• Emilija (10/5): Perfect stay – clean, well-equipped, comfortable. - Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.
• Guest (10/5): Very nice - New apartment with 4 balcony one is the on the top. Best location, near center, sea, pharmacy, supermarket,bakery. Two bathroom. Quiet location
• Omer Pesach (9/5): Spacious, well-located apartment with a great family-friendly beach nearby. - The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with AC and a TV in every room. It included a private suite for parents and a separate room for the kids. I especially liked the location—about 600 meters from the beach and a lively promenade with plenty of restaurants, perfect for daily seaside strolls and beach visits. There's also a relatively large supermarket just 200 meters away, which was very convenient. The apartment is located right next to a building owned by a local football club. There’s often a lot of noise and activity in their front yard. They frequently host large BBQ gatherings with many participants, which could be disruptive if you're sensitive to noise or BBQ odors.

• Hunter (9/5): Superb - We went for Larnaka Marathon, and the proximity to the race start was excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have been informed that the road the apartment was on was closed due to roadworks. We had to find a park two blocks away so couldn't use the parking on-site.
• David (9/5): great value rental with great Wifi. - Wifi was great and the ability to connect an Iphone to the TV was great. Street was getting worked, caused us to have to walk through gravel sidewalk with luggage.
• Sotirios (2/5): Very unpleasant - The property was dirty and had a bad smell. One bathroom was unusable sue to bas smell in it.

• Danny (9/5): Amazing apartment, thanks! - Free parking , clean, large apartment, new, fully working AC in all rooms. Kitchen full size fridge freezer with potable water tap :) top floor!!! Only sheets for 4, we booked for 5. Stayed only one night, so needed to slept on towels

• Jo (10/5): A fabulous apartment in a fantastic location - A lovely apartment, furnished to a high standard, with all that you need for a short stay. It was perfect for us visiting Larnaca for a few days to see a concert. Wonderful city views from the balcony and roof terrace. Excellent location, easy to find and park, within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and bars, just 2 minutes in the car. Nothing, it was great. Some sun loungers on the roof terrace would be a great addition.
• Eliza (8/5): A good choice for 5 people - Very good location, quite close to the Finikoudes Beach (about 12 min.). Modern appartment with many facilities (washing machine, kitchen appliances, clothes steamer). Great view from the balconies and terrace. Very good AC. They offer you a plug adaptor if you request for one. It wasn't very clean (one toilet had not been cleaned). Some cleaning products would be useful, especially for long stays. It's noisy outside, starting from 7 a.m., because of the constructions nearby, but that didn't bother me. One cannot control cold or hot water in the bathrooms. It was almost always very hot water (in July).

• Nieśpiał (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities. The interior was not only stylish but also cozy. The host's attention to detail truly stood out, I’ve asked for socket adaptors and we get them really quickly. Communication was seamless, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. APARTMENT HAS 3 BALCONIES AND THE ROOFTOP TERRACE, 2 BATHROOMS AND AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY ROOM. Can't wait to return! At the begging I had a problem with opening door, everything else was great
