Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Whilst working in cyprus i booked this apartment for a visit from my wife. Whilst the location to ledra street was good and the bed was comfy, thats where the good things stopped. There were stains and dirt in the bedside draw, the aircon leaked, what appeared to be mold on the wall, dirt on the blinds, a broken shower, holes in the wall and a foul smell from the bathroom ( possibly the drains ). On top of this the building was undergoing some sort of works that hadn’t been mentioned.
- Charles (8/5): Very good - I like that this room was baby-friendly. The motion detecting light made it easy for me to quickly make baby formula in the middle of the night. The room is spacious and has a nice view of the park with the water fountains. The hot showers were nice for the first half of my stay but I think someone may have turned the water heater off towards the end.

- Martin (1/5): My stay was ruined by incompetence - location and property First night upon arrival: your instructions advised to open a key box outside the building's entrance if the entrance was closed. Entrance was open, so I did not bother with the key box. On the second night, upon return to the apartment, I found the building's entrance closed, so I went over to the the key box to get the key, but there was none! After various futile attempts to contact your representative, I finally got a call from Dimitris - the first of 4 such calls spread over an hour ... it was first suggested to me to try to get into the building from the basement entrance, then to wait for this guy to call other guests of your apartments who could open, when this failed, I was asked to open the other key boxes to see whether I would find a key... after all this failed, I was told that I would be sleeping in another of your properties and that return taxi transfers would be provided. Upon reaching the new property, I was instructed to get a key card from a key box, but this card would not work so i could not open my bedroom - i even sent a video to Dimitris, who apparently gave up ... eventually I remembered that in the key box I had also seen a metal key which I though was for the building's main door, but in fact I found out that this key was a second way of opening my bedroom - Dimitris never mentioned it when I told him the key card was not working. In total it took me 90 minutes to be able to get into a bedroom - as i had told Dimitris from the first moment, I was unwell as I had, and still have a flu, so I could not access the paracetamol I had in my room, as I could not access my phone charger when my battery was almost flat - and this was very stressful when I knew that my phone was the only way i could access to you, and to my old apartment since on it I had all the access codes.
