One of the best aspects was its convenient location—the property is very close to the pyramid, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved having access to an outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there are plenty of nearby stores within walking distance if you need anything. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience. Oh! There wasn’t much to dislike about this property. The only minor issue was the construction site right below, as they are currently building a train station in Cairo. - Lena (9/5): Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, auch das Bad war wirklich schön und alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage war eigentlich schön, da man von der Dachterasse die Pyramiden sieht. Die Aussicht ist nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern, da es aktuell eine große Baustelle gegenüber gibt. Auch liegt das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße weshalb es Nachts teilweise sehr laut wurde.

- Katherine (1/5): Property’s description or images aren’t truthful. - I would like to formally express my disappointment with my stay at Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel, booked through Booking.com under Confirmation Number: 5049700126. First, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Basic hotel amenities were missing upon check-in. There were no slippers, no complimentary coffee or tea, and only one bottle of water was provided despite there being three guests in the room. We specifically booked two king-size beds with one sofa, but the hotel only provided one king-size bed and one chair, which did not match the booking details. Additionally, only one towel was provided, and we had to request extra towels ourselves. There was also no tissue available in the living area. When I requested tissue, the staff only provided tissue meant for the toilet, not for the living space. Upon our arrival, the internet connection was not working. We were told it would be restored within 10 minutes, but it actually took more than one hour. On the third day, we were informed that no more complimentary drinking water would be provided, even though complimentary water is normally given daily. This hotel is quite expensive, and I have stayed in many hotels before. Booking.com is very familiar with my booking history as I always use the platform. Given the price and expectations, this experience was completely unacceptable. I paid properly for this stay, and the hotel clearly knew how many guests were checked in, yet they consistently provided amenities for only one person. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, especially considering that I was staying in a foreign country, which made the situation even more stressful. The hotel provided us with one bed that did not match with our booking considering that we have a 7year old daugther with us,no extra sofa,no table.

- Isabelle (2/5): surréaliste en ce qui concerne la logistique - La situation a été particulière parce que qu'une fois arrivées au Blue Pyramids Eyes et avoir payé en cash sans recevoir un reçu, on nous a dit qu'il fallait qu'on soit transférées ailleurs sans raison claire. Cet hôtel semblant tellement minimaliste et mal placé, on espérait mieux. Le nouvel hôtel le Nomads Boutique Hotel (du même groupe d'après eux) était a priori un upgrade et nous avons été satisfaites de l'accueil par le gérant et de ses efforts pour nous rendre confiance dans la situation. Cet hôtel est bien placé face aux pyramides, très propre et le personnel très gentil. Il y a de nombreuses imperfections à l"Egyptienne mais le rapport qualité-prix était plutôt bon. Nous remercions donc le Nomads pour son accueil! -Le Blue Pyramids eyes Hotel m'avait contactée dès ma réservation pour proposer d'envoyer un taxi à l'aéroport. cette gestion a été déplorable et pas de taxi sur place! -L'arrivée à l'hôtel est atroce: son entrée est dans une ruelle et il se trouve au dessus d'un shop-bazar! -Sa réception est minimaliste. La terrasse rooftop donne bien sur les pyramides mais avec une grande grue devant. - on a du payer dès l'arrivée en cash (c'était prévu) mais nous n'avons jamais pu obtenir de facture ou de reçu et donc n'étions pas sûres qu'on ne nous redemanderait pas le montant dans le nouvel hôtel... -Ils n'ont rien: bar n'offrant quasi aucun soft et pas de quoi manger... -la gestion de notre transfert, inexpliqué, vers un autre hôtel, a été déplorable. Pas d'info, mutisme du réceptionniste et du chauffeur. On a eu une peur bleue dans cette voiture qui allait on ne savait où???

This was my first visit to Egypt, everyone was super helpful and welcoming d especially Hosammy! His hospitality was amazing, I hired him as a driver and he made sure I was safe and helped me build a awesome itinerary. Everything went well for me.

