my request. I’d highly recommend staying at this property.

Not the best location for strolling around, but nevertheless safe and central - The whole facility was recently renovated, so everything is quite modern and properly done. Room was quite big, with storage space, large TV, A/C, quiet fridge and perfectly clean. The staff was extremely responsive, helpful and nice. Worth noting that this is a room inside an apartment within a residential building, so there will be a common hallway with other rooms, where actually a coffee machine and a microwave is also provided. The only less positive thing with the room was that the bathroom does not have blinds, so even with the door closed, there will be light coming through. Also, the large emergency exit sign on top of the door lights up a big portion of the room at night. For light sensitive people this is an issue and requires eye-covers.
• Kristine (9/5): Superb - Nolana 28 Rooms in Naples was a quiet paradise inside a bustling area. Marco the staff, was lovely and the place was clean. Only a short walk from the train station meant one less taxi which was great. A little hard to find from the street as the address is surrounded by small stores that overcrowd the entrance. Staff from other shops nearby directed us to the right property with no dramas.

Everything you need is provided, and I would highly recommend staying here if you need a base in Naples. The host is extremely communicative and keeps you informed all the way. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay with them. Great value for money too. The room is a little small, but that didn't detract from the convenience of location and the cleanliness of the room.

Souvenir shops and supermarkets can easily be found in the proximity. The room was very clean, our room had the view to the yard and it was quiet during the day and night. Our host was excellent, the communication was very good, he also helped us with information regarding Vesuvius and Pompeii. He was willing to help at any time and we were keeping in touch via whatsapp. He was a very hospitable person, we were very glad we met him.

The room is modern, stylish and clean. It has air conditioning with heating option which was useful in the winter. The code-key system is simple and convinient. The soundproofing between the rooms is not the best.

The area and the surrounding buildings is lower in class compared to the provided rooms. When you reach the area it will feel suspicious specially for family's and women in the night. But its feels very safe inside.

• Yuliya (10/5): Great place to stay - The room was very clean and modern. Simple design and had everything needed for a good stay in Naples. The location is between the central station and the port. Great if you want to travel to the nearby towns around the Amalfi coast. ( by train or by boat) Nothing really. The only thing was that the breakfast was very traditional. It is actually ticket for a free pastry and drink in the pastry shop next door. It was sweet dough every day, but these were the only options in the whole city :)

We were provided with breakfast tokens that could be redeemed a a nearby cafe for a free breakfast. The cafe was nice with a variety of fresh pastries , coffee and juice. The room itself was large enough for me and my partner and very clean. The area (like a lot of Naples) was quite unclean and not the sort of place you should venture alone at night.

You should contact the hotel people frequently to check in and get the key code. The elevator was old and sometimes not working.

The room is quiet, clean, modern and very functional - built with good materials. The shower is great. The room window is equipped with an electric shutter that makes the room dark, exacly as I need for a good night of sleep. The matress and the pillows are goo too . I will stay in Nolana28 when I return to Napoli. Higly reccomendable place. I bet it's difficult to match its price/quality in Naples. Nothing to dislike.

• Simon (10/5): Well organized, brandnew apartment next to city center with a perfect airport connection. - It can be quite tricky to find a good accomodation in Italy but Nolana 28 is one of the few that ticks all the Boxes. Self Check-in was super easy and we were able to provide everything beforehand online. Even the City-Tax was payable online. The room was spotless clean and even had a daily room-service. The bed was very comfortable and since the apartment is brandnew it is at the highest standard. We were especially grateful of the AC which did a great job and also has a nice quiet mode to hold the temperature perfectly at night. A small breakfast (Pastry and a coffee) was included in a café nearby, the vouchers can be redeemed any time, so no fixed breakfast times - loved that. The apartment itself is very central which is especially great if you arrive from the airport by Bus (we chose Alibus which stops a few minutes away at the central station). You can explore Naples completely by foot since the old town is only a few minutes away. The staff was very friendly and answered quickly to questions. They are on-site for a few hours a day if you prefer personal contact. The doors don't seal you off 100% so you can hear whenever other guests are arriving. We didn't have any problems during the night, though. If you have a very light sleep this might bother you.

• Mehran (1/5): for the money I paid, I am not satisfied with the service, the neighbourhood, and the outside design - Nice and clean room!!!!!!!! But.... check the neighborhood. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood and on the elevator. The elevator was so dirty and old, every time I felt it was going to fall. for breakfast, the hotel chose a regular cafe for breakfast near the neighborhood. We went there and were only allowed to choose one drink and one pastry. Of course, the taste was natural, according to our reservation the breakfast was the responsibility of the hotel. But the cafe asked us to pay for coffee and sweets if we want more than one peaces. If I had to choose for breakfast, I would definitely choose another cafe in a better neighborhood.
• Roderick (7/5): Nice stay with a good host - The host was very nice, helpfull. The location is close to the train station. The room was very nice and clean. There was a light in the room what was very bright, had contact with the host and they will work on that. The breakfast is around the corner, it could be better.
• Evardone (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is very friendly, nice and helpful. They even waited for us until we arrived at the bnb almost midnight. My friend and I felt very welcome and accomodated. The room are very clean and completely new and has modern style. The bnb located near the center and just walking distance to different attraction in napoli. We are very satisfied during our stay and highly recommended to those who wants to visit napoli and stay in Nolana 🥰 Good job Marco and Armando 👍👍

• Sante (9/5): Superb - Great position! The apartment is 20 metres away from the Rettifilo (full of very cheap shops!), 15 minutes walking from the ferries to the islands, and 5 minutes from the Porta Nolana stop of the Circumvesuviana (which leads to Pompei and the Amalfi coast!). The apartment is also very close to Trianon and Antica Pizzeria da Michele, which are very popular traditional pizzerias! It is a great location to visit the city centre and the nearby area. The host is very kind and accommodating. We asked to anticipate the check-in and he worked with his staff to make it happen. The room was very clean and new. Very high quality-price ratio. Breakfast is served inside a bar just outside the apartment. It is a traditional italian breakfast including a pastry and a coffee-based drink. The bar is quite good and offer the same quality of the more popular pastry shops in the city centre. The only downside might be the area as some of the streets are a bit dirty and with run-down buildings.This is probably the price to pay for having such a good location. However, the apartment is 20 metres away from a main street so you can potentially always avoid walking through the rough areas.
• Oleg (8/5): Great location and nicely furnished apartment, very friendly staff - Very good location - between train station and old city centre. Only 10 minutes walking from central station. Very well furnished room - at the level of good hotels. Nice furnishings, nice shower. Very welcome and friendly staff. Very good air conditioning There was no blanket/bed cover on the bed (except for thin sheet) - only realized this late in the evening. When asked by message (already late in the evening). the host replied that given the hot weather in Naples, we do not need a blanket. This is a bit strange, as even in hot climate hotels do provide blankets.
