• Paul (10/5): Feels like you are out in the countryside and away from it all, yet 10 mins from town - Really loved the location, very peaceful and quiet. A wonderful property.
• Nicole (10/5): Außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft - Die Anlage und das Haus sind einfach wunderschön. Wir haben schon viel erwartet aber unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles vor Ort was man so braucht. Wir mussten wirklich lediglich nurnoch Lebensmittel einkaufen gehen. (Supermarkt ist 5min entfernt) Die Anlage ist total ruhig, wir haben diese Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Klimaanlage ist aus Energie und Kostengeünden immer für 2 Stunden mit einem Timer eingestellt. Danach muss man sie wieder aktivieren. Tagsüber alles okay, in der Nacht war das etwas mühsam da wir eine Hitzewelle auf Zypern erwischt haben. Ich war fast jede Nacht alle paar Stunden wach und habe es wieder aktiviert. ABER das schmälert keineswegs meine Bewertung da ich es grundsätzlich nachvollziehen kann! Polis ist momentan nicht so überlaufen, vieles hat geschlossen aber es ist trotzdem alles da was man braucht, durchwegs auch gute Lokale. Wir sind oft nach Latsi runter, da war es am Meer auch super schön und mit Strandlokalen. Eigentlich gab es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Christina (7/5): Loved my stay here booking process from start to Finnish very easy - Location of property was great and good soze Lack of towels, would be nice if beach towels were provided. Stated there was a gym and sauna which there was but not able to as it was for phase c only which was very disappointing Not able to use pool after 7pm which was a shame on summer evenings 8pm or 9pm would be better
• Fj (9/5): Cyprus....my ❤️ - This holiday home was probably the best we have stayed in and a credit to the owner. It was our first trip back to 🇨🇾 in a while and staying in this property was just a perfect base for us. We had everything we needed there and more! A home from home which made our stay so nice. Good communication from the owner prior to our trip and during with the lady who manages the property in Polis. Thank you both. Comfortable beds...important. Beautiful clean pool. Complex is very well looked after and maintained, with beautiful gardens. WiFi in the property is excellent. Property has a filter tap for drinking water so no need to buy bottled if you wish. There are two main supermarkets very close by which are currently Mas and Papantoniou, there is a Coffee island, numerous eateries, and an excellent butchers which although we didn't use has all sorts you could want including your mixed grill, bbq packs. There was a bakery a bit further up on the main Polis road where you could also get cooked food daily if you wish. We preferred the fresh bread rolls here to the supermarkets. Best to go earlier in day as is well used. Property was easy to find and access. Parking space is very close to property. Other than the main town bars and eateries, Polis itself was quiet during our stay, not much going on in the evenings. This in itself was not a big problem for us as not the purpose of our visit, but if you are used to livelier evenings as in the bigger towns and Eastern side, you won't find it here at this time of year. Of course that may be your preference! Some nights we had need for the air con, this is on a timer switch, I understand why to avoid abuse and waste, cost etc.This I hear has becoming the norm but I think we would have found this an issue if staying in the very hot months as you have to keep getting up to restart, the bedrooms can get very hot. Just something to note. A safe in the property would have added to our stay.

• Shelley (10/5): One week couples break - Wonderful relaxing stay at Polis gardens. The house is very well stocked with all you need for your vacation.Great location with some lovely walks and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and will return one day in the future.
• Claire (10/5): Be on a wonderful holiday with the comfort of feeling like you are at home - everything you need. - Excellent apartment. Everything required was in the apartment. All appliances of a high standard. Cleanliness was brilliant. The communication prior to my stay, during and after I got home was exceptional. The contact that is in the resort is very responsive and friendly. My questions were very responded to and resolved very promptly. I know Polis very well (I've been visiting twice a year for 10+ years!) and know my way around. Walking into town from the apartment is only a 10-12 minute stroll and mostly flat, where you will find a wealth of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. The main supermarket is 5 minutes walk away from the apartment (2 mins in the car). There are loads of other coffee shops/cake shops near the apartment too. If you want to walk to Polis Municipal beach, that would be about 20 minutes walk from the apartment (5 minutes in the car). All in all a fantastic stay. Nothing to say here!

• Helen (10/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable stay, out of season - Lovely house in a great location and within easy walking distance of Polis town. Very clean, plenty of space, and well equipped from the kitchen facilities through to WiFi etc. Lovely pool area with sun beds provided

• Ros (9/5): Beautiful 2 bed house, close to Polis. - Very comfortable and clean house set in a privately owned complex of houses. Beautiful pool and very well maintained gardens. Excellent communication with owner and local agent. Swift response to queries, nothing too much trouble. Just a little too far out of town for elderly / disabled to walk to restaurants. Not a problem as local taxi very reliable, charged 20e for return trip. Local beach run down and bar closed. Hopefully, this will be reopened 2025.
• Napoleon (7/5): In generally we are satisfied but with 1,2 arrangements will be the perfect apartment to stay. - We stayed for one week. The apartment in general is in a very good condition. Very clean and tide. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Each bedroom has its own bath which has been recently at my opinion renovated. 1. The "double bed" is only 130cm wide. I am 80kg, my wife 55kg and it was really difficult for us to sleep without disturbing each other. Also our mattress was old and uncomfortable. 2. The most frustrating and disturbing were the A/C timers. Every 2hrs u have to press them to switch on again. So during the day ok but what about the night? Every night i had to wake up for minimum 3 times, in sweat, go in the corridor (where the timers are) press the switch and go back to sleep. But by knowing that in 2hrs u have to wake up again i couldn't sleep at all. i was just waiting to press the button again. After 2 days i was like a zombie. I understand that this is done to keep the rent cost low (that is apriciated) but at least the 2 A/Cs in the bedrooms should be arranged differently.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Just Perfect - Polis gardens is a delightful resort , and the town house was just perfect The owners kept in touch with us during our stay Unfortunately the pool was out of use for our stay, which resorted in us having to go to the beach every day
• Marilyn (6/5): Pleasant - The location and it was comfortable and clean The pool was not available due to a licensing dispute this in mid forty degree weather. There was nothing wrong with the pool. The air con were on separate timers for each room and when you are sweltering in excessive heat it is not helpful when they just turn off. The air con in the front bedroom was very noisy and not working as well as the others. Too many rules and regulations for this property.
• Axel (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place, quiet - maybe because it was not in the main season. Close to shops, well kept place. Friendly, helpul local agent. Fully equipped. Perfect for our holiday. One very minor thing: please consider changing light bulbs to "warm white", would make it nicer in the evening when being indoors.
• fiona (10/5): - Only about 15 -20 minutes to Polis centre with lovely restaurants and bars. Lovely and quiet area the house is really lovely
• Ilze (10/5): We would repeat it. - The location was perfect. We were during a silent season and enjoyed our cycling trips into the mountains, which were almost at our door step. We were hoping to use the cold pool as we come from northern Europe but the pool was closed. So it was a little personal bummer.
