• Boris (8/5): Pěkná a prostorná vila v dobré lokalitě. - Pěkná a prostorná vila v dobré lokalitě. Byli jsme se vším moc spokojení až na matrace postelí, které už mají něco za sebou a byly odporně špinavé. Tohle by se nemělo stát u takto drahého ubytování. Dal bych 10 bodů, ale ty matrace byly opravdu něco strašného. Nepohodlné, opotřebené a špinavé. Chtěli jsme hned odjet, ale přijeli jsme v noci s malými dětmi, tak jsme to ty dvě noci vydrželi.
• Kirstie (6/5): - We paid a security deposit to cover any potential damages, and upon enquiring about its return, we were advised it would take 15 days to be refunded. Upon arrival at the villa, we discovered chipped cups and plates, and several mugs appeared so fragile that we were concerned they might break if used. This is also the first villa we have stayed in that did not provide basic items such as a corkscrew or a toaster. The security doors fitted over every window and patio door caused the property to feel confined, almost like a prison, and one of the clips used to secure them open was broken. Additionally, there was only one accessible plug throughout the entire villa, located in one of the bathrooms. The level of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There was visible dirt and hair from previous guests, which was unpleasant to clean. The rug was dirty, and we found coloured paper within it, as well as debris underneath the sofas and coffee table, also we found debris down the sides of the sofa seats. Although we eventually located a broken toaster and other damaged items stored under the stairs, this only added to the impression of poor upkeep. As we were staying for over two weeks, we expected spare clean linen to be available so we could change our bedding, but none was provided. Bedside lamps were provided, but they could not be plugged in due to incompatible connections with the wall sockets. Overall, we would not describe this villa as “luxury” based on our experience.
• Panagiotis (8/5): Nice get away place!!! - The place is great for a small get away with kids!! Clean with a decent pool and close distance from the pubs, restaurants etc! Nothing not to Like!!!

• Rach (10/5): We had a lovely stay! Note to anyone else arriving to turn off the alarm you have to hold the fob to the alarm box, took - Everything. Great location. Spacious! Good size pool. The air con upstairs isn’t very strong!

• Patricia (9/5): Excellent location. Spacious downstairs. - Location was superb for access to the strip with all restaurants, pubs Etc. Air conditioning downstairs- both units were on a timer which automatically cut out after 30mins and has to be manually restarted. Despite 2 visits from the engineer the problem was never rectified.
• Mark (9/5): A modern , well situated Villa - Proximity to the strip , very clean , very modern Couldn’t have doors open due to stray cats trying to access the property constantly . No instruction manual which wasn’t very helpful. Although the pool was cleaned twice the pumps were turned off meaning garden wast and cat hairs were collecting in the pool

However, we experienced a significant issue that we feel compelled to bring to your attention. During our stay, we had a distressing incident involving theft. On our first evening, we left the villa for dinner, and upon returning on evening and the next morning, we discovered that jewelry and cash had gone missing from several bags, including those of my mother and daughters. It was clear that the theft was executed with knowledge of our absence, as it appeared that someone had been monitoring our parking situation . We promptly reported the incident to the police and attempted to involve you as the owner, but unfortunately, our concerns were met with little attention. We were informed that such occurrences can happen in the area and that finding the perpetrator is often difficult, with no compensation available in these cases. This response was disappointing, especially considering our loss amounted to €2,500—€1,500 in cash and €1,000 worth of jewelry and personal items. In light of this situation, we believe that a proper internal investigation should be conducted, and compensation for affected clients would be fair and reasonable. The stress this incident caused us was considerable, as we spent valuable time dealing with police reports and the aftermath of the theft instead of enjoying our vacation. • Partasas (9/5): Superb - Very clean and tidy. Also very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is too soft at the two edges which makes it hard to rest. It needs to be replaced.
