• Nadia (10/5): SUPERO MIS EXPECTATIVAS - la verdad supero AMPLIAMENTE mis expectativas, cuando entre no podia creerlo, era todo tan hermoso, HERMOSO Y SIN LUJO OSTENTOSO, TODO TAN PERFECTAMENTE DISEÑADO, ARMADO, EL BAÑO ES UNA COSA DE LOCOS, LA CAMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA , LOS LUGARES PARA ALMACENAR, IMPECABLE, LA VISTA POR DIOS SANTO TODO SUPER RECOMENDADO PERO POR 1000 NO HUBO NADA QUE NO ME HAYA GUSTADO , SOLO AGREGARIA ALGO ,UNA HELADERITA EN LAS HABITACIONES

• Susan (10/5): Modern, well kept, inviting and large parking made us come back and stay a 2nd night - It was near the water front, clean and bright with plenty of parking, and the room(s) we stayed were large and comfortable( we had 2 separate stays here during our time in Chile. The staff was kind and gracious and provided room service one night when we were under the weather It was a bit farther to walk into town then I thought but worked out well for us.
• Susan (10/5): Beautiful modern hotel with nice view of the water. Staff were helpful and kind - Modern, bright, and right near the waterfront. We enjoyed our first stay and booked another stay while in Chile. Staff were very helpful and enjoyed their menu options for dinner one evening. Also, plenty of parking The property was a bit farther from the main area of town to easily walk, but it worked well for us.

• Elena (8/5): Cómodo - Comodidad de la habitación y la cama. Agua de cortesía. Muy buen desayuno, personal encargado del desayuno muy amable. Posibilidad de desayuno para llevar si sales temprano de excursión. Hay unas ramas decorativas en el exterior que con el viento hace mucho ruido en la habitación cercana de la salida de incendios, lo cual es molesto aunque comprensible con los fuertes vientos.

Above all, its greatest asset are the employees, who are always very willing to provide information and help and they do so with a natural, unpretentious kindness and smile.

• Roxanne (9/5): Beautiful hotel right on the water. - The staff were incredible. Most helpful, nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the breakfast was incredible to get us started for a busy day of exploring. The hotel overlooks a very busy thoroughfare - it's a single road, but the only road so trucks and cars whizzed by constantly. Had to wear earplugs when in my room.

They were incredibly nice, helpful, and generous with their time. The hotel overlooks the water, which is incredible, but it also sits right on a main transportation for trucks and cars. It was incredibly noisy - I had to sleep with earplugs.

• Ken Morton (8/5): Very nice hotel with beautiful views and friendly, caring staff. - Very clean, modern rooms with spectacular views of the water and mountains; staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt that all staff were very attentive and cared very much about providing guests an exceptional experience. Also, it was very quiet and peaceful at night. For me, and this is just preference, I found the bed to be a bit soft, causing me some discomfort in my back. Also, the room would often get pretty warm in the afternoon and evenings. We had to sleep with the tiny window open to keep the room somewhat cool.
• Sean (10/5): - We very much enjoyed out stay here. The rooms are modern and very clean. This hotel has the best staff we encountered on our entire trip through Chile. We stayed before and after hiking the W Trek. We really appreciated that we were able to leave some of our bags behind while we were hiking. My wife got very sick one night and had to go to the emergency room. The staff was very concerned and super helpful getting us to and from the hospital. While we were waiting at the ER we even got a What'sApp message from the front desk checking in to see how we were doing. That is going above and beyond. We also appreciated that there was some flexibility with the breakfast times due to early bus pick ups.

• Aize (9/5): Very lovely place to live and further improve the sound insulation for each room. - Interior design, beautiful window view, fast-drying hanging bar in the bathroom and at last but not least, the helpful and welcoming staff front overall. Some noise from outside and inside at the night that makes people hard to sleep.
• Ingrid En Joost (10/5): Heerlijk hotel vlakbij het centrum - De ontvangst was super gastvrij. Er was bij ons een klein misverstand ontstaan, dat naar alle tevredenheid werd opgelost. De kamer was ruim en schoon, met uitzicht op het prachtige water, het ontbijt was uitstekekend en het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Aanrader!!! Niets.

Literie de très bonne facture. le personnel est charmant et attentionné.

• Paul (8/5): Modern well appointed hotel with great views - New hotel 10minutes walk to town centre. Great views of the inlet adjacent with views of snow capped mountains beyond. Very comfortable bed and well appointed room On main road so traffic noise present at peak times. Our first floor room was fine but ground floor rooms visible from walkway outside. No lounge/seating area in the hotel. All said would probably stay again.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with everything we could have wanted (nice poached eggs!). Especialmente de Javiera en recepción, que se preocupó de conseguirnos el tour a toda costa. El desayuno muy bueno, pero podría mejorar la variedad. A pesar de ser un hotel excelente, considero que es un poco caro para lo que ofrece.

El precio es bastante elevado para tener esos detalles

• Michal (1/5): We stayed at the hotel one hour and left for a different hotel. - Terrible hotel The hotel is located on a main road and the noise of trucks and motorcycles every few seconds was unbearable. We tried to ask for a different room but were offered ear plugs instead. We ended up booking at 9pm a different hotel after paying full price for the night. This hotel is for travelers that are not bothered by nonstop road noise.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who prepared it was so sweet. Plus, if you have a car, there's convenient parking at the rear. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The location is also good with walking distance from the city centre. There was no air-con. The room can get extremely hot (summer time) and it became difficult to fall a sleep from the heat.
