• LILIA (2/5): - Don’t book any CityCenter apartments unless you are happy to be disappointed. On route to the airport the accommodation I booked was changed to something else via a WhatsApp message. On arrival spent over an hour in the dark, late at night trying to locate the apartment - turns out the name of the road, name of the apartment and the main apartment door number was nowhere on display to assist. With 2 elderly people with me we had 50 steps/5 flights of stairs to go up and down (my original was a 1st floor one). This wasn’t a holiday but to attend a funeral. The first two days we had no warm / hot water, I had to constantly chase to get this resolved. TV could not be used as it needed to scan for channels and that didn’t work. Original apartment I booked had a microwave and toaster this one had neither. Front entrance had exposed cables hanging from a socket as you enter. Front entrance has rubbish thrown under the stairs in full view. The balcony areas hadn’t been cleaned for months / if at all. Filthy floor, stained with goodness knows what including birds filth and on the chairs outside. This apartment I did not book it, they changed it last minute, was ‘not fit for purpose’ nor ‘like for like’. Complained to Expedia as my booking was via this route and they say the property management team are not interested in a refund which by the way I have asked for half back so more than fair. Expedia have offered a £75 voucher to use on the next booking - no chance.

• Patrick (3/5): TO AVOID - The apartment is well placed geographically but overlooking a very important artery Firstlyl I booked the Pink Panther apartment on February 19, 2023. Period September 5th to 13th. Then they changed the apartment on March 14th. From March till September nothing happened. On Sunday 3rd, I contact them by WhatsApp because I should have received the code for the Key Safe Box 48h before arrival. They answered the (2d) apartment was unavailable one time again ! At that time they had not advised Booking/Lastminute. The guy proposed me 2 other flat but both not available on the 8 days. Finally he tweak directly through Booking.com and I got the CityCenter paying more than 120€ versus the previous one.. In addition, after that LastMinute proposed me a studio. I had to manage with the client service to settle all this mess. The the Apartment was supposed to be available at 3 p.m, it wasn't. The adress provided showed a wrong number, not the good building. After I lost time with the caretaker because the bathroom sink was clogged and and the toilet seat was broken. He deal with and said to me he will come back at 10 a.m on the 6th to replace the seat. I am allways waiting for its replacement in spite of further WhatsApp exchange. Equipment: Nothing to hang a towel. The washing machine The washing machine is for the décor. As I claim for a drying rack, they provide me with me the smallest possible. In the kitchen, 5 knifes plus 2 bigs, 4 forks, 3 spoons and 4 little spoons when it is a two bedrooms flat for 4 persons. No teapot, 1 cup, 2 saucepans (one armless !) and 3 stoved. 2 of them in bad condition. BUT THERE WAS A TV with Netflix and Amazon... who is supposed to stay in front of the tv when you are on the seaside in september. No explanation for the microwave, nothing about internet. Fortunately I asked the caretaker (from SriLanka) who connect me with a QR code. The manager only wants to make money without consideration for its customers.
• Atef (2/5): - It was my worst experience ever. Once arrived there was no water to wash hands or shower or use bathroom. Furniture is in a very bad situation. So many insects everywhere. The smell is disgusting everywhere inside the apt. I spent only one night then moved to another place in the morning.
