There is parking for the hotel and a lot of parking spots on the streets nearby. We had some problem with tv in the room and the staff were very kind and solve it for us. The noise from the bars nearby.

The location is perfect for those who enjoy nightlife, with plenty of options nearby, yet still a great place to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again in the future!

- Erika (7/5): - Úplne v centre ,kúsok od všetkého aj na pešiu vzdialenosť ,,v okoli veľmi veľa možnosti barov ,reštaurácii,obchodov. Personal upratoval každý deň izby a menili aj povlečenie a uteráky. Na recepcii veľmi milý personal taktiež ktorá tam funguje 24/7. Parkovanie hneď pri hotely. Pekny bazen,ktorý sme však kvôli pocasiu nestihli odskúšať. Ja mám veľmi tvrdý spanok takze mne to nijak nevadilo,ale priateľovi narušala spanok veľmi hlasná diskotéka ktorá bola hneď pri hoteli a veľakrát hrávali aj do 3-4 rana… Ja som zas nebola jedine spokojná s teplým prúdom v sprche ,nakoľko mám veľmi dlhé vlasy bolo to narocne umyvat si hlavu pod tak malým tlakom prúdu vody.

Hotel ima korektan bazen, Hotel je veoma cist, sve pohvale za sobarice, osoblje je ljubazno. Nismo imali treci krevet u sobi vec neki mali vojnicki pomocni i veoma neudoban krevet, soba nema terasu, hotel se nalazi veoma blizu nocnih klubova i od 22h do 05h nije moguce spavati, Vaucer za dorucak za poslednji dan nismo u celosti mogli da isporistima za veceru predhodnog dana jer smo imali rani jutarni let.

- Biljana (9/5): We would stay at the hotel again. - The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The renovated room is excellently equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Towels were changed every day. The surroundings of the hotel are a bit messy. Noisy neighbors. The noise from the street and from the clubs did not bother us because the room faces the inner courtyard and the pool.

- Iddo (6/5): doesn't worth the price. our friends have stayed in better alternatives for the same price - We liked the location, close to the bars area. The pool is nice, accessible right outside of the room We asked for a triple room, and were given a double bed room where they shoved another foldable bed which was super uncomfortable. the size of the room is too tight to accommodate 3 people and the staff did nothing to help us out and provide a better room or even splitting for another room even when we asked to pay extra (which we weren't supposed to because we already paid extra to upgrade for a "3 bed room". moreover, the staff didn't clean the room unless we explicitly asked them to and they only accepted every couple of days to do so. when we had our towels wet we went to the reception and asked to change them for new ones and the receptionist instead of changing them started investigating us- "but when did we last change your towels? have 2 days passed already?" i mean, how cheap can you be to not provide new towels when a client ask you to, it's not like we took those towels home or something, we just wanted them to be replaced. they literally have a laundry machine specifically for this purpose.
- Zdeněk (7/5): Cena odpovídá kvalitě a vzdálenosti od moře. - Lokalita byla hodně zajímavá, čistota přiměřená. Snídaně byla příliš fádní s nedostatečným výběrem především u zeleniny. Ubytování bylo zcela bez duše, prostor minimální. Nejbližší pláž byla převážně zcela plná a přestože slunečníky a lehátka byly za poplatek, později dopoledne již nebylo nic volné.

- Ilda (10/5): - L’hôtel est super bien situé, en plein centre d’Aya Napa. Il y a tout à proximité : restos, bars, magasins… vraiment tout ! Si vous êtes à pied, je vous le recommande à 100 %, on n’a même pas eu besoin de prendre un taxi. Le personnel est adorable, toujours dispo quand on avait besoin d’eux. Mention spéciale à la femme de ménage, vraiment au top !

It is just a 5 minute walk till main street so the location is also a good one. If you have room in the pool side you will not have any issue with music from bars in the road too.

- Aneta (6/5): Comfortable room, but in a loud area. - Nice, big comfortable bed. Unlimited hot water in the shower. The fridge with good freezer. Location wise is close to everything - as Ayia Napa is a small place. It’s next to a loud club that plays music until around 2am - forget about restful sleep if that’s what you’re expecting. On the side where our room was, outside there was a light with a sensor. It was coming on and off all night. The curtains aren’t blackout so the room gets light and dark constantly. The cleaning could have been better - there was plenty of dust and dirt in the corners.

