- Demetrios (1/5): Bad - You contacted us last Friday 02/08 asking us whether we could arrive at the property on Sunday 11/08 instead of Saturday 10/08 against our booking because the apartment wasn’t available for some reason. In compensation you promised to give us an extra day for free, namely the new check out date would have been Tuesday 20/08.(proof can be provided). When we arrived at the property on Sunday 11/08, we found the place in a deplorable state. You told us that the cleaning lady didn’t have visited the place to clean it (even though it was already 12:30 pm) and you suggested us to go to the beach, promising it would be ready when we returned. We came back at 13:15, and the apartment was exactly as we left it. You continued to deceive us that you didn’t have enough time. At 14:30, you sent a message saying the studio was ready, yet you refused to compensate us for this scam. We entered the apartment at 18:30 to see if anything had been done, and everything was still dirty—the same sheets, towels, the balcony in the same condition, and the broom still in its place. (Photos can be provided if necessary). To this day, you refuse to compensate us for this fraud. Through the booking.com platform, you advertised a cozy,family-friendly place and rented us a completely unacceptable space with unsanitary conditions. You took almost €800 from us, and today, Saturday, 17/08, when we attempted to access the apartment, you had changed the key box pin All of this is documented in conversations with you and in photos. I reserve all my rights. You are scamming people. Today I passed by the property and the place was occupied by another man. Apparently, he had booked the property via Airbnb (proof can be provided) on 12/08/2024 and his reservation is valid from 17/08-24/08/2024.
