Overall, all the staff were absolutely amazing. For our anniversary, they treated us to cake, champagne, fruits, and other lovely surprises. It was amazing and made our celebration even more special. Nothing.

К сожалению отель далек от 5*, есть четкие требования к присовению отелю 5 звезд - они не соблюдены (соответственно присвоены отелем самостоятельно), поэтому в целом твердые 4 звезды. Очень плохой выбор еды на завтраке и обеде (кухня далеко не хорошая). Территория отеля достаточно грязная и не убранная (особенно за бассейнос заросший грязный пустырь, на который выходит вид из окна).

We really enjoyed the whole experience, from the warm welcome at the reception, the relaxing atmosphere, the aesthetics of the hotel. The staff is really professional and polite, the room was very clean with a lot of amenities and welcoming treats. We tried the restaurant buffet and everything was of very good quality. The breakfast buffet was also great with choices for everyone. We would really like to visit again in the summer and be able to enjoy the swimming pool as well! -
• Nicolas (7/5): - When we arrived in the room, there were ants in and around the complementary fruit platter, on the wine glasses, the coffee cups, the cutlery, the night stand in the room and on the balcony. We informed the guy who brought our suitcases about the ants and he removed the fruit platter and the cutlery and told us he will inform them to come clean the room. After some time they just brought a new fruit platter and I had to go to the reception and the lady there didn't really care about the hygiene of the room. I ask them to switch us room but they told us it was fully booked and that they will send someone to clean. A lady came and cleaned but the wine glasses and coffee cups were not replaced.

• NanaNana123 (9/5): Amazing hotel, serene and luxury - The hotel feels luxury in a serene and relaxing way. It's quiet, the staff was super polite and friendly, the location is amazing for beautiful sunsets. The spa was also very well maintained. The room although not too big, was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is so amazing it's sad that the coffee at the breakfast is of such bad quality. A suggestion would be to have premium coffee which they could charge extra. Also the orange juice offered wasn't fresh.

Everything was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance felt both luxurious and peaceful—like a true sanctuary. The amenities were outstanding, offering everything needed for a relaxing and indulgent stay. The spa, in particular, stood out as beautifully designed and incredibly soothing—perfect for completely unwinding. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Adam, Deepak, Pradeep, Sana, and Vaios for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Είναι μακριά - Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο, το μπάνιο και το δωμάτιο καθαρά. 1) ξεγελούν οι φωτογραφίες, ιδιαίτερα της εσωτερικής πισίνας. 2) πήγαμε σε περίοδο που δεν μπορούσες να χρησιμοποιησεις την εξωτερική πισίνα, λόγο κρύου. Οπότε αποφασίσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την εσωτερική. Αρχικά ήταν άδειο και αναρωτήθηκε γιατί. Όταν μπηκαμε στο τζακουζι, καταλάβαμε αμέσως. Ήταν παγωμένο σε σημείο που δεν αντέχαμε να μείνουμε μέσα. Μετά χρησιμοποιήσαμε την εσωτερική πισίνα που επίσης ήταν παγωμένη. Αποφασισαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε άλλες παροχές αφού δεν μπορούσαμε αυτά και με μεγάλη μας λύπη, είδαμε ότι και το steam room δεν λειτουργούσε. Η σάουνα ήταν το μόνο που λειτουργούσε σωστά. Σαν να μην έφτανε το κρύο που ήταν ήδη, το προσωπικό άφηνε την πόρτα ανοιχτή συνέχεια και παγωμένος αέρας ερχόταν από έξω. 3) το ξενοδοχείο γενικά είναι ανακαινισμένο και ωραία διακοσμημένο, όμως σε πολλά σημεία φαίνεται η παλιά κατασκευή του.

The staff were very kind, they made sure we have everything we need, including late check out, vouchers for sun beds and umbrella for the nearest beach. Our room was cleaned more the once a day, always with fresh dry towels and extra bottles of water, little chocolates / fruits / sweets / and wine complimentary. The gym could have been nicer, but I would still vome back to the hotel :)

Overall my experience was amazing. There is court to play tennis, which was a good plus. We bought dinner buffet and the waiters didn’t tell us in advance that the drinks aren’t in the price. So we were surprised to receive a bill.

We were greeted upon arrival with cold lemonade and towels as it was a hot day which was a lovely touch and the nice gestures didn’t stop there. We had sweets brought to the room, free bottle of wine. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are sparking clean and the sea view stunning. The spa was relaxing and staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!! We loved everything!!!