- Anastasiia (10/5): Подходит для проживания - Чисто, хорошее расположение и приятные сотрудники. Было бы чудесно, если б было масло/соль для готовки, так как есть кухня. Шум со стороны улицы баров (ожидаемо), тем не менее, даже закрытые окна не спасают, а музыка до 02-03 ночи. Фонарь на улице, реагирующий на все, что угодно, моргающий всю ночь.

- philip (8/5): Worked great for us - Clean, comfortable room with comfy beds, decent shower right on the strip. Being a Saturday night, we fully expected it to be noisy as we had rooms up front, but honestly, thanks to good soundproofing and a few drinks, we slept great and were not disturbed. There was quite a bit of noise from the bars but we were fine. Staff at the hotel were fabulous. They were friendly, very helpful and always available and prompt to answer any questions or give assistance. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be kept very well. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the beach proper and close to good restaurants in a more residential neighborhood. As we said, the party bars were right outside, not that that was our reason for visiting. We're a bit past the clubbing age. Loved the little balcony out front to relax. Wifi worked well too. Room was on the small side but adequate for us.

- Peter (1/5): Grauenhaft! Dreckig und Hinterhöfe sowie Parkplätze beängstigend. - Die Hygiene ist nicht zu akzeptieren. Zimmer sind nur sporadisch gereinigt wurden, Bad garnicht, Bettzeug und Handtücher vergilbt und beim Blick auf die Matratze musste ich mich fast übergeben. Wir sind daraufhin frühzeitig abgereist und unser Geld für die nicht mehr genutzten Tage nicht zurück erhalten. Auf Hinweis zu den Matratze kam nur der Satz „ ist halt eine alte Matratze“. Leider habe ich mir andere Bewertungen zu der Hygiene nicht vor Buchung angesehen, denn diese negativen Bemerkungen stimmen tatsächlich. Als Antwort, wie bei den anderen negativen Bewertungen, wird auf meine Bewertungen die gleichen scheinheiligen Ausreden des Hotels kommen, mit dem Hinweis, dass das alles so nicht stimmt und man ein Lügner sei. Es ist einfach nur erbärmlich so ein Hotelzimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen und nichts daran zu ändern und es besser zu machen. Guckt Euch erstmal die Matratzen an bevor ihr ins Bett steigt.

Malheureusement un groupe d’hommes qui ont monopolisé la piscine et plus personne ne pouvait se baigner .. en partant ils ont également donné un coup de pied dans une des portes condamnée pour éviter de faire le tour de l’hôtel. Mais rien à dire sur l’hôtel
- Ludmila (8/5): - Locația este aproape de centru. Micul dejun este excelent. Internetul este de mate viteză. Salteaua este comodă. Staff-ul este amabil. Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, chiar și după ce se făcea curat rămâneam cu tălpile negre după ce umblam prin cameră.

- Jana (7/5): Jana, Slovensko - Čistota izieb, nové vybavenie izieb, vymieňanie uterákov fungovalo, príjemný personál, zabezpečené veľmi dobré raňajky v hotely, ktorý bol vzdialený asi 300 m Izby nemajú balkón, mali sme izbu smerom k bazénu, čo zabezpečovalo pomerne kľud od veľmi rušnej ulice, ale zase v noci rušili domaci, ktori majú okná a balkon a aj prístup k bazenu. Ľuďom, čo sa chcú vyspať po polnoci, neodporúčam. Na izbách je malo úložného priestoru, iba jedna skriňa bez políc.

- Ágnes (10/5): We loved the Sun Plaza, very recommended - The whole place and the room were clean, they came every day to clean, change towels etc. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Staff very nice, smiling, helpful, reception is 024. The accommodation is at the front of the party street, but the patio door is so well insulated that no noise can be heard. Parties, bars, non-stop shop and bakery, pharmacy 1-2 / 7-8 min walk. Public transport is very good in the town, the bus stop is about 5 min walk from the accommodation, and the bus takes you directly to e.g. Nissi beach, but there are beaches within walking distance. You can use the pool in the Sun Plaza from 8 o’clock in the morning until 8 in the evening. Everything was great.
- ANTHIMOS-DIMITRIOS (10/5): Θα ξανά πήγαινα - Ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό με αποτέλεσμα να χαίρεσαι να κάθεσαι. Είχε ελαφρώς θόρυβο απ έξω το βράδυ αλλά όχι σε σημείο να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς.
