We were a little disappointed with the construction noise all morning so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful balcony but of course we understand that the hotel can't control that - just something to consider if you are thinking of booking. We misunderstood and thought there was a pool at the hotel as we'd seen it in the photos. Also pictures of the pool and various activates like yoga and happy hour are heavily advertised all around the hotel but in fact this is all avaliable at their other hotel. We were not the only guests to be confused by this as we heard another guest asking where the pool and bar was. We also were not told that to have a hot shower you have to press a Boost button in the room. Quite important information to tell guests. Overall, great location by beach and airport. Friendly staff and beautifully designed apartments.

There were plenty of restaurants along the promenade to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very close to Larnaca airport. Definitely recommend.

- Michael (10/5): - Fantastic location. We had two Couples and rented a 2BR room. It had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea! The staff is super friendly and free water, tea and coffee for the room. Restaurant's are very walkable with a lot within 1.5 miles. Highly recommend!

L’emplacement est idéale sur la plus belle plage de Larnaca. Tout est à proximité immédiate. La vue de l’appartement était sublime. Le management est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Si on pouvait donner 100/100 tellement tout était parfait ! Allez y les yeux fermés, c’est de loin le meilleur endroit pour rester à Larnaca !

Ainoat miinus puolet olivat se , että hotellia mainostettiin uima-altaalla ja uima-allas oli vain isoimmassa sviitissä, ei siis kaikkien käytössä. Myös parvekkeen lasikaide oli likainen. Muuten viihdyimme mainiosti ja tulisimme uudelleen! Hieno hotelli!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice location and interior but very basic… - Honestly, being a frequent traveler, this hotel was quite basic and pricy for what it was. Pros: Central location, just by the beach and many nice lounges and restaurants around. Also newly renovated rooms with a modern twist. Bed was comfy too. Cons: A LOT of noise during the night - during the weekend loud music went all till the early morning. We could use the sun beds and the gym nearby the hotel, but had to pay an additional fee for this (did not anticipate this for this standard of a hotel). Staff OK friendly but not very service minded. I would not stay here again.
- Tony (10/5): - We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a Sea View Family Suite at LIV Mackenzie Beach. It was exactly what we expected - clean, modern and nicely appointed. The hotel only just reopened in March 2023 after a major renovation. The wrap around balcony with direct beach views was a real plus. The air conditioning worked very well on hot days. Location was good - walkable to traditional restaurants plus more modern restaurants and beach bars along Mackenzie Beach. Also very close to Larnaca airport which is handy. The area is safe and the building is secure. Daily housekeeping was great. The housekeeper was very good about working around our variable daily schedule. If you're planning to get to Protaras and Ayia Napa, we suggest renting a car because they're a good 50-minute drive away. Would stay at LIV again. Recommend.

- Stephen (10/5): Comfortable and stylish - A new, well decorated property. The bed was very comfortable and good amenities in the kitchen. Its about a 45 walk to the main town/beach area along the seafront but is very close to airport.

Beds so comfortable. The only remark is to have more of selection of TV Chanels and in English. I will be coming back for sure 👍💯

- Shore (10/5): A lovely boutique style hotel! - LIV Mackenzie Beach Suites is a lovely boutique style hotel. The hotel is spotless and really thoughtful designed. My studio apartment was great, it had a huge and comfy bed -- and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The staff here are all genuinely lovely, pleasant and super helpful - as a solo traveller I also felt safe here, and looked after by the staff. The hotel is very well located, it's around 10-minutes from the airport, and opposite Mackenzie Beach, with lot's of beach restaurants/bars a 5 minute walk away. The hotel also has an onsite bar/restaurant that serves great food and drink. The hotel is a 15/30 minute walk into town, or a short cab ride away. My stay was a pleasure, and I would definitely go back again!