- Basma (10/5): Brilliant stay in a great location - We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were so wonderful with our children throughout our visit, and the kids were absolutely delighted when they surprised them with balloons. It's these thoughtful touches that made our Egyptian vacation truly memorable. The level of care and attention we received was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend for families traveling with children! Nothing

Everyone was super friendly !!! the staff was the best part about the hotel. people complained that it is slighty noisy but it really isnt bad! its a great value for money and the people are so nice who work at the hotel.
- Petar (5/5): Misleading, Pyramids view is blocked by cranes for years now - The room was quite spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. The communication with the staff was alright. We were quite shocked to find that the view (the reason why we booked this hotel) is blocked with cranes. The cranes block the pyramids views, you can't even take a photo from any possible angle that will not include them. The worst of all is that this situation has been there for a few years and I find it very misleading not to inform future guests about it since this is not something temporary! The bathroom in our room had the glass-wall which was supposed not to be see-through, but the transparent side was wrongly put so you can't see anything from the bathroom, but people in the room can see what is happening inside of it even if the light in the bathroom is off! This was very uncomfortable, since we were traveling with our mother. The breakfast was very poor, included only 1 egg, a handful of chips (literally from the bag), one slice of salame and one slice of cheese. The 'restaurant' is just a few tables on the roof, with a horrible plastic pool with green water inside. No swingsets from the photos, nothing.
- KENTA (1/5): - The bathroom is clean I arrived at around 2:30 PM, but I was told that the room was not ready because the cleaning had not been completed. We had to leave our luggage at the front desk and go out again. I had booked a Superior Family Room with Pyramids View, but the room I was given was a Standard Twin Room with no pyramids view at all. When I told the front desk that the room was not what I had reserved, they simply said that the family rooms were fully booked and refused to offer any refund. There were many flies in the room, and the bed sheets were slightly dirty.

La struttura è accogliente, curata e molto pulita, con un’atmosfera rilassante che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Le camere sono confortevoli, ben tenute e ideali per riposarsi dopo le giornate intense di visite ed escursioni. Ottimi anche i servizi offerti e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre gentile e sorridente.
- Naioma (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend to anyone - Commode in the bathroom was a stained and cleanliness of the room was not that great. Balloons were hanging on the ceiling and few were on the floor from a previous stay. Tea bag was from a bulk pack and not separately packed for each use and getting dusted. Stained bed sheets and duvets. Finding the place is also difficult as when you search on google maps it takes you to a cafe and entrance to hotel is next to that without a clear board.

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The pyramid view especially at night is indeed spectacular Rooms aren't clean daily except you request. They don't have restaurant though they make breakfast but for lunch or dinner you have to make order with limited available options

La zona è fatiacente.Consiglio di prendere subito l’ascensore:le scale sono un trauma per le condizioni igienico-sanitarie(l’albergo si trova al quinto piano). Le camere sono in linea con le condizioni egiziane(quindi non troppo pulite). Dello staff solo alcuni parlano inglese,il che rende difficile comunicare,ma il ragazzo del del check-in è stato molto gentile (parlando con lui in inglese abbiamo potuto sostituire la stanza sbagliata che ci era stata assegnata).
- Gloria (7/5): the hotel was good but the tour guides that they offer are a disaster for the money that they are asking - the rooms are really modern and beautiful. it has an amazing view of the pyramids. the neighbourhood is really bad. the wifi is not good and sometimes there was no water. the daily tour guides that they offer are a total scam. they do not include any of the tickets, just the drive and lunch (which was a disaster). do not accept the guides. it is way better if you find a driver and pay him daily. they are way cheaper and can take you wherever you’d like all day long.

- Emad (1/5): - The location The bedsheets were so dirty, full of stains.. when we informed the staff they suggested 2 different rooms and all of the 3 rooms had stained bedsheets and pillows with dirt, blood, and/or pee stains. It is disgusting.. we finally settled with 2 single bedroom which had the least stains. My wife didn't feel comfortable and we had to lay our clothes on top of the bedsheets and pillows to avoid direct skin contact. Woke up with 10+ bedbug bites. We asked for a refund and they only gave us $20 and refused any kind of compensation. Please do not book with this hotel, it is disgusting and you'll leave with bedbug bites

They know what, when and how to do anything. Special thanks also to their professional tour guide that organised our pyramids tour. The breakfast was great and the view from the terrace, i really recommend it.