• 619johnm619 (10/5): Luxury at its best - We arrived about 10 pm,to be checked in and greeted with ice cold face towels and a refreshing drink,the room we had was beautiful,with very comfortable bed and the pillows were so good, a lovely bathroom and great walk in shower,I really find it hard to find faults in anything, there was no iron or ironing board in our room,so I went to reception to ask if I could get one,it was delivered to my room, I need to stress that we were there at end of season so the hotel was only about a 3rd full,but the service and the people who work here are a credit to the hotel,they genuinely couldn't do enough for you , can't remember all there names,sherpa was one,the food was lovely the drinks were amazing,top shelf,the snacks at pool restaurant were amazing,I would say the nightly entertainment was disappointing, but not sure if as I said because of being end of season, also we used the spa,felt like was our own ,as had it to ourselves most of the time,would recommend the hotel for a really relaxing holiday.

The Cali has undergone a total refurb and is unrecognisable from its previous incarnation. The hotel has all the trimmings of a 5 star resort but the real stars of the show are the brilliant staff! Too many to mention all of those who made us feel so welcome although special praise must go to Medo, Adam, Sherpa and of course Bogi in the pool bar who served us with some wicked cocktails!! We look forward to returning again next year.

The food was outstanding, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. The restaurant staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make each meal special. A special mention to Ashkay and Pradip for their fantastic poolside service — friendly, professional, and always looking after us so well. We also visited the spa, where Panos provided a truly professional and relaxing massage. His skill and care made the experience unforgettable. Another fantastic stay overall — highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

• leadM2155VG (4/5): Don’t bother - Not a 5 star hotel I have stayed in some of the best rated hotels and this hotel could do with making improvements. The sun bed situation is ridiculous you have to be down at 7am if you want a pool bed and sit there till 8 when they bring towels out. I got up one morning put towels on the beds went to breakfast to find other guests has moved my towel and bag and decided they wanted them. When I spoken to them they said they were not moving. The pool is also very small!!! Long waits for drinks around the pool. Some of the bar staff are rude swearing not at hotel stayers but each other. The room looked out onto wasteland and a building site. Most rooms are twin beds pushed together. We asked for a double bed and they moved us room and just put a mattress topper on 2 single beds at the point I couldn’t even be bothered going back to complain. The food is nice but the cats are a pain. Skimming about your legs while you’re trying to eat. One evening I had one jump onto my chair this is not the hotels fault but they don’t discourage them. The beach is nice but not much outside of the hotel. I wouldn’t bother staying here there are better hotels for the same price.
• Janis (10/5): Great option to relax - Comfy bed, good food (breakfast), nice view if seaview option. Clean spa area, clean and big outside pool. At least in off-season all was quite perfect. Air conditioner - loud and not function properly.

• Hunterlitter (10/5): Great hotel with fantastic service - The hotel is beautifully appointed especially in the public areas. The rooms had everything in you would need. Bathrooms quite small but very clean with toiletries and vanity items. The balcony is also small but had a table and chairs. The buffet food was average, it’s the same old with cooking things ahead and keeping it warm but had a large selection at all meal times. The pool restaurant for lunch was tasty, freshly cooked food with great selection of cocktails, smoothies and other thirst quenchers. The Japanese meal which was in the pool restaurant on an evening was also very nice. Freshly cooked and quite delicious. The pool area was spotlessly clean with comfy loungers, life guard, lounger service. The staff are really helpful and friendly. We had a late flight so we stayed around the pool after we had checked out and was provided with a curtesy room to get showered and changed in before we left. As we were all inclusive we were advised we could still eat and drink despite officially checking out. It’s also close to the other bars and restaurants in Coral Bay, just a few minutes walk.

• E2051UZelliem (4/5): I would just save your money - Honestly, save your money and go to Annabelle in Paphos! I didn’t find Cali terrible, but it’s definitely not the spot for young to middle aged couples. There’s no real atmosphere, and the strip feels more like Magaluf great if you’re into fishbowls and cheap drinks, but it just wasn’t my vibe. The spa was disappointing too the curtains by the pool were damp, and the hot tub had visible mold. The rooms were okay, but quite dark and a bit dingy overall. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just after a quiet sleep-and-pool kind of holiday. The photos on the website are very catfish - we ended up staying at four seasons which id highly recommend alongside Annabelle.
• Meriiiiiiiiiiii (10/5): Fantastic hotel - We spent 10 nights at this beautiful hotel and we can’t fault it. The all inclusive was superb, with a wide choice of drinks and the bar staff will make you pretty much anything you want. The food was great, especially the Japanese restaurant. The hotel staff work all around the clock and every part of the hotel was clean and smelt like a spa! It was our first time in Cyprus and we feel lucky to have chosen such a fantastic hotel. Thank you Cali Resort, we will be sure to come back soon
