• Giustina Balducci (8/5): - Excellent position, clean, all interiors are new. Noise: there was a generator or motor close to the structure that made a loud noise all night. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The room is dark, little natural light.

Habitación muy acogedora y con diseño muy bien pensado, sobre todo el iluminación. Pocos enchufes.Pa puerta de la ducha no sellaba completamente y algo de agua se escapaba al baño.

• Monika MdF (8/5): Perfectly located small boutique hotel :-) - The great location in the old town area. Close to many landmarks of Nicosia. But the most important was very professional and kind service provided by the lady at the reception. She was of outmost kindness. I would love to highlight this. And express my gratitude for all help provided. The rain but coming from Brussels it is something I am used to ;-)

Nice bathroom and great shower. Friendly staff. Nice Lebanese restaurant very nearby. We loved everything, but it’s important to be aware this is a room only hotel. But plenty of places to eat nearby.

Šalia vyko pastato remonto darbai, todėl nuo ankstyvo ryto girdėjosi intensyvus garsas (gal el.generatoriaus veikimas), kas trukdė gerai išsimiegoti.

Vriendelijk onthaal en de perfecte ligging om de stad te ontdekken Jammer genoeg werden we om 7u gewekt door de verbouwingswerken vlak naast het gebouw.

The location is superb — not only does it offer an amazing street view and a lovely inner courtyard, but it’s also close to everything. I booked the most expensive suite and expected a bathtub, as shown in the pictures. However, there was only a shower. In addition, the room was quite small compared to what was advertised.

The room was compact but well appointed with a super comfortable bed and a luxurious rainfall shower. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff provided me with clear instructions on how to complete a late arrival self check-in.

• MOHAMMED ABDUL (9/5): excellent place to stay - Beautiful place in the heart of the old town. Friendly staff. One of the staff members was extremely kind and helped us with the luggage. There is a lift from the car park to the main road leading to the property, which is very useful if you have a lot of luggage Due to road work, access is slightly awkward currently if you have a lot of heavy luggage

• Grace (7/5): Nice Hotel - Very nice hotel near the main plaza and street of town. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Due to an error on my behalf, they were not notified that I would be checking in early. Although this was my error, they let me into the hotel during unstaffed hours and stored by bags for me. The rooms are very nice, the hotel was beautifully renovated. The rooms are clean. The location is good. I wish they offered breakfast and had a pool - it would make this hotel amazing.
• Don (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. - Beautiful hotel in a great location. Just minutes from all the old town bars and restaurants. Nicely decorated and spotless clean. Towels and toiletries were luxurious. Netflix is a big bonus. Staff were great, very friendly and so nice. No breakfast but go next door to Coffee Therapy and you won’t be disappointed. No hesitation in recommending this hotel if you want to explore Nicosia.

• Georges (9/5): Très joli hôtel - Très jolie rénovation, quartier dans le centre historique permettant de se promener facilement à pied, personnel vraiment adorable, chambre assez spacieuse. Chambre avec seulement une porte fenêtre, donnant sur une zone de passage, donc nous obligeant à fermer le rideau. Et comme le choix de peinture est très sombre dans la chambre, petite sensation d'enfermement. Je suppose que les chambres donnant sur la rue sont plus agréables.

• Missy (8/5): - I booked the Standard Double room for 2 nights. Best to avoid this room until the construction next door is complete. There is a window by the head of the bed right next to the construction. I hit my head on the corner of the metal clothes hanging bar as I was coming out of the bathroom in the night. This metal bar is dangerous, and shouldn’t even be there at all, it restricts movement in an already very small room. They kindly relocated me the following day to the next room. The noise is (a little) more bearable from the superior room as it’s slightly farther from the construction. From the look of it the construction may be finished by the end of 2025. At least 1 contact number needs to be a WhatsApp number, so that travelers from other countries can contact the hotel.

• Chrysoula (4/5): Beautiful Hotel with low comfort level - We stayed at Sendal Suites during a recent trip to Nicosia. The building itself is a beautifully renovated traditional structure with tasteful modern touches, and the location is excellent—very central and convenient. We chose the larger room option, mainly to have a bigger bed, but were disappointed to find that the bed we received was on the smaller end of the advertised range (only 150 cm wide), which felt quite cramped for two people. Additionally, the bed was unusually short—I’m 170 cm tall and my legs were hanging off the edge, which was far from comfortable. The air conditioning was another major issue. It would shut off completely after reaching the set temperature and wouldn’t restart automatically, requiring us to get up repeatedly during the night to turn it back on. On top of that, the noise from the compressor was very loud, clearly audible in the bedroom and disturbing our sleep. At one point, around 2:30 AM, we seriously considered leaving and driving back to Limassol. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into the design of the space, but unfortunately, the comfort level fell far short. A hotel room should ultimately provide a restful and pleasant experience, and in our case, it didn’t. I truly hope the management takes this feedback into account and makes the necessary improvements, because the potential is definitely there.

• Andrew (8/5): Very modern interiors in a character property. - Very pleasant stay overall. The rooms are very modern with very modern lighting etc. Shower was superb. The only drawbacks were that the ground floor rooms could not benefit from opening out onto the courtyard as then there was no privacy. Perhaps upstairs rooms are better? There is also construction work next door which starts at 7 am Monday to Saturday at present. Not the hotel’s fault obviously. Great spot for both new and old town access and close to parking at D’Avila Bastion.

The generator started at 0700. Security light/smoke detector on ceiling directly above the bed flashed green lights on and off all night. Appreciate this is a smoke sensor but for those who sleep on their backs and a migraine sufferwe sensitive to flashing lights this was not good.

• Esmay (9/5): Superb - Location is the best you can get. Room is extremely well done and very clean, I especially loved the bathroom and shower. As a single traveller I got a single bed. I didn't expect that, though since I was alone it was fine, I do prefer sleeping in a double bed. Unfortunately during my stay there was works next door, so a lot of noise that started at 7 am. Not the hotel's fault but this was not great.

• Koukatis (9/5): A are oasis of quiet in a very busy Nicosia. - A sort of hybrid hotel with no restaurant or room service - more like a very upmarket AirBnB. The building has been beautifully restored and converted with the room very comfortable, with kettle and Nespresso machines and a stocked fridge. It is extremely quiet, with some limited indoor and outdoor seating. It has a 'designer' bathroom - a pet hate as impossible to wash one's face or shave easily in the basin. Pricing is on the high side considering no breakfast is offered.

J’ai eu également la douche bouchée la première nuit je n’ai pas pu me doucher tranquillement et personne n’était présent le soir ( le problème a été corrigé le lendemain). Personnelle sympathique et réactif.

Only downside is that there is no breakfast available at the property. Would be nice if you could at least pre-order breakfast to your room if they cannot make it available in buffet style.

Room is very small, no windows en no emergency exit. Don’t even think about what happens when fire. No vendor machine, heavy construction in building Nextdoor, drilling starts at 0700. Nobody told us that. Management just said: sorry but it’s not us drilling….offered next stay free within 6 months.as if we ever go back so soon…booking.com very helpful
